After the replenishment personnel obtains the verified replenishment result information, two options are available, one is that according to the verification reference data, namely the commodity type information and the commodity quantity information, the replenishment personnel adjusts the commodity type and the commodity quantity on the intelligent container so that the actual commodity type and the commodity quantity are consistent with the data of the commodity type information and the commodity quantity information. The other mode is that the replenishment staff adjusts the commodity category and the commodity quantity in the intelligent container according to the replenishment commodity category data and the replenishment commodity quantity data recorded at the beginning, so that the commodity category information acquired by the visual sensor 01 is the same as the replenishment commodity category data recorded by the replenishment staff, and the commodity quantity information acquired by the weight sensor 02 is also the same as the replenishment commodity quantity data recorded by the replenishment staff.
In addition, it can be considered that, since the types and the quantity of the goods related to replenishment are linked with the sales condition of the container, the replenishment condition of each container can be counted and analyzed to form a replenishment analysis model, so as to predict the cycle of replenishment, the type of the goods to be replenished and the quantity of the goods to be replenished of each container, so as to provide replenishment information for replenishment personnel, assist the replenishment personnel to a certain extent, avoid the need for the replenishment personnel to perform repeated inspection and check at a non-available time, help the replenishment personnel to perform replenishment at regular time and as required, and efficiently complete the replenishment work. Meanwhile, after replenishment, the replenishment period, the replenishment commodity category and the number of the replenishment commodities of each container are adjusted according to the replenishment data, so that the replenishment data are accurately predicted, and more accurate replenishment information is provided for replenishment personnel to assist the replenishment personnel to efficiently complete replenishment work.
Of course, the models of replenishment analysis are various, and a simpler way is to arrange the counted commodities and the quantity of each category according to the period of replenishment, determine the law of the replenishment period and the replenishment quantity of the commodities of different categories according to the existing mathematical model, and predict possible replenishment according to the law, so as to provide the replenishment time point and the replenishment category and quantity for replenishment personnel. Of course, algorithms can be added to this to optimize the prediction of replenishment cycles and replenishment quantities for each product.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a system for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a system for ensuring accurate replenishment data of an intelligent cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The system for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention, adopts the method for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet, and comprises a visual sensor 01, a weight sensor 02, a type and quantity checking device 03, a data uploading and modifying platform 04 and a fault reporting device 05; the visual sensor 01 is connected with the type and quantity verifying device 03, and the visual sensor 01 sends commodity type information to the type and quantity verifying device 03; the weight sensor 02 is connected with the type and quantity verifying device 03, the weight sensor 02 sends weight information to the type and quantity verifying device 03, and the type and quantity verifying device 03 receives the weight information and converts the weight information into commodity quantity information; the data uploading and modifying platform 04 is connected with the same type and quantity verifying device 03; the data uploading and modifying platform 04 sends replenishment commodity category data and replenishment commodity quantity data to the type and quantity checking device 03; the type and quantity checking device 03 compares the received commodity type information with the replenishment commodity type data, compares the commodity quantity information with the replenishment commodity quantity data to form replenishment result information, and sends the replenishment result information to the data uploading and modifying platform 04; the fault reporting device 05 is respectively connected with the visual sensor 01, the weight sensor 02 and the type and quantity verifying device 03, and the fault reporting device 05 monitors the working states of the visual sensor 01 and the weight sensor 02 and sends fault information to the type and quantity verifying device 03 for reporting.
The system for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet confirms the commodity types on the container after replenishment through the visual sensor 01 and forms commodity category information. The commodity quantity information on the container after replenishment is confirmed by the weight sensor 02, and the commodity quantity information is formed. The type and quantity checking device 03 performs comprehensive processing on the commodity type information, the commodity quantity information, the replenishment commodity type data and the replenishment commodity quantity data, judges whether errors exist in the replenishment commodity type data and the replenishment commodity quantity data, and prompts and corrects the data with the errors. The accuracy of replenishment data is realized through the verification of the data of the equipment and the manual data. Meanwhile, the fault reporting device 05 can monitor the working states of the visual sensor 01 and the weight sensor 02, and further, the accuracy of the data is improved.
In the present application, "at least one" means one or more, "a plurality" means two or more. "at least one of the following" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of the singular or plural items. For example, at least one (one) of a, b, or c, may represent: a, b, c, a-b, a-c, b-c, or a-b-c, wherein a, b, c may be single or multiple.
It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a portable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)
1. A method for ensuring the accuracy of replenishment data of an intelligent cabinet is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps: manually replenishing goods in the goods container, and recording the commodity type and the commodity quantity in the goods container after replenishment to form replenishment commodity type data and replenishment commodity quantity data; confirming the commodity category of the goods in the container to form commodity category information; confirming the quantity of the commodities in the container to form commodity quantity information; comparing the commodity category information with the replenishment commodity category data, and comparing the commodity quantity information with the replenishment commodity quantity data to form replenishment result information; and updating and registering data according to the replenishment result information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the confirmation of commodity analogy for the cargo in the container comprises: and identifying the commodity type of each cargo space on the container by using a visual identification technology.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the quantity of the items in the container comprises: and carrying out weight detection on each cargo space on the container by adopting a weight sensor, and forming the commodity quantity information according to the weight detection result.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein forming replenishment result information comprises:
and when the commodity category information is different from the replenishment commodity category data, forming commodity category correction result information.

The method for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet according to claim 8, wherein the updating and registering of the data according to the replenishment result information comprises: correcting the replenishment commodity category data according to the commodity category correction result information, and correcting the replenishment commodity quantity data according to the commodity quantity correction result information; and registering the corrected replenishment commodity category data and the replenishment commodity quantity data.

A system for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of an intelligent cabinet is characterized in that a method for ensuring the accuracy of the replenishment data of the intelligent cabinet is adopted, wherein the method comprises a visual sensor, a weight sensor, a type and quantity checking device, a data uploading and modifying platform and a fault reporting device; the visual sensor is connected with the type and quantity verifying device, and the visual sensor sends the commodity type information to the type and quantity verifying device; the weight sensor is connected with the type and quantity checking device, the weight sensor sends weight information to the type and quantity checking device, and the type and quantity checking device receives the weight information and converts the weight information into the commodity quantity information; the data uploading and modifying platform is connected with the type and quantity checking device; the data uploading and modifying platform sends the replenishment commodity category data and the replenishment commodity quantity data to the type and quantity checking device; the type and quantity checking device compares the received commodity type information with the replenishment commodity type data, compares the commodity quantity information with the replenishment commodity quantity data to form replenishment result information, and sends the replenishment result information to the data uploading and modifying platform; the fault reporting device is respectively connected with the visual sensor, the weight sensor and the type and quantity checking device, monitors the working states of the visual sensor and the weight sensor, and sends fault information to the type and quantity checking device for reporting.
