Description

Pacifying nipple
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily products for infants, relates to a technology for solving the problem of monitoring damage of daily products for infants, and particularly relates to a pacifier.
Background
The mouth is the center of life and the center of interest of the infants, the mouth desire period is the period of the infants in a completely non-self-standing state, the infants depend on the life of mothers or other nurseries, the infants basically have no movement ability, no matter what is caught, the infants are plugged into the mouth, the unique recognition means is provided for the infants, and the safety of the infants is increased due to the fact that something is in the mouth. The origin of pacifiers can be traced back to the beginning of the twentieth century, early pacifiers generally comprising a handle capable of being grasped by a parent or infant and a rubber nipple attached to the handle for the infant to suck. The nipple shield is disposed between the handle and the nipple to prevent the infant from choking by placing the pacifier in the infant's trachea.
Pacifiers are currently on the market generally made of plastic, silica gel or rubber. In order to keep the taste of the pacifier closer to that of a mother, and also to consider the safety of a material inlet nozzle, a nipple head part of the pacifier is generally made of silica gel or rubber, and although strict requirements are imposed on the performance of the pacifier by regulations, due to the limitation of the material performance, the wear resistance and puncture resistance of the silica gel and the rubber still cannot cope with sharp teeth in the teething period of an infant, so that the pacifier is easy to be scratched by the teeth and even bitten by the nipple in the use process, and serious people cause fragments to be swallowed into the body or sucked into a respiratory tract. The above problems are not solved due to the limitation of material properties, and can be alleviated from the structural design. The design of the existing pacifier is generally based on the core function of realizing the convenience and comfort of the pacifier, and the safety problem caused by the bite of the nipple or the bite of the nipple is not considered too much.
Taking the nipple as an example, the gap is usually easily ignored by parents at the initial stage of the nipple being snapped, and the mouth water of babies is attached to the snapped nipple gap, so that bacteria are easy to breed. Bacteria at the gap or entering the nipple cavity are not easily and completely removed. Thus, it is undoubtedly dangerous that the baby contains a nipple that is overgrown with bacteria before it is not found by the parent, which in the long run would be a direct danger to the life and health of the baby. If the bitten nipple is not found by parents, the baby bites the nipple for a long time and can bite the nipple easily, and even more, the sharp teeth of the baby directly bite the nipple, so that the baby can swallow the nipple habitually under the unknowing condition, and the nipple fragments are swallowed into the body or inhaled into the respiratory tract, thereby causing dangerous conditions such as blocking breathing, choking and the like.

Description of the embodiments
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention, based on the examples of the present invention.
As shown in connection with fig. 1-5, the present invention provides the following embodiments:
example 1:
pacifier 1 having a nipple, comprising:
a first cavity;
a reaction module 3;
wherein the first cavity is formed by connecting the nipple head and the reaction component;
the reaction component is provided with a perceptible air pressure sensitive part, and the air pressure sensitive part is provided with a first perception state and a second perception state; and, in addition, the method comprises the steps of,
when the air pressure acting on the air pressure sensitive part is the quasi-atmospheric pressure Pz, the air pressure sensitive part maintains the second sensing state, otherwise, the first sensing state is maintained;
wherein, P-P ' is more than or equal to Pz and less than or equal to P+P ', P is atmospheric pressure, and P ' is more than or equal to 0.5Pa;
the first cavity can be preset with air pressure, and the preset air pressure is P0 in a natural state; and it is satisfied that the method comprises the steps of,
when P0 is less than P, P0+delta P is less than Pz; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
when P0 is more than P, P0-delta P is more than Pz;
wherein ΔP is the maximum differential pressure of air in the first chamber when the nipple is in the squeezed and released states.
When the nipple is not timely perceived by parents after being snapped, the baby bites the nipple for a long time, so that the nipple is easy to bite and swallow, and bacteria bred at the gap of the nipple or nipple fragments entering the body of the baby can cause great threat to the life of the baby. If the damage condition of the nipple can be monitored, the condition that the nipple is bitten and swallowed can be reduced with high probability. It can be seen that monitoring for breakage of the nipple is highly desirable. Therefore, the invention designs the pacifier, the damage condition of the nipple can be monitored in a form which is easy to be found, and the dead zone of the nipple is reduced.
In this embodiment, the nipple is snapped or broken by a baby, the preset air pressure P0 in the first cavity is changed, and the air pressure sensitive portion is in different states according to the change condition of P0. The air pressure sensitive part is maintained in a second perception state when the air pressure is in the quasi-atmospheric pressure Pz, the second perception state of the air pressure sensitive part is the display signal of the nipple breakage, otherwise, the air pressure sensitive part is the display signal of the nipple breakage, and the effect of nipple safety prompt is achieved through the display signal of the air pressure sensitive part. The air pressure sensing part displays different states through the change of the air pressure of the first cavity, and the different states of the air pressure sensing part can be embodied in an explicit mode, and particularly comprise various forms such as shape change, color change, structure change, electric signal change, optical signal change, sound signal change and the like.
The effect is particularly expressed in that: firstly, the pacifier provided by the invention can monitor the change of the air pressure in the first cavity in real time, so that the damage condition of the nipple head is judged and an obvious warning signal is given, and the probability of using the damaged nipple head by a baby is reduced. Secondly, the air pressure P0 in the first cavity is less than P, the interior of the nipple is in a negative pressure state, when the nipple is deformed by the action force of external extrusion, the air in the nipple flows to the reaction component in the process of being pressed, compared with the conventional nipple, the pacifying nipple is easier to deform under the action of external force, and the nipple is closer to the hardness of a nipple of a human body, so that the acceptance of infants is improved, and the palatability of the infants is improved.
The present claims are directed to the scenario of most babies using pacifiers, such as the temperature, air pressure, etc. conditions of the baby when using pacifiers, and are not within the scope of the present invention with respect to manufacturing, sterilization, transportation, etc.
Example 2:
the air pressure sensitive portion includes an air pressure sensor,
an elastic tympanic member 311 having an a side and a B side;
the side A is the side of the elastic tympanic membrane member facing the first cavity, and the side B is the side of the elastic tympanic membrane member facing away from the first cavity;
wherein the A side is in a convex state facing away from the first cavity under the quasi-atmospheric pressure Pz.
Because the nipple is semitransparent, when the nipple is snapped or broken, the user can not find the breakage of the nipple easily without careful observation. The nipple is in a busy state, the nipple damage condition is amplified and displayed, the function of warning the user can be achieved to a certain extent, and the dangerous use times of pacifying the nipple are reduced.
In this embodiment, the elastic tympanic member is made of elastic material, and when the nipple is snapped or snapped, the air pressure P0 of the first cavity is changed, and when the air pressure of the first cavity is changed to Pz, the elastic tympanic member protrudes in a direction away from the first cavity. A user can judge the damage condition of the nipple head according to the shape of the nipple head back reaction assembly.
Example 3:
the air pressure sensitive portion includes an air pressure sensor,
a support member 312;
wherein the elastic tympanic membrane member encloses the support member for supporting the elastic tympanic membrane member.
The elastic tympanic membrane member is connected at the back of the nipple head, is influenced by the nipple head baffle, has smaller space for changing the state of the elastic tympanic membrane member, and has the advantage that the change of the state of the elastic tympanic membrane member is not obvious enough, so that the warning signal of the air pressure sensitive part is easily ignored by parents.
In this embodiment, the support member is configured to support the elastic tympanic membrane member, so that on one hand, a larger space for changing the state of the elastic tympanic membrane member can be provided; on the other hand, the elastic tympanic membrane member can be supported, so that the state of the elastic tympanic membrane member is highlighted on the back of the pacifier, and the warning signal of the air pressure sensitive part is easier to be detected.
Example 4:
the air pressure sensitive portion includes an air pressure sensor,
an ultrasonic connector;
wherein, ultrasonic connector is used for communicating nipple head and supporting member inner space.
Because the nipple is made of silica gel or rubber, the joint needs special glue, and the glue can generate pungent smell after use, has poor waterproofness and is not suitable for connection of nipple heads.
In the embodiment, the supporting member is connected with the inner space of the nipple by using the ultrasonic connection process, so that the nipple and the reaction assembly can be ensured to achieve a sealing effect, and the ultrasonic connection process is low in cost, clean and pollution-free and cannot damage the nipple.
Example 5:
the supporting member is internally provided with an air passage 3121 for communicating the gas in the reaction component;
wherein the side surface of the supporting member is in a sealing connection state with the elastic tympanic membrane member.
The supporting member is positioned between the nipple and the air pressure sensitive part, the side surface of the supporting member is in sealing connection with the elastic tympanic membrane member, and air at two ends of the supporting member can be transmitted to the air pressure sensitive part under the condition that air at the two ends of the supporting member needs to circulate.
In the embodiment, the air passage in the supporting member is used for dredging the reaction assembly and the air in the nipple head, so that the change of the air pressure in the nipple head can timely cause the change of the air pressure in the air pressure sensitive part, and the effect of monitoring whether the nipple head is damaged is achieved.
Example 6:
when P0 is less than P, and,
when p0+.pz, the elastic tympanic member is concave at the support member toward the first cavity;
when p0=pz, the elastic tympanic member protrudes away from the first cavity at the support member.
In this embodiment, when the preset air pressure P0 < P and p0+.pz of the first cavity, the elastic tympanic member is recessed toward the first cavity. Once the nipple is snapped or snapped, the elastic tympanic member protrudes away from the first cavity at the support member when the preset air pressure of the first cavity becomes p0=pz. The nipple head is normally arranged to be concave towards the direction facing the first cavity at the supporting member, so that the contrast between the normal state and the damaged state of the pacifier can be increased, obvious visual difference is provided for a user, and the user can judge whether the nipple head is damaged or not according to the form of the elastic tympanic member of the nipple head.
Example 7:
wherein the preset air pressure P0 of the first cavity is not less than 30% P and not more than 70% P.
In the embodiment, when the preset air pressure P0 is not less than 30% P and not more than 70% P, the nipple is easy to deform when being stressed, and the nipple is rebound to be original when being unstressed. The softness of the nipple head is enabled to be fit with the softness of a human body, and the palatability of the baby biting the nipple head is better.
Example 8:
wherein, the preset air pressure P0=50%P of the first cavity.
In this embodiment, when the preset air pressure p0=50% P in the first cavity, the softness and elasticity of the nipple head are closer to those of the human body, which is beneficial to the palatability and acceptability of the infant.
Example 9:
the nipple head includes:
a nipple head member;
a root member 2;
wherein the root member has an air passage 21 for communicating the nipple member with the reaction assembly interior space.
The teeth occlusal parts of the existing nipple are solid, and the hardness is higher compared with the hollow nipple root. The baby bites the root of the hard nipple, the reaction force of the root of the nipple to the teeth is larger, and the baby has the effect of inhibiting the growth of the incisors.
In the embodiment, the air passage is arranged in the root part component, and the effect is that the air passage can be communicated with the inner space of the nipple head and the reaction component, so that the change of the air pressure in the nipple head can be transmitted to the air pressure sensitive part in time. Secondly, the inside air flue that is equipped with of root component has also increased the compliance and the elasticity of nipple root, can reduce the reaction force that baby's tooth received.
Example 10:
wherein the maximum thickness of the root member cross-sectional profile 23 is less than the maximum width of the root member cross-sectional profile;
wherein the thickness direction of the root member cross-sectional profile is perpendicular to the width direction of the root member cross-sectional profile.
At present, the section of the tooth occlusion part of the nipple head in the market is round, when a baby bites the nipple head, the teeth of the upper jaw and the lower jaw can only contact with the highest point and the lowest point of the round, the contact area is very small when the teeth are occluded with the nipple, and when the force of the nipple acts on the gap between two teeth in the same row, the tangent plane of the round and the teeth is difficult to determine because of the different shapes of the teeth. A coordinate system with the vertical direction as the z-axis is established, and when the teeth are frequently subjected to forces outside the z-axis, the teeth are extruded to grow in other directions. The whole gum is related to each other, wherein the misalignment or the irregularity of one tooth can influence the growth of the adjacent teeth, and the like, the whole gum can be influenced, the problems of the misalignment or the sparse teeth and the like occur, and the misalignment of the deciduous teeth can also influence the growth of the permanent teeth. Correcting teeth not only makes children suffer from physical pain, but also is a little expense for the family. Because the teeth are not right or uneven after the adult, the oral cavity is difficult to clean effectively, tooth decay is easy to cause for a long time, and even constant pressure is difficult to be ensured.
The contact point between the circular section and the teeth is relatively small, other teeth are not effectively occluded, and the whole tooth mouth is in an open state because the incisors are always jacked up by the occlusion part. In the time of day, baby is in the state of biting nipple head for a long time, and the mouth is in open state all the time, this also has increased baby's uncomfortable sense of oral cavity. And when opening the mouth, the baby can continuously flow out water, increasing the risk of infection.
In this embodiment, the design of the nipple root portion can alleviate the above problem to some extent, so that the maximum thickness of the cross-sectional profile is smaller than the maximum width of the cross-sectional profile, and the nipple root portion cross-section is flatter than a circle. The effect is especially expressed in that: first, when baby bites nipple, the effort that the tooth received is more even, can effectively avoid the phenomenon that the action point is single, the direction of action is changeable leads to the tooth to be uneven or the tooth is sparse. Secondly, when the baby bites the nipple, the teeth can be kept in a natural state closer to the closing state, and the lips are also in a natural closing state, so that the discomfort of the baby can be reduced.
Example 11:
the air pressure sensitive portion includes an air pressure sensor,
an elastic member having a C side and a D side;
the side C is the side of the elastic member facing the first cavity, and the side D is the side of the elastic member facing away from the first cavity;
wherein the C side is in a state of being recessed toward the first cavity at the quasi-atmospheric pressure Pz.
In this embodiment, the elastic member has elasticity, and when the nipple is snapped or broken, the air pressure P0 of the first chamber is changed, and when the air pressure of the first chamber is changed to Pz, the elastic member is depressed toward the first chamber. The user can judge that the nipple is damaged according to the mode that the elastic component at the back of the nipple is sunken towards the direction facing the first cavity.
Example 12:
when P0 is more than P, and,
when P0 is not equal to Pz, the elastic component protrudes in a direction away from the first cavity;
when p0=pz, the elastic member is recessed toward the first cavity.
In this embodiment, when the preset air pressure P0> P and p0+notepzof the first cavity, the elastic member protrudes in a direction away from the first cavity. When the nipple is snapped or broken to change the preset air pressure P0, p0=pz, the elastic member is recessed at the support member in a direction facing the first cavity. The user can judge the damage condition of the nipple according to the shape of the elastic component at the back of the nipple.
Example 13:
the air pressure sensitive portion includes an air pressure sensor,
an air pressure sensor;
controlling a display;
wherein, the control display has two states of warning and normal;
the air pressure sensor is used for detecting the air pressure of the first cavity and transmitting an electric signal to the control display;
when the air pressure sensor is under the quasi-atmospheric pressure Pz, the display is controlled to display an alarm signal;
the second sensing state of the air pressure sensing part is used for controlling the display to display an alarm signal.
For the air pressure change in the first cavity, the elastic material can also be correspondingly deformed when the baby bites the nipple, and the restoring force of the elastic material is reduced for a long time. Thus the reaction of the elastic material to the air pressure change becomes insignificant, and the user is not easy to find the damage condition of the nipple.
In this embodiment, the air pressure value in the first cavity can be accurately measured by using the air pressure sensor, and the air pressure sensor does not influence the measured threshold value due to the use of the nipple. When the nipple is snapped or broken, the air pressure sensor detects the air pressure value of the first cavity, and the air pressure sensor transmits an electric signal to the control display. When the air pressure of the first cavity is changed to Pz, the display is controlled to display a warning signal. The user can monitor the damage condition of the nipple head by observing the warning signal of the control display.
Example 14:
the control display comprises led lights, and it is satisfied,
when P0 is not equal to Pz, the led lamp is in an off state;
p0=pz, the led lamp assumes a bright state.
In this embodiment, the control display includes Led lights, and the Led lights present an off state indicating that the nipple is in a normal state, and the Led lights present a bright state indicating that the nipple is in a broken state, prompting the user that the pacifier needs to be replaced in time. The control display can remind the user in the form of light signals, and the control display can also remind the user through sound signals, color signals, image signals and the like. The user monitors the damage condition of the nipple head by observing the warning signal of the control display.
Example 15:
the cross section of the root member is rectangular, wherein the width of the rectangular coincides with the thickness direction of the cross section of the root member, and the length of the rectangular coincides with the width direction of the cross section of the root member;
