In one embodiment, the office resource comprises public office equipment; the office interaction data comprises interaction data generated by interaction between the public office equipment and the network equipment based on the network port; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured public office equipment information; office resource usage includes usage for public office equipment; the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps: the public office equipment assignment process is performed based on the use situation for the public office equipment.
Specifically, the public office equipment may be connected to the network equipment through a network port, and the network server may obtain office interaction data between the public office equipment and the network port. The analysis server can determine the position of the public office equipment according to the network identifier of the network port accessed by the public office equipment, and the analysis server can analyze the service condition of an office department corresponding to the position aiming at the public office equipment and analyze the office resource demand of the office department on the public office equipment so as to generate a scheme for reallocating the public office equipment.
In one embodiment, the office equipment is located for each floor where the department is located. The public office equipment may include at least one of a printer, a video conference terminal, and the like. The analysis server can analyze the use condition of the public office equipment by the office departments in each floor according to the use characteristic data corresponding to the network port connected with the public office equipment. It can be understood that a plurality of public office equipment can be configured on one floor, and the analysis server can analyze the use condition of each floor to the public office equipment and the use condition of one floor to the plurality of public office equipment respectively. For example, two printers are installed on the second floor, and one printer is installed on the third floor, but if the usage amount represented by the feature data corresponding to the network port connected to the printer on the third floor is larger, a scheme for adding one printer with a smaller relative usage amount on the second floor to the third floor is generated.
In the embodiment, public office equipment allocation processing can be carried out based on the service condition of the public office equipment, manual allocation is not needed, and efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the network devices are arranged by floor, one network device corresponding to one floor; office resources include network resources; the usage characteristic data for the office resource includes usage characteristic data for the network resource; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured network resource information; the method further comprises the following steps: determining the use condition of the network resources of each floor according to the use characteristic data aiming at the network resources and the pre-configured network resource information; the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps: and performing allocation processing on the network equipment of each floor based on the use condition of the network resources.
In particular, the network device may be a network switch. The analysis server can determine the use condition of the network resources of each floor according to the use characteristic data aiming at the network resources and the pre-configured network resource information. The analysis server can analyze office resource requirements of each floor on the network switch based on the network resource use condition so as to allocate and process the bandwidth of the network switch of each floor.
In one embodiment, the analysis server may analyze network resource usage for various network ports. If the network resource usage indicates that the network resources consumed by a network port are excessive, the analysis server may reduce the network resource quota for the network port, for example, limit the network bandwidth and the network traffic.
In the embodiment, the network resource use condition of each floor is determined according to the use characteristic data aiming at the network resource and the pre-configured network resource information; the network equipment of each floor is allocated based on the network resource use condition, manual allocation is not needed, labor cost is reduced, and efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the analysis server can count the personnel information and office resource use condition of the office in real time and send the statistical data to the management terminal. The management terminal may present the statistical data in the form of a graph. It can be understood that the management terminal can be a terminal for managing office resources, and office staff can check the office resource use conditions of each office department in real time through the management terminal.
In one embodiment, if the office resource usage indicates that the office resource usage is greater than the current maximum usage of personnel in the office, the analysis server may perform analysis in combination with office nature of the office and network port usage of non-office. For example, if the number of network ports used is greater than the current number of people in the office, the analysis server may obtain an analysis conclusion that the office people not in the office use the network ports that are not assigned to the office, and the office people not in the office use the network ports in the office.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an office resource allocation system for realizing the office resource allocation method. The solution to the problem provided by the system is similar to the solution described in the above method, so the specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the office resource allocation system provided below can be referred to the limitations of the office resource allocation method in the above, and details are not described here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided an office resource allocation system comprising: a web server 402 and an analytics server 404, wherein:
a network server 402, configured to obtain office interaction data generated by interaction between each network port and a network device; each network port is a network port previously assigned for office use.
The analysis server 404 is configured to perform feature analysis processing on the office interaction data acquired by the network server to obtain usage feature data for office resources; acquiring office resource information configured in advance for office departments; analyzing the office resource use condition of the office department based on the use characteristic data and the office resource information; and performing office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition.
In one embodiment, the analysis server 404 is further configured to classify the office interaction data to determine an interaction data category corresponding to the office interaction data; counting characteristic attribute information under each interactive data category; and obtaining the use characteristic data based on the interactive data category and the characteristic attribute information.
In one embodiment, the analysis server 404 is further configured to input the office interaction data into an office characteristic analysis model, so as to obtain usage characteristic data for office resources; the office characteristic analysis model is a model which is trained in advance based on historical office interaction data and is used for carrying out characteristic analysis processing on the office interaction data.
In one embodiment, the analysis server 404 is further configured to obtain office resource information configured in advance for current personnel of the office; acquiring the human input plan information of an office department; and analyzing office resource requirements of the office department according to the office resource use condition and the human input plan information so as to distribute and process office resources for the office department according to the office resource requirements.
In one embodiment, the office resource comprises an office cassette; the office card seat is an office position configured with a network port; the analysis server 404 is further configured to generate a processing scheme for adding a network port to the office socket allocated by the office department if the office resource usage indicates that the currently allocated network port on the office socket does not satisfy the office requirement.
In one embodiment, the office resource comprises public office equipment; the office interaction data comprises interaction data generated by interaction between the public office equipment and the network equipment based on the network port; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured public office equipment information; office resource usage includes usage for public office equipment; the analysis server 404 is also used for public office equipment assignment processing based on the use situation for the public office equipment.
In one embodiment, the network devices are arranged by floor, one network device corresponding to one floor; office resources include network resources; the usage characteristic data for the office resource comprises usage characteristic data for a network resource; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured network resource information; the analysis server 404 is further configured to determine the network resource usage of each floor according to the usage characteristic data for the network resource and the preconfigured network resource information; and performing allocation processing on the network equipment of each floor based on the use condition of the network resources.
Each device in the office resource allocation system described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The above devices may be embedded in hardware or independent from a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in a memory in the computer device in software, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the above devices.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device comprises a processor, a memory, an Input/Output (I/O) interface and a communication interface. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface is connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing office resource allocation related data. The input/output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and an external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an office resource allocation method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input device. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected by a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected by the input/output interface to the system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program to run on the non-volatile storage medium. The input/output interface of the computer device is used for exchanging information between the processor and an external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an office resource allocation method. The display unit of the computer equipment is used for forming a visual and visible picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device, the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurations shown in fig. 5 and 6 are merely block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the above-described method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, displayed data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the relevant laws and regulations and standards of the relevant country and region.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases referred to in various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may be, without limitation, general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing-based data processing logic devices, or the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An office resource allocation method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring office interaction data generated by interaction between each network port and network equipment; each network port is a network port which is pre-allocated to an office department for use;
performing feature analysis processing based on the office interaction data to obtain use feature data for office resources;
acquiring office resource information pre-configured for the office department;
analyzing the office resource use condition of the office department based on the use characteristic data and the office resource information;
and performing office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein performing the feature analysis processing based on the office interaction data to obtain the usage feature data for office resources comprises:
classifying the office interaction data to determine an interaction data category corresponding to the office interaction data;
counting characteristic attribute information under each interactive data category;
and obtaining use characteristic data based on the interactive data category and the characteristic attribute information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein performing the feature analysis processing based on the office interaction data to obtain the usage feature data for office resources comprises:
inputting office interaction data into an office characteristic analysis model to obtain use characteristic data aiming at office resources; the office characteristic analysis model is a model which is trained in advance based on historical office interaction data and is used for carrying out characteristic analysis processing on the office interaction data.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the acquiring office resource information pre-configured for the office department comprises:
acquiring office resource information pre-configured for the current personnel of the office department;
the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps:
acquiring the human input plan information of the office department;
and analyzing the office resource requirements of the office department according to the office resource use condition and the human input plan information so as to distribute office resources to the office department according to the office resource requirements.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the office resource comprises an office cassette; the office card seat is an office position configured with a network port;
the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps:
and if the office resource use condition represents that the network port on the currently allocated office card holder does not meet the office requirement, generating a processing scheme for adding the network port to the office card holder allocated by the office department.

The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the office resource comprises public office equipment; the office interaction data comprises interaction data generated by interaction between the public office equipment and network equipment based on a network port; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured public office equipment information; the office resource usage comprises usage for the public office equipment;
the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps:
and performing public office equipment allocation processing based on the use condition of the public office equipment.

A method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the network devices are arranged by floor, one network device corresponding to each floor; the office resources comprise network resources; the usage characteristic data for office resources comprises usage characteristic data for network resources; the pre-configured office resource information comprises pre-configured network resource information; the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the use condition of the network resources of each floor according to the use characteristic data aiming at the network resources and the pre-configured network resource information;
the office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition comprises the following steps:
and allocating the network equipment of each floor based on the network resource use condition.
8. An office resource allocation system, characterized in that the system comprises a network server and an analysis server;
the network server is used for acquiring office interaction data generated by interaction between each network port and the network equipment; each network port is a network port which is pre-allocated to an office department for use;
the analysis server is used for carrying out feature analysis processing on the office interaction data acquired by the network server to obtain use feature data for office resources; acquiring office resource information pre-configured for the office department; analyzing the office resource use condition of the office department based on the use characteristic data and the office resource information; and performing office resource allocation processing based on the office resource use condition.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
