本发明涉及一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,包括纸张本体,纸张本体包括压花表面层和压花底层,压花表面层上设有第一凸起部和第二凸起部,压花底层上设有向上凸起的第三凸起部,第二凸起部和第三凸起部连接形成连接结构,第一凸起部与压花底层相抵使其形成支撑结构;本发明的优点:通过第二凸起部和第三凸起部的紧密连接使压花表面层和压花底层连接形成纸张本体,由于第一凸起部与压花底层相抵使其形成支撑压花表面层和压花底层的支撑结构,当纸张本体使用时,由于压花底层的松厚度较高,孔隙较多,将水分向面层和底层纸间吸引,压花表面层的松厚度较低,孔隙稀少,使得压花点不断储存水分,而且能防止结构本身塌陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸。
背景技术
厨房用纸为厨房专用的纸巾,传统的厨房用纸为了提高吸水能力,大多采用点对平的点状压花,虽然吸水能力得到了提高,但是压花花纹较为单一,水流在压花通道内的流速缓慢,不能迅速吸收水分,同时还存在储水能力较弱的缺点,尤其在处理生鲜中水分的时候,时常会因吸液过多造成结构的塌陷。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的就是提供一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,能同时提升纸张的吸水量以及对生鲜水分的吸收效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,包括纸张本体,所述纸张本体包括压花表面层和压花底层,所述压花表面层和压花底层均通过原生木浆纤维抄造而成,原生木浆纤维包括长纤维和短纤维,且长纤维和短纤维的质量比为3:2~2:1:所述压花表面层上设有向下凸出的第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述压花底层上设有向上凸起的第三凸起部,所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部连接使其形成紧密连接压花表面层和压花底层的连接结构,所述第一凸起部与压花底层相抵使其形成支撑压花表面层和压花底层的支撑结构,当纸张本体吸水时,水分通过连接结构引导至支撑结构内实现储存。
优选的,所述第二凸起部的高度为0.6~1mm,所述第二凸起部的直径为3~5mm,所述第三凸起部的高度为0.5~0.9mm,所述第三凸起部的直径为2.8~4.8mm。
优选的,所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部均为点对点的压花点。
优选的,所述第一凸起部的高度为0.8~1.2mm,所述第一凸起部的直径为2~3mm。
优选的,所述第一凸起部为点对平的压花点。
优选的,所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部之间通过第一压花辊压制而成,且第一压花辊的压力为0.2~0.24MPa。
优选的,所述第一凸起部通过第二压花辊压制而成,且第二压花辊的压力为0.7~0.8MPa。
优选的,所述第一凸起部与压花底层之间通过第三压花辊压制而成,且第三压花辊的压力为0.18~0.21MPa。
综上所述,本发明的优点:通过第二凸起部和第三凸起部的紧密连接使压花表面层和压花底层连接形成纸张本体,由于第一凸起部与压花底层相抵使其形成支撑压花表面层和压花底层的支撑结构,当纸张本体使用时,由于压花底层的松厚度较高,孔隙较多,将水分向面层和底层纸间吸引,压花表面层的松厚度较低,孔隙稀少,使得压花点不断储存水分,而且能防止结构本身塌陷,其次,由于第二凸起部和第三凸起部形成了连接压花表面层和压花底层的连接结构,因此,在水分吸收过程中能对水分起到一定的引导功能,保证了水分的存储效果,从而提高了厨房用纸的吸水速率和吸水量,另一方面,支撑结构由第一凸起部与压花底层相抵而成,因此,整个支撑结构呈“圆柱型”的储水结构,不但满足市面上的厨房用纸压花设计的要求,不仅具有良好的美观度和有肤感,并且能够进一步提升厨房用纸的吸水性能,尤其是对于生鲜水分的吸收,最后,将压花表面层和压花底层均通过原生木浆纤维抄造而成,由于原生木浆纤维包括长纤维和短纤维,而长纤维和短纤维的质量比为3:2~2:1,保证了原纸达到较高的干拉力和湿拉力,同时有很好地手感挺度,从而保证了较好的吸水速度,从而保证了连接的纸张本体具有厚实又有韧性,吸水能力强,不仅性价比高,而且保证了生活品质。

所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部之间通过第一压花辊压制而成,由于第二凸起部和第三凸起部只做连接作用,因此将第一压花辊的压力为0.2~0.24MPa,所述第一凸起部通过第二压花辊压制而成,由于第一凸起部起到支撑储存的功能,因此将第二压花辊的压力为0.7~0.8MPa,所述第一凸起部与压花底层之间通过第三压花辊压制而成,且第三压花辊的压力为0.18~0.21MPa,不仅能保证了吸水性能,还保证了厨房用纸的使用手感。
本实例制备得到的厨房用纸经压花加工后,与未进行压花的厨房用纸进行对比,压花后的厨房用纸的吸水量较原纸的吸水量明显增加,其数据如表一所示:

本实例制备得到的厨房用纸经压花加工后,与市售的厨房用纸对生鲜(这里用鱼肉)的水分吸收进行对比,本实例的厨房用纸的吸水量较市售的吸水量明显增加,其数据如表二所示:

1.一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,包括纸张本体,其特征在于:所述纸张本体包括压花表面层和压花底层,所述压花表面层和压花底层均通过原生木浆纤维抄造而成,原生木浆纤维包括长纤维和短纤维,且长纤维和短纤维的质量比为3:2~2:1:所述压花表面层上设有向下凸出的第一凸起部和第二凸起部,所述压花底层上设有向上凸起的第三凸起部,所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部连接使其形成紧密连接压花表面层和压花底层的连接结构,所述第一凸起部与压花底层相抵使其形成支撑压花表面层和压花底层的支撑结构,当纸张本体吸水时,水分通过连接结构引导至支撑结构内实现储存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,其特征在于:所述第二凸起部的高度为0.6~1mm,所述第二凸起部的直径为3~5mm,所述第三凸起部的高度为0.5~0.9mm,所述第三凸起部的直径为2.8~4.8mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,其特征在于:所述第二凸起部和第三凸起部均为点对点的压花点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种处理生鲜的压花厨房用纸,其特征在于:所述第一凸起部的高度为0.8~1.2mm,所述第一凸起部的直径为2~3mm。
