grinding: and grinding the cutter blank to remove the stretching surface and expose the cutting edge.

The cutter head of the hair clipper according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention has at least the following advantages: make the cutting angle of the tool bit of hair scissors accomplish to be less than 45 for the tool bit of hair scissors becomes sharper, adopts ceramic material to mould plastics and forms, and then improves the tool bit quality of hair scissors.

step S2, grinding: the blank 10 is ground to remove the stretched surface 30 and expose the cutting edge 20.
The manufacturing process of the blank comprises the following steps: the injection mold with the upper layer of the stretching surface 30 is additionally arranged on the injection mold of the cutter blank 10, so that after the cutter blank 10 is subjected to injection molding, the bottom surface of the cutter blank 10 is provided with the layer of the stretching surface 30, and then the cutter blank 10 and the stretching surface 30 are subjected to a sintering treatment process, so that the blank manufacturing of the cutter head is completed.
Referring to fig. 2, the grinding process: the bottom surfaces of the front end and the rear end of the cutter head are respectively provided with a layer of stretching surface 30, the cutter blank 10 is positioned at the front end of the cutter head, the bottom of the whole cutter head can be placed on a grinding machine for grinding, the grinding process of the cutter head is more stable, the processing quality is improved, and after the stretching surfaces 30 are ground, the sharp cutting edges 20 can be exposed, and the cutting angle of the cutting edges 20 can be smaller than 45 degrees.
It can be understood that, the cutting edge 20 of the cutter blank 10 is additionally provided with the stretching surface 30, the problem of irregular material feeding during injection molding can be solved after the injection molding and sintering of the cutter blank 10 and the stretching surface 30, the cutter blank 10 is ground to remove the stretching surface 30, the cutting angle of the cutting edge 20 can be smaller than 45 degrees, the cutting edge of the cutter head can be prevented from being too thin and broken, and the yield is improved.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 2, in some implementations, the cutting angle of the stretching surface 30 is 90 °, so that the side end surface of the stretching surface 30 is a vertical surface, the bottom surface of the stretching surface 30 is parallel to and smoothly connected with the lower surface of the blank 10, similarly, when the stretching surface 30 is ground off, the bottom surface of the cutting edge 20 is parallel to and smoothly connected with the lower surface of the blank 10, and only the stretching surface 30 needs to be ground off during grinding to obtain a sharp cutting edge 20, thereby improving the yield.
In some embodiments, both the blank 10 and the stretching surface 30 are injection molded from a ceramic material.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the bottom area of the cutting edge 20 is equal to the bottom area of the stretching surface 30, so that the friction force of the grinder on the bottom end surface of the stretching surface 30 is kept constant with the friction force of the grinder when the stretching surface 30 is completely removed, thereby further preventing the cutting edge of the cutter head from being broken and improving the yield of the cutter head.
The second aspect of the present invention further provides a cutting head of a hair clipper, the cutting head of the hair clipper is manufactured by using the cutting head manufacturing method of the hair clipper, and the cutting head manufacturing method of the hair clipper is described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the cutting edge 20 of the blank 10 is additionally provided with the stretching surface 30, after the blank 10 and the stretching surface 30 are subjected to injection molding and sintering, the problem of uneven material feeding during injection molding can be solved, the blank 10 is ground to remove the stretching surface 30, so that the cutting angle of the cutting edge 20 can be smaller than 45 degrees, the cutting edge of the cutter head can be prevented from being too thin and broken, and the yield can be improved.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Claims (7)
1. A method for manufacturing a cutter head of hair scissors is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing a blank: adding a layer of stretching surface on the bottom surface of the cutter blank, performing injection molding, and sintering the cutter blank and the stretching surface;
grinding: and grinding the cutter blank to remove the stretching surface and expose the cutting edge.
2. The method of manufacturing a hair clipper head as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cutting angle of the extension surface is 90 °.
3. The method of manufacturing a hair clipper head as set forth in claim 2, wherein the bottom surface of the extension surface is smoothly connected to the lower surface of the blank in parallel.
4. The method for manufacturing a hair clipper head as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blank and the extension surface are injection molded using a ceramic material.
5. The method of manufacturing the hair clipper blade according to claim 1, wherein a bottom area of the cutting edge is equal to a bottom area of the tension surface.
6. The method of manufacturing a hair clipper head as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cutting angle of the cutting edge is less than 45 °.
7. A hair clipper blade manufactured by the method of manufacturing the hair clipper blade according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
