As shown in fig. 6, specifically, the wall of the material delivery pipe 4 is a hollow structure, the two end walls of the material delivery pipe 4 are mesh-shaped wall surfaces, the turbine 701 operates to generate negative pressure in the negative pressure pipe 702 and the material delivery pipe 4, the negative pressure pipe 702 is communicated with the hollow cavity of the material delivery pipe 4, and in the process of high-speed circulation of air along the hollow cavity of the material delivery pipe 4, air on the peripheral side is driven to circulate along the lumen of the material delivery pipe 4, so that negative pressure is generated in the lumen of the material delivery pipe 4, so that tobacco stems are forced to enter the material delivery pipe 4 from the first discharge hole 5 and the second discharge hole 6, enter the mesh bag 11 along the material delivery pipe 4, and are collected.
Referring to fig. 1, specifically, an adapter 12 is fixedly connected to a bottom wall of the tobacco stem conveying groove 1, the adapter 12 is used for being rotatably connected with the supporting seat 2 and the hydraulic cylinder 8, the adapter 12 is convenient to work through the hydraulic cylinder 8, the hydraulic cylinder 8 pushes up or pulls down one end of the tobacco stem conveying groove 1, and the tobacco stem conveying groove 1 moves in a wane manner by using the supporting seat 2 as a fulcrum.
Referring to fig. 7, specifically, the adaptor 12 includes a first connecting plate 121, a side wall of the first connecting plate 121 is fixedly connected to a bottom wall of the tobacco stalk conveying groove 1, two ends of the first connecting plate 121 are integrally connected to a second connecting plate 122, the first connecting plate 121 and the second connecting plate 122 form an adaptor frame, a connecting shaft 123 penetrates through the adaptor frame, and top ends of the supporting seat 2 and the hydraulic cylinder 8 are rotatably connected to the corresponding connecting shaft 123, so that the tobacco stalk conveying groove 1, the supporting seat 2 and the hydraulic cylinder 8 are rotatably connected.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a method for separating and recycling tobacco stems from inner liner paper board includes the following steps:
step 1: pouring a mixture of tobacco stem materials and a lining paperboard into the movable material conveying chamber 3, closing a sealing cover, working through a hydraulic cylinder 8, pushing up one end of the tobacco stem material conveying groove 1 by the hydraulic cylinder 8, tilting the end of the tobacco stem material conveying groove 1 with the supporting seat 2 as a fulcrum to form an inclined mode, and sliding the movable material conveying chamber 3 in the tobacco stem material conveying groove 1 in a sliding manner to a position of a limiting baffle 10 under the action of self gravity to stop;
step 2: in the step 1, after the movable conveying chamber 3 slides downwards, the first discharge hole 5 and the second discharge hole 6 are close to each other, the air draft device 7 is started, negative pressure is generated in the conveying pipe 4, tobacco stems in the movable conveying chamber 3 are adsorbed, the lining paperboard is intercepted in the movable conveying chamber 3, and tobacco stem materials enter the conveying pipe 4 along the first discharge hole 5 and the second discharge hole 6 under the action of the negative pressure and enter the mesh bag 11 along the conveying pipe 4;
and step 3: tobacco stem material and inside lining cardboard separation finish the back, through pneumatic cylinder 8 work, pneumatic cylinder 8 drop-down the one end of tobacco stem material conveyer trough 1, tobacco stem material conveyer trough 1 with supporting seat 2 moves down for fulcrum one end and is the slope mode once more, it is in under self action of gravity to remove material conveying room 3 the tobacco stem material conveyer trough 1 is interior to slide down again with gliding mode and return initial position department and stop, follows the inside lining cardboard remove in the material conveying room 3 and take out, accomplish the separation and the recovery of tobacco stem material and inside lining cardboard mixture.

The device capable of separating and recycling the tobacco stems and the lining paperboard comprises a tobacco stem conveying groove (1) and is characterized in that a supporting seat (2) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1), the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) is rotatably connected with the supporting seat (2), the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) can move in a wane mode by taking the supporting seat (2) as a fulcrum under the action of external force, a movable conveying chamber (3) is connected to the inside of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) in a sliding mode, the movable conveying chamber (3) is used for loading a mixture of the tobacco stems and the lining paperboard, and the movable conveying chamber (3) can slide up and down in the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) in a sliding mode under the action of self gravity;

The equipment capable of separating and recovering the tobacco stems from the lining paperboard according to claim 1 is characterized in that one end of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) is rotatably connected with a telescopic end of a hydraulic cylinder (8), and the hydraulic cylinder (8) is used for pushing or pulling one end of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) upwards so as to realize a working mode that the tobacco stem conveying groove (1) moves in a wane mode by taking the supporting seat (2) as a fulcrum.

The device capable of separating and recycling the tobacco stems from the lining paperboard according to claim 2 is characterized in that slide ways (9) are symmetrically arranged on the inner bottom wall of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1), rollers are mounted at four corners of the bottom wall of the movable conveying chamber (3), the rollers are located in the slide ways (9), and a limit baffle (10) is fixedly connected to one side, close to the conveying pipe (4), of the inner bottom wall of the tobacco stem conveying groove (1).

The device for separating and recovering the tobacco stems from the inner lining paper board according to claim 1, wherein a sealing cover is clamped at the upper end of the movable conveying chamber (3), small ventilation holes are uniformly formed in the sealing cover, and the sealing cover is used for sealing the mixture of the tobacco stem materials and the inner lining paper board.

6. An apparatus for separating and recovering stems from cardboard liners according to claim 5, characterized in that the free end of the delivery duct (4) is tied with a mesh bag (11), the mesh bag (11) being used to collect the stem material sucked under the action of negative pressure.

10. A method for separating and recycling tobacco stems and inner lining paper boards is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: pouring a mixture of tobacco stem materials and a lining paperboard into the movable material conveying chamber (3), closing a sealing cover, working through a hydraulic cylinder (8), pushing up one end of the tobacco stem material conveying groove (1) by the hydraulic cylinder (8), tilting the end of the tobacco stem material conveying groove (1) with the supporting seat (2) as a fulcrum to form an inclined mode, and sliding the movable material conveying chamber (3) in the tobacco stem material conveying groove (1) in a sliding mode to stop at a position of a limiting baffle (10) under the action of self gravity;
step 2: in the step 1, after the movable conveying chamber (3) slides downwards, the first discharging hole (5) and the second discharging hole (6) are close to each other, the air draft equipment (7) is started, negative pressure is generated in the conveying pipe (4), tobacco stems in the movable conveying chamber (3) are adsorbed, the lining paperboard is intercepted in the movable conveying chamber (3), and tobacco stem materials enter the conveying pipe (4) along the first discharging hole (5) and the second discharging hole (6) under the action of the negative pressure and enter the mesh bag (11) along the conveying pipe (4);
