Abstract

The invention discloses a method for controlling terminal display and electronic equipment, wherein the method for controlling the terminal display comprises the following steps: acquiring video compression data; decoding video compressed data in units of data frames; and obtaining a decoded data frame, and delivering the decoded data frame to a display end until the decoding of the video compression data is completed. The method for controlling the terminal display and the electronic equipment improve the safety and reliability of upgrading. According to the method for controlling the terminal display, the decoding end directly delivers the obtained decoded data frame to the display end, so that the decoding end and the display end are in asynchronous working modes, the two parts are independent, the time consumed in the process of waiting delivery of the data frame is reduced, the purposes of instantaneity, high efficiency and low time delay are achieved, and the watching experience of a user is ensured.

It can be understood that the terminal obtains the video compression data, and decodes the video compression data to obtain a data frame containing all the video compression data. For example, the data frames containing all the video compressed data are the total data frames of the decoded video compressed data, and the display end acquires and plays the total data frames of the decoded video compressed data, so that a complete video image can be obtained.

The problem that the delivery waiting time occupies the playing link time due to excessive total data frames after the video compressed data is decoded when all the data frames after the video compressed data is completely decoded are delivered to the display end at the same time is solved. In the whole decoding process of the decoding end, for example, the configuration may be that after the decoding end acquires a frame of data, the frame of data is delivered to the display end. Or, the delivery can be performed every time the decoding end acquires a corresponding number of data frames, so as to save the time when the data frames wait for delivery.

It can be understood that, after receiving the decoded data frames, the display end will simultaneously obtain the time stamps of the data frames, so that a certain number of data frames can be displayed according to a predetermined time sequence during video playing. For example, in the process from decoding video images to delivering data frames, the data frames may be out of order or arranged in a wrong order. The display end can arrange the received data frames according to the time sequence according to the acquired time stamp information of the data frames, so that errors are prevented from occurring in the subsequent video display process, and the experience of a user is prevented from being influenced.

When the display end needs to display, the arranged data frames can be directly taken away from the frame queue for display, so that the time for simultaneously delivering all the data frames to the link is saved, the purposes of instantaneity, high efficiency and low time delay are achieved, and the watching experience of a user is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method of controlling a terminal display further includes acquiring a data frame from the frame queue for display in response to the decoding completion notification information.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the decoding end can decode the video compressed data and deliver the data frames at the same time, the display end can continuously receive the decoded data frames and form the frame queue according to the time stamps of the data frames. Therefore, when the decoding end completes decoding all the video compression data, the process of delivering the decoded data frames to the display end can be completed almost at the same time.
