As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in order to supply power and control the electric heating film 12, a temperature sensor 6, an integrated control chip 7, and a power supply 8 are fixedly arranged on the inner side of the lens frame 1, and the temperature sensor 6, the integrated control chip 7, the power supply 8, and the electric heating film 12 are electrically connected in sequence. Temperature sensor 6 detects external environment temperature and sends to integrated control chip 7, and integrated control chip 7 judges when external temperature is lower, sends the signal to power 8, and starting power 8 is to the power supply of electrical heating membrane 12, and electrical heating membrane 12 begins to heat, realizes the defogging to the lens surface.
The temperature sensor 6, the integrated control chip 7, the power supply 8 and the electric heating film 12 constitute the anti-fogging device of the embodiment, and the temperature judgment standard of the integrated control chip 7 can be adjusted according to different parameters such as environmental humidity.
In order to facilitate the detection of the temperature sensor 6 on the ambient environment, a small hole is formed in the position, matched with the temperature sensor 6, of the lens bracket 1, so that the circulation of air is realized, and the measured temperature is more accurate.
In this embodiment, the outer lens 10 is used for attaching the electric heating film 12, and therefore, the outer lens 10 is a plane mirror, and a commonly used lens material such as glass, resin, or the like can be selected. The working process of the electrothermal waterproof fog glasses of the embodiment is as follows: when entering low temperature environment or rainy and snowy weather by high temperature environment, temperature sensor 6 auto-induction detects the change of external environment, and when temperature sensor 6 response external environment temperature was lower, power 8 supplied power, heated transparent electric heating film 12 based on graphite alkene, the fog on outer lens 10 surface of evaporation.
