1. A method for permanent basic field delineation, comprising:
determining a working base map according to the current permanent basic farmland pattern spots and the three-tone pattern spots;
obtaining a potential farmland according to the working base map and the land special use data;
and (4) replanting and dividing basic farmlands according to the potential farmlands and the construction occupation to obtain final permanent basic farmlands.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the base map from the current permanent basic field map patch and the trimmable map patch comprises:
superposing the current permanent basic farmland pattern spots and the three-tone pattern spots to obtain an overlapped area;
(ii) in the event that the overlap area is greater than or equal to a first threshold, determining a corresponding first patch of the current permanent base field patch on the three-tone patch; determining the first pattern spot as a pattern spot in a permanent basic farmland; determining other pattern spots on the three-tone pattern spot except the first pattern spot as pattern spots outside the permanent basic farmland; and determining the pattern spots in the permanent basic farmland and the pattern spots outside the permanent basic farmland as a working base map.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the land specific use data comprises ecological conservation red line specific use data, approved construction land specific use data, return to agricultural land specific use data, and soil contaminated farmland specific use data.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to obtaining a potential field from the workbook and the land specific use data:
acquiring original data of a plurality of land specials;
and carrying out batch conversion of data formats on the original data of the land special item to obtain the use data of the land special item.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining potential farmlands from the workbook and land specific usage data comprises:
determining whether each of the land specific use data is callable;
performing intersection operation on the working base map according to the adjustable land special use data to obtain each intersection map layer;
erasing the working base map according to the adjustable land special use data to obtain a residual map layer after the erasing operation;
and determining a potential farmland according to each intersecting layer and the rest layers after the erasing operation.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of creating a final permanent basic field result based on the potential field and the construction occupancy to patch the basic field comprises:
combining the pattern spots of the potential farmland and the pattern spots of the construction occupied and planned supplementary basic farmland to obtain combined pattern spots;
and determining the land corresponding to the combined pattern spots as the final permanent basic farmland result.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
calculating an ellipsoid area according to the combined pattern spots;
acquiring the area of a field ridge according to the ellipsoidal area;
obtaining the area of a permanent basic farmland pattern spot according to the ellipsoid area and the field ridge area;
determining the area of the drawn permanent basic farmland according to the area of the drawn permanent basic farmland pattern;
obtaining a permanent basic farmland database according to the permanent basic farmland area, the field ridge area, the permanent basic farmland spot area and the final permanent basic farmland result;
and generating a permanent basic farmland planning related report according to the planning permanent basic farmland database.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein obtaining a demarcated permanent base field database from the demarcated permanent base field area comprises:
and storing the final permanent basic farmland result, the planned permanent basic farmland area, the planned permanent basic farmland patch area and the farmland bank area in a database, wherein the database is a planned permanent basic farmland database.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein generating a permanent basic farmland planning related report from the planning permanent basic farmland database comprises:
and according to a preset work report template, performing statistical analysis on the database of the planned permanent basic farmland to generate a permanent basic farmland planning related report.
10. A system for permanent basic field delineation, comprising:
a base map determination module configured to determine a work base map based on the current permanent base farmland patch and the trimap patch;
a potential farmland acquisition module configured to acquire potential farmlands according to the work base map and the land specific use data;
and the permanent basic farmland obtaining module is configured to patch the basic farmland according to the potential farmland and the construction occupation to obtain the final permanent basic farmland result.
