All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Terms that may be involved in the present invention are explained:
scene: the method refers to a set of situations that various system transactions and the like perform different operation measures under the influence of external factors.
Information: the system transaction parameter refers to relevant data parameters to be displayed in relevant scenes of various system transactions. Such as: start time, end time, published information, importance level, etc.
A mechanism tree: refers to a set of all organization information of one unit, and the division, inclusion relationship, and the like of each organization exist in the set.
An external connection system: and operating software which is associated with the running calendar scene information.
Application technology stacks that may be involved in the present invention:
1. front end page Vue + AntDesign. Vue is a progressive front end JS framework, which has the characteristics of data drive view, high componentization degree, fast data operation, etc. The method is suitable for front-end page logic development with high timeliness and high componentization degree, and is suitable for the characteristics of quick data updating and plug-in updating of the system. The AntDesign is a set of page UI component library developed and maintained by ant golden clothes, has the characteristics of few invalid graphs, prominent key points, strong significance and the like, and is suitable for users of the system to pay attention to effective information needing to be concerned in pages.
2. And the back-end service logic processes the JAVA-SpringBoot. The Springboot is a JAVA application development framework which can be used after being unpacked, so that the software configuration process of application development is simplified, and developers can concentrate on realizing business logic. The method is widely applied to the field of rapid application development (rapid application development) and is suitable for realizing the requirements of the system.
3. The messaging system Kafka. Kafka is a distributed, partition-supported, multi-copy (replenical), zookeeper-based coordinated distributed message system, and has the greatest characteristic of processing a large amount of data in real time to meet various demand scenarios, such as log collection, user activity tracking, streaming processing, and the like. The method has the characteristics of high expandability, good durability, high concurrency and the like. The method is suitable for receiving the push information from a plurality of original systems, analyzing and processing the push information one by one and storing the push information continuously, and simultaneously meeting the expansion requirements of subsequent systems.
4. The database MySql. MySql is an open source relational database management system. Has the characteristics of small volume, high speed, low cost and the like. And a specific database manager is not needed, so that better management and maintenance can be realized, and the management requirements of the system on data are met.
With the increase of the number of data center service systems and the number of middleware products, the number of applicable scenes of each service is continuously increased. Meanwhile, the work relevance of each organization of the data center is increasing day by day. Therefore, it is difficult to communicate and confirm the service scenario and relevant important information between the organizations in time. The work load of operation and maintenance personnel is increased only by manual mail or character communication when the scene information is issued, the work coordination problem caused by the problems of untimely communication, inaccurate explanation, difficult post tracking and the like is easy to occur, and the current mode for issuing the scene information is difficult to provide the associated scene information to business personnel, the operation and maintenance personnel are required to additionally analyze the association between the scene information, the work load of the operation and maintenance personnel is increased, and the work efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel is reduced.
In addition to the above problems, the use of the prior art to publish the scene information also causes the following problems in the working state of the operation and maintenance staff:
1. the number of scenarios used by each service is increasing due to the number of data center service systems. There are more and more scenes and information that business personnel need to pay attention to for each system. Too many scenes and information also make it difficult for business personnel to pay attention to all information in time.
2. At present, a system managed by a data center radiates all regions of the world, the departments of all organizations have commonalities and differences, each time, the scene information is issued to not a single organization or all organizations, and the key point is that the scene information needs to be issued to part of the organizations related to the current business system. Each time a scenario and information distribution occurs, it is often the case that an organization is missed or misissued.
3. On the basis of the 1 and 2, the existing method for releasing information by manual operation is complex and tedious. At present, the release of scene information is mainly performed in modes of manual notification, mails and the like. Under the condition that more and more scene information is available and more information is published manually. The wide range of radiation results in an increasing difficulty in communicating scene information to specific persons. The mechanism levels send descriptions step by step, and one piece of scene information can be covered to the relevant department only after 3 to 5 persons arrive. Therefore, the labor cost is increased due to the complicated and tedious issue of information by affairs.
4. For the method of issuing the context information in step 3, since issuing of one piece of context information requires forwarding by multiple persons, there is a risk of missing or forwarding errors when adjusting and maintaining the context information, so that it is difficult to accurately perform the maintenance measures for the context information. Meanwhile, when the scene information acquired by the service personnel is inconsistent with the scene information which is released at the beginning, the scene information is acquired only by forwarding through a plurality of channels, and the root of the error information is difficult to be checked.
In addition to the above problems, the use of the existing scene information distribution method and management method has the following disadvantages:
1. inconsistent collection of demand: the existing scenes are released from inconsistent data sources, some scenes are released by a data center according to operation and maintenance conditions, some scenes are released by a project group according to the operation conditions of a related system and operations to be carried out, and other scenes are released by service personnel according to the actual conditions of the service system.
2. The issued information standards are inconsistent: the acquired scene information is different due to the fact that the data sources of the existing scene release are different, most of the scene information is standardized by means of manual sorting, a small part of information which is difficult to standardize is directly released, and no definite release standard exists for the scene information.
3. Too many manual operations lead to high error-prone: because the operation of the prior scene release needs to be released manually step by step, the information transmission caused by manual operation is not timely, and the situation of information release error occurs sometimes. Meanwhile, the time for information transmission is long because a plurality of persons are required to forward and transmit information when one piece of information is released, and the information source is difficult to timely transmit the updated information to all persons.
4. And (3) displaying the release information in a non-associated manner: since the data method of the conventional scene distribution is individual mail transmission, it is difficult to associate scenes at the same time. If the scene A is No. 1-3, and the scene B is No. 3-5. The situation that the No. 3 has two scenes cannot be reflected on the existing scene information release. The method is easy to cause error operation in daily operation and maintenance work due to the fact that scenes are related but cannot be described.
5. The published information cannot be checked and confirmed in real time: because the data mode of the prior scene release is single mail sending, the released data can not be displayed visually, and part of manpower is required to be consumed to maintain the recorded data at present. The method consumes manpower, and cannot ensure that all personnel in the row can check the published scene information at any time and any place.
6. Historical data is difficult to track: because the data mode of the prior scene distribution is single mail sending, and the mails and the notifications need to be transmitted by a plurality of persons, the distributed data need to be tracked one by one according to the mails. This work requires a lot of labor and time, and it is not guaranteed that each scene can be accurately tracked.
The invention aims to provide a log management system, which can be used for integrating various types of scenes of various service systems into several types of scenes for management, and meanwhile, the system needs to display information of various types of scenes based on date dimensions. The administrator takes the above as a basic tool to perform the matters of scene management and information distribution. And the operation and maintenance personnel can process all scene information in the page in time. Service personnel can timely and accurately know the published information of all scenes, the working efficiency is improved, the information accuracy is ensured, and the operation and maintenance manpower is released.
The invention is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing device environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multi-processor apparatus, distributed computing environments that include any of the above devices or equipment, and the like. The system provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be composed of various computers or processors, and referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a calendar management system provided by the embodiment of the present invention is specifically described as follows:
the calendar management system includes: an external data module 101, a scene management module 102, a calendar management module 103, an information management module 104, a batch generation module 105, and an information presentation module 106.
The external data module 101 is configured to acquire data to be published, and process the data to be published to obtain standard data meeting a preset data format.
In the system provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the data to be released is data sent by an external system, where the external system may also be referred to as an external link system, and the data to be released may be related configuration information of a scene that the external system needs to apply; the external system may be an IT management service system, an on-duty system, an alarm system, or the like.
The external data module is provided with a plurality of data processing modules, different data processing modules correspond to different external systems, different data processing rules are also set in different data processing modules, and further, the data processing rules in the data processing modules can be set according to the data formats applied by the corresponding external systems and the data formats applied by the calendar management system provided by the invention; optionally, the data processing rule may be a data format conversion rule, and the rule performs content such as screening, filtering, and format conversion on data.
After the external data module acquires the data to be published, an external system for sending the data to be published is determined, a data processing module corresponding to the external system is determined, and the data processing module is called to process the data to be published based on a preset data processing rule so as to acquire standard data meeting the data format of the calendar management system. Preferably, different data processing modules have different data tables, and after converting the data to be processed into the standard data, the data processing modules can store the standard data into the data tables corresponding to the standard data.
The external data module is mainly responsible for acquiring information of all external data and structuring the information according to a certain standard so as to ensure that data of various external systems can be used. There are a number of API interfaces within the module for data organization and format conversion. Because as the number of systems in a data center increases, the system will require a large number of external systems in the subsequent use process. Therefore, when designing the module, the feasibility of data processing, the expandability of an external system, the maintainability of a post-code, and the like need to be considered.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of an architecture of an external data module provided in an embodiment of the present invention is specifically described as follows:
three external systems are illustrated in the figure, and three data processing modules are arranged in the external data module. This section is not relevant to the specific external system data format, i.e., if the external system A, B has the same data format for both systems, it cannot use the same data processing module. In consideration of the fact that the data format provided by the external data A is changed if the external data A is changed at the later stage, the system only needs to maintain the data processing module corresponding to the external system A, namely, the data processing rule in the data processing module A is changed; therefore, the data acquisition of other external systems cannot be influenced. And secondly, when an external system is added, the direct development of a new data processing module is more convenient than the viewing and changing of an old data processing module. When the external system is off-line due to other reasons, the external system only needs to stop the data processing module, and the work of other data processing modules is not influenced.
In order to improve the availability of the data of the external system, the system stores various items of data of the external system to the maximum extent, so that the corresponding data table is customized in the local database according to the number of the external systems for storing the data from the external system.
When the calendar management system needs to call the external data module to realize the function, the corresponding adjusting module is used for collecting relevant data in all tables to regenerate the data to be displayed. The system function 1 is not associated with the data table a and the external system a, but is designed according to the functions of the specific required items. That is, the system function 1 may need three data of the data table A, B, C in the local database, and then perform integration planning on the extracted data to obtain corresponding data, that is, the data 1, 2, and 3 in the drawing, and finally provide the data to the corresponding system function. It should be noted that after the data is extracted from the external data module, adjustment actions such as sorting and reconstructing the extracted data are required to obtain the data meeting the requirement, and further, the adjustment actions such as sorting and reconstructing the extracted data may be performed in the external data module or in a module using the data in the external data module.
Preferably, the external data module further stores configuration information required for synchronization of the calendar management module, such as push rules, push addresses, push logs, and the like, and when the external system sends a change, the external data module can automatically update the synchronization parameters by modifying the configuration information. The external data module also saves the push log for the external system to trace back and investigate. The developer of the external system can configure and test the synchronization parameters through the external data module, and the parameters are used immediately after the configuration is effective and the next synchronization.
Based on the design, the usability of the data acquired from the external system can be greatly improved, and all external data can be used for all functions. The structure complexity of data use is reduced, and the cost of code post-maintenance is greatly reduced.
The scene management module 102 is configured to extract each scene data from the external data module, process each scene data to obtain scene information of each scene data, and send each scene information to the calendar management module.
It should be noted that, when the scene management module 102 extracts each scene data from the external data module 101, the scene data may be extracted from each data table of the local database of the external data module 101, where the scene data includes, but is not limited to, information about a scene creator, a scene applicable service, whether a scene is used, and the like, after the scene data is extracted, each scene data is integrated to obtain the scene information of each scene data, and further, when the scene data is integrated, the data of each scene data field may be extracted from the scene data according to each preset scene data field, and the extracted data is integrated into the structured scene information; preferably, each scene data field includes, but is not limited to, a scene creator, a scene data source, a scene description, a scene status, a scene color, a scene category, a scene name, etc.
Preferably, after obtaining each piece of scene information, the scene management module stores each piece of scene information.
The scene management module may be used to save already structured scene information. The original multiple data structures of different service scenes are integrated and unified into one data structure and maintained in the module. And simultaneously, the module also provides source data for the formulation of the running calendar.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, as an example of application of the scene information provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the scene information is sourced from two types, one type is the scene information generated when a system administrator creates a scene by himself, and the other type is the scene data extracted from an external data module and the extracted scene data is integrated into the scene information. The method can ensure that the original scene information can be used, and simultaneously ensure that if a new system wants to record part of data of the new system as the scene information in the later period, the new system can also be added in the later period in the method without changing the original code, thereby reducing the complexity of the later-period code maintenance.
The specific content stored in the scene information is shown in fig. 3, the scene creator and the scene data source are convenient to view in the later maintenance of the information, the scene description and the scene name are used for simply and directly indicating the meaning of the scene, the scene category is used for classifying a large number of scenes and facilitating statistics, and the scene color is used for facilitating display on a calendar in a color mode when the scene is referred in a calendar module, so that the user experience is improved.
The calendar management module 103 is configured to add corresponding calendar information to each piece of scene information to obtain each piece of scene publishing information.
In the device provided by the implementation of the present invention, the process of obtaining the information issued by each scene by adding the corresponding calendar information to each scene information by the calendar management module is as follows: acquiring calendar addition information; and for each piece of scene information, extracting calendar information of the scene information from the calendar adding information, and adding the calendar information into the scene information to obtain scene release information. It should be noted that, for a plurality of pieces of calendar data in the calendar addition information, it is necessary to extract corresponding calendar information for each piece of scene information, and the calendar information includes, but is not limited to, calendar title, calendar start time, calendar end time, remarks, creator, calendar source, and other contents. Further, calendar information extracted for the scene information is added to the scene information to obtain scene release information; preferably, after each piece of scene distribution information is released, each piece of scene distribution information may be registered and stored with the date as the dimension, and each piece of scene distribution information with the same calendar start time may be stored in the same set.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4, a diagram of an application example of scenario publishing information in a calendar management module according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The data of the calendar can be the calendar which is automatically created by a system administrator in the system, and the data can be integrated into scene information after being acquired from an associated external data module and a scene management module. The data of the calendar and the scene information in the scene management module must be consistent. Only data in the scene management module can be displayed on the display module normally. The scene publishing information stored by the calendar management module is obtained by adding calendar information on the basis of the scene information, the calendar information comprises but is not limited to the contents of title, start time, end time, remark and the like, and the data can be better displayed on a calendar control of the display module.
The data of the scene module can be used for multiple times by adding the calendar, namely, the same scene can be set at different times, so that the data of the scene can be multiplexed to the maximum extent, a user can judge what scene is more intuitively when seeing the duration of the running day, and the scene has obvious relevance with the scene on the historical calendar.
Secondly, the scene release information also comprises a part of functions needing external system coordination, the part of data is stored in the external data of the scene release information, the external data comprises but is not limited to change the upgrade state, upgrade start time and upgrade end time, the part of data is only convenient for controlling the functions of the external system from the date dimension, when the calendar data is changed, the module immediately synchronizes the changed calendar information to all data processing modules according to the configuration information in the external data module, and the external data module implements different internal processing according to the acquired information. And if the function of the external connection system related to the operation of the calendar exists in the later period, the data is stored.
The information management module 104 is configured to obtain the publishing request, generate an information publishing rule based on the publishing request, and send the information publishing rule to the batch generation module.
The information management system generates the information publishing rule based on the publishing request, and the process comprises the following steps: analyzing the release request to determine each audience object; for each audience object, determining scene association information of the audience object; and generating an information distribution rule based on the relevant information of each scene. When determining each audience object, the audience object can be determined according to audience information in the publishing request, wherein the audience object has two types, one type is an object taking a mechanism as a dimension, and the other type is an object taking a member in a group as a dimension. The information release rule includes but is not limited to a release range, release information and release time, wherein the release range is an audience range, namely, each audience object, the release information is content to be released, the release time is a calendar which is matched with the operation, and data is displayed on the display module by taking days as dimensions.
Furthermore, when an object with a mechanism as a dimension is determined, audience information is mechanism information, and can be determined in a preset mechanism tree or a mechanism line according to the mechanism information. The information of the organization is obtained from two aspects, one is to directly obtain the whole amount of organization information from the existing organization tree, but the information is too much, and the operation is complex and easy to be wrong. The other is that the system takes the mechanism line as a single record, pre-buries part of the mechanisms into the mechanism line, then directly selects the mechanism line when selecting the issuing range, and selects all the mechanisms in the mechanism line in such a way. The operation is simple and clear. For a common mechanism, the mechanism wire is suggested to be pre-embedded. The mechanism line can be selected to ensure that the distribution range of each distribution information is consistent.
Further, when determining an object with members in the group as dimensions, the audience information is employee information, preferably, generally all members in the group. Since the distribution range is small, the distribution can be performed by a single user. And the organization information directly obtains the group information related to the user from the existing staff information. The data volume is reduced to the maximum extent, and the user experience is improved.
The batch generation module 105 is configured to match target scene release information in each piece of scene release information based on an information release rule, and release each piece of target scene release information to a preset running calendar based on the release time of each piece of target scene release information to obtain a scene release calendar.
The information publishing rule comprises scene names to be published, target scene publishing information can be matched in the scene publishing information according to the scene names, corresponding publishing time exists in each scene name in the information publishing rule, therefore, the target scene publishing information can be determined, for each target scene publishing information, calendar time identical to the publishing time of the target scene publishing information is determined in a preset running calendar, and the target scene publishing information is published to the calendar time.
The batch generation module is responsible for matching the information release rules formulated by the information management module with the scene release information of the calendar management module, and automatically generating the scene release calendar needing to be displayed by performing timed batch running. The module has the core meaning that the information management module and the calendar management module can be linked. In addition, in order to prevent synchronization failure or abnormity in the calendar management module, the batch generation module also synchronizes calendar scene setting information to each downstream system at regular time so as to guide the downstream system to implement switching according to the scene information.
The batch generation module can integrate the scene release information to be released in the same running calendar, the process does not need manual participation, the generated running calendar can directly display the related information of the scene information to be released, the relevance of each scene information to be released can be visually seen in the running calendar, the related scene information is released based on the running calendar, the information operation related to the scene is reduced, the timely and accurate release of the scene related information is ensured, and the risk and the manpower loss caused by manual operation are reduced.
The information display module 106 is configured to display the scene publishing calendar.
The information display module can display the scene release calendar, and further can display data of a plurality of modules such as the calendar management module and the batch generation module. The information display module uses Vue related technology to display the data of different modules in a differentiated manner, and exemplarily relates to various displays such as calendar information display, object information display with audience objects as mechanism dimensions, object information with audience objects as team members, and external data display. And also may be presented differently based on the user's level and rights.
The embodiment of the invention provides a calendar management system, wherein an external data module in the system is used for processing acquired data to be issued to obtain standard data meeting a data format; the scene management module is used for extracting each scene data from the external data module, processing each scene data to obtain scene information of each scene data, and sending each scene information to the calendar management module; the calendar management module is used for adding corresponding calendar information for each scene information to obtain the release information of each scene; the information management module is used for generating an information release rule based on the acquired release request and sending the information release rule to the batch generation module; the batch generation module is used for matching target scene release information in each scene release information based on the information release rule, and releasing each target scene release information to the running calendar based on the release time of each target scene release information to obtain the scene release calendar. By publishing each piece of scene publishing information to the operation calendar, the obtained scene publishing calendar can represent the relevance between each piece of scene publishing information, so that the relevance between each piece of scene publishing information can be visually provided for operation and maintenance personnel, the workload of the operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In addition, the invention also has the following advantages:
1. the information issuing mode is consistent, and the data format is consistent. The parameter indexes of the new scene information are formulated after the relevant information of the historical scene is investigated and checked and integrated, various data formats are unified, and the definition of the scene can be better explained on the basis of keeping the original scene information.
2. Manual operation is reduced, and operation complexity is reduced. The original scene information release needs to send mails, and the release of the scene information needs to be forwarded for multiple times because the mechanisms cannot be directly contacted. According to the new scheme, all scene information is concentrated in one set of system, the scene information is only required to be issued once in the system, and then other organization staff log in the system to check the scene information. The method adjusts the items which originally need to be completed by cooperation of a plurality of people into the items which only need to be operated by a single person.
3. The information publishing positions are consistent, the timeliness is high, and all published scene information can be checked immediately. All scene information is published in the system, and all scene information can be visually checked. The occurrence of operation and maintenance accidents caused by untimely scene information acquisition is reduced. Meanwhile, if the scene information is updated, the notification is not needed to be performed one by one, and the notification is directly displayed on the system, and the system can issue the update notification content according to the update strategy.
4. And the information of the mechanism tree is acquired at regular time, and information is issued by taking the mechanism as a unit, so that the condition of omission is avoided. In the case where there are a large number of organizations, there is a possibility that the increase or decrease of organization information causes a problem of missed distribution in information distribution. The system can acquire the organization tree information at regular time, and can ensure that all the organization information is displayed when the information is issued every time, thereby ensuring that the problem of missed issue is avoided.
5. By means of pre-filling the mechanism tree information, the possibility of manual misoperation is reduced. In the case of a large number of organizations, the organization names are similar, and the number of organizations is too large, so that the problem of missed distribution may be caused when information is distributed. The system can construct a group of mechanism information into a mechanism line by pre-filling the information, and all mechanisms in the mechanism line can be selected by directly selecting the mechanism line when the information is issued. The phenomenon of mistaken sending and missed sending during information publishing is reduced in a mode of daily establishing mechanism lines.
6. And history data is stored, so that history information can be simply and effectively checked. Since the original way of issuing the scene information is to send mails, a large number of mails need to be retrieved if history information is searched. Mail may also be lost due to mailbox and other problems. The system manages all the issued scene information in a centralized manner, so that the historical scene information can be searched simply and efficiently.
7. Other systems can be connected externally according to the situation.
a) The system limits other system functions in the functions of the release scene. The system can trigger and send related data to carry out function limitation through operation, and can also carry out data verification on an external system in batches at regular time to ensure accurate information.
b) The system can customize the interface to obtain the external data, and then display different types in the system according to the scene condition. For example, the information of the change, the event, the task and the like of the corresponding system can be independently displayed aiming at the important scene of the system.
c) The system can set an outbound interface to provide real-time data to an external system.
