Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The risk processing method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium provided by the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a risk processing method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps 100-120:
Specifically, in order to overcome the defects that the existing risk processing method is mainly performed manually and lacks of unified standards, the risk processing method and the risk processing system have the advantages that the first risk level (initial risk level) of the risk target is determined, then the risk processing tasks corresponding to the risk target are periodically and automatically pushed based on the period duration corresponding to the first risk level, the potential risks existing in the risk target can be conveniently identified and found, the risk level is re-determined based on the identified risk, and the corresponding risk processing strategy is given, so that the purpose of reducing or resolving the risk can be achieved, and the risk processing can be streamlined and standardized.
Optionally, a first risk level for the risk objective may be determined, wherein the first risk level may be an initial risk level determined for the risk objective.
Alternatively, the risk target may be a recipient for post-incident risk management or risk management.
For example, the risk target may be a project or customer for which the financial transaction is in a renewal, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
Alternatively, the risk processing task corresponding to the risk objective may be periodically output based on a cycle duration corresponding to the first risk level.
Alternatively, the mapping rule between the first risk level and the cycle duration may be preset in advance.
For example, the first risk level may be set to a first level with a corresponding cycle duration of 6 months.
For example, the first risk level may be set to the second level, corresponding to a cycle duration of 3 months.
For example, the first risk level may be set to the third level, and the corresponding cycle duration may be 1 month.
Optionally, first risk event data corresponding to the risk processing task may be acquired.
Alternatively, the number of output risk processing tasks may be preset empirically. For example, the risk processing task may be output once every 6 months for risk processing personnel to perform statistics and analysis on the risk data, and when the output number reaches 4 times, the first risk event data may be acquired based on the 4 risk processing tasks.
For example, the fund flow monitoring of the client may be performed based on 4 risk processing tasks, the risk processing staff may analyze whether the client has a risk of changing loan usage or the like according to the fund flow, and the risk processing staff may further obtain potential risk data or internal risk event data of the risk target from the risk processing staff as the first risk event data.
Optionally, the first risk level may be updated based on the first risk event data, and a second risk level of the risk objective may be determined.
For example, the first risk event data may be quantified and a second risk level for the risk objective may be determined based on the result of the quantification.
Optionally, a processing strategy for the risk objective may be determined based on the second risk level.
Optionally, the processing policy for the risk objective may correspond to a second risk level.
Optionally, the processing strategy for the risk objective may include expanding the traffic of the risk objective, maintaining the traffic of the risk objective, or dropping the traffic of the risk objective, etc.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is the first level, the loanable number of the risk target may be increased.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is a second level, a loanable number of the risk target may be maintained.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is a third level, the loanable number of risk targets may be dropped.
According to the invention, by establishing a qualitative standard of risks and automatically dispatching risk processing tasks in a periodic manner, risk information is automatically collected and pushed to risk processing personnel afterwards, so that the functions of risk supervision and timely monitoring are achieved.
According to the risk processing method provided by the invention, the initial risk level of the risk target is determined, the risk processing task corresponding to the risk target is periodically and automatically pushed based on the period duration corresponding to the initial risk level, so that the potential risk existing in the risk target is conveniently identified and found, the risk level is re-determined based on the identified risk, a corresponding risk processing strategy is given, the purpose of reducing or resolving the risk can be achieved, and the process and standardization of risk processing can be realized.
Optionally, the determining a first risk level of a risk objective comprises:
determining a subject type and second risk event data for the risk objective;
determining a first risk level for the risk objective based on the subject type and the second risk event data.
Specifically, when determining the first risk level of the risk objective, the subject type and the second risk event data of the risk objective may be determined first; a first risk level for the risk objective is then determined based on the subject type of the risk objective and the second risk event data.
Alternatively, the subject type of the risk target may be a size of an enterprise corresponding to the risk target, for example, the subject type of the risk target is a large enterprise or a medium-small enterprise.
Alternatively, the second risk event data of the risk target may be external risk data of the risk target, such as financial information, credit information, judicial information, loan information, etc., which the present invention is not particularly limited to.
Optionally, a first risk level of the risk objective or an initial risk level of the risk objective may be determined based on the subject type of the risk objective and the second risk event data.
For example, where the second risk event data is loan scale, a first risk level for the risk objective may be determined based on the subject type of the risk objective and the loan scale.
For example, a first risk level for a risk target may be determined with reference to the rules set forth in Table 1, where a > b >0, c > d > 0.
TABLE 1 determination of first Risk level
Alternatively, the determination rule of the first risk level in table 1 is only an example, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
Optionally, said updating said first risk level based on said first risk event data, determining a second risk level of said risk objective, comprises:
determining the second risk level based on the first risk event data and the second risk event data.
Optionally, a second risk level may be determined based on the first risk event data and the second risk event data.
Optionally, the first risk event data and the second risk event data may be quantized to obtain risk characteristics, and then the second risk level of the risk target may be determined based on the number of the risk characteristics.
Alternatively, the risk characteristics may be risk condition characteristics of the risk targets, which may be used as qualitative or quantitative indicators of risk, such as fund flow, financial status, credit investigation condition, case involvement, etc. of the customers.
The present invention may more accurately determine the risk level of a risk target by combining first risk event data (i.e., internal risk event data) and second risk event data (i.e., external risk event data) of the risk target.
Optionally, prior to the determining the subject type of the risk objective and the second risk event data, the method further comprises:
acquiring external risk related data of the risk target;
determining a risk indicator value based on the external risk-related data;
judging whether the risk index value reaches a threshold value;
determining that the risk target is at risk and determining the external risk related data as the second risk event data, if it is determined that the risk index value reaches the threshold value.
Specifically, the second risk event data of the risk target may be determined by the following steps (a) to (d):
a step (a): acquiring external risk related data of a risk target;
for example, the financial report data, credit data, judicial data, or the like of the risk target may be collected as the external risk related data of the risk target, which is not specifically limited by the present invention.
Step (b): determining a risk index value based on the external risk related data;
alternatively, the external risk-related data (financial data, credit data, and judicial data) may be first cleaned and processed into a risk indicator item (e.g., the asset liability ratio), and then a risk indicator value corresponding to the risk indicator item (e.g., the asset liability ratio is equal to total liability/total asset × 100%) may be calculated based on a conventional calculation manner.
Step (c): judging whether the risk index value reaches a threshold value;
step (d): and under the condition that the risk index value is determined to reach the threshold value, determining that the risk target has risk, and determining external risk related data as second risk event data.
Optionally, a threshold may be preset, and when it is determined that the risk index value reaches the threshold, it is determined that the risk target has a risk, and the external risk related data may be determined as the second risk event data.
For example, the preset threshold is the asset liability rate 100%, and if it is determined that the risk indicator item reaches the threshold, it indicates that the risk target has a corresponding risk, thereby completing the identification of the risk event.
For example, fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of risk event identification provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, first, risk data is collected, then a risk index value is calculated based on the collected risk data, whether the risk index value reaches a preset threshold is further determined, and when the risk index value reaches the preset threshold, it is determined that a risk event exists in a risk target.
According to the invention, the purpose of automatically identifying the risk event is achieved by uniformly and standardizing the risk related data of the risk target.
Optionally, said determining said second risk level based on said first risk event data and said second risk event data comprises:
determining the second risk level based on the first risk event data, the second risk event data, and the subject type.
Optionally, a second risk level for the risk objective may be determined based on the first risk event data, the second risk event data, and the subject type of the risk objective.
Optionally, the first risk event data and the second risk event data may be quantized to obtain risk features, and then the second risk level of the risk target may be determined based on the number of the risk features and the subject type of the risk target.
Alternatively, the risk characteristics may be risk condition characteristics of the risk target, which may be used as qualitative or quantitative indicators of risk, such as fund flow, financial status, credit condition, case-related condition, etc. of the client.
For example, the second risk level for the risk objective may be determined with reference to the rules set forth in Table 2.
TABLE 2 determination rules for second Risk level
Alternatively, the determination rule of the second risk level in table 2 is only an example, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
The present invention may more accurately determine the risk level of a risk target by combining first risk event data (i.e. internal risk event data) and second risk event data (i.e. external risk event data) of the risk target.
Optionally, before the periodically outputting the risk processing task corresponding to the risk objective based on the period duration corresponding to the first risk level, the method further comprises:
determining the cycle duration based on the first risk level and the subject type.
Optionally, the period duration of the risk processing task output may be determined based on the first risk level corresponding to the risk objective and the subject type of the risk objective.
For example, the period length of the output of the risk processing task may be determined with reference to the rule set at 3.
TABLE 3 determination of cycle duration for output Risk handling tasks
Alternatively, the rule for determining the cycle duration of the risk processing task output in table 3 is only an example, and the present invention is not limited in this respect.
Optionally, the determining a processing policy for the risk objective based on the second risk level includes:
determining the processing strategy as expanding the traffic of the risk target under the condition that the second risk level is a first level;
determining the processing policy to be a traffic volume to maintain the risk objective if the second risk level is a second level;
and determining the processing strategy to be the traffic of the risk target of pressure drop under the condition that the second risk level is a third level.
Alternatively, in the case where the second risk level is the first level, the traffic whose processing policy is the extended risk target may be determined.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is the first level, the loanable number of the risk target may be increased.
Alternatively, where the second risk level is a second level, the processing policy may be determined to be the amount of traffic to maintain the risk objective.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is a second level, a loanable number of the risk target may be maintained.
Alternatively, in the case where the second risk level is a third level, the traffic whose processing strategy is the pressure drop risk target may be determined.
For example, where the second risk level of the risk target is a third level, the loanable number of risk targets may be dropped.
For example, fig. 3 is a second schematic flow chart of the risk processing method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the risk processing method performs risk analysis on a risk target by combining external risk event data of the risk target with internal risk event data obtained by pushing a risk processing task, and finally gives a processing policy corresponding to the risk target based on a risk analysis result.
In the risk processing method shown in fig. 3, the following three core parts are mainly included:
(1) identifying a risk event;
alternatively, the external risk event related data (financial data, credit data, and judicial data) may be data-washed and processed into risk indicator terms.
Alternatively, common rules (for example, the total liability rate is equal to the total liability/the total asset × 100%) may be configured, the risk index value (for example, the liability rate) may be calculated by the configured rules, and then, when the threshold value is reached by comparing with a configured threshold value (for example, the liability rate threshold value is set to 100%), it indicates that the risk target has a corresponding risk (for example, the liability rate is greater than 100%), thereby completing the identification of the risk event.
(2) Pushing a risk processing task after the fact;
optionally, a task processing push engine may be provided, which may include a task push rule management and task workflow engine portion.
For example, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of risk processing task pushing provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, a post-event risk processing task is pushed to a post-event handler according to risk classification and task pushing rules.
Specifically, a pushing period of a risk processing task is determined according to initial classification of a risk target; and then generating post-processing task data according to different risk targets in a batch manner based on a pushing period, sending the post-processing task data to a task workflow engine, grabbing the task data to be pushed every day by the task workflow engine in a timed polling manner, calling a task creating method corresponding to the workflow engine to create a post-processing task, and finally pushing the post-processing task to post-processing personnel for processing.
(3) And re-grading the risk targets according to the risk characteristic condition and providing post-processing strategy suggestions.
Specifically, new risk stratification and post-processing strategy recommendations are mapped based on risk features found in the external risk data identification and post-processing tasks.
For example, a specific post-processing strategy may refer to table 4.
TABLE 4 post-event processing policy Table

Optionally, the post-processing module may output the pushed post-risk processing task to a post-processor for processing.
Optionally, a risk identification rule may be configured in the risk collection module.
Alternatively, the risk collection module may collect risk data and process the collected risk data into risk events via risk identification rules.
Optionally, the risk collection module and the post-processing module may group the acquired risk events into risk features.
Alternatively, the risk analysis module may determine a risk classification for the risk objective according to the risk classification rules and determine a post-processing policy corresponding to the risk classification.
