The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a medical deep-hole plate recovery and cleaning device which can increase the cleaning quantity and can clean and elute medical deep-hole plates with high efficiency.

After the internal water of the cleaning liner 11 is completely discharged, the pushing cylinder 7 continues to work, the push rod 8 can be pushed to the highest position of the push rod 8, the connecting rod moving block 23 can be pushed upwards when the push rod is pushed to the highest position, so that the clamping assembly is completely opened, when the clamping assembly is completely opened, the storage box 18 can be continuously inclined to the highest position from the vertical state, the storage box can be in a horizontal downward state, the deep hole plate arranged inside the storage box can be also horizontally downward, accumulated water in the grid can flow downwards, in addition, the push rod 8 can be pushed to the highest position and can be short-distance and vertically twice, and the shaking effect is achieved to shake off a part of water drops.
