The moisturizing and ink scraping device according to claim 5, wherein the moisturizing frame body comprises a first moisturizing side plate (7) and a second moisturizing side plate (9) which are respectively located on two sides, the first moisturizing side plate (7) and the second moisturizing side plate (9) are connected through a pair of moisturizing frame end plates (5), and two sides of the moisturizing and ink scraping unit plate (20) are respectively fixed on the first moisturizing side plate (7) and the second moisturizing side plate (9).

The moisturizing and ink scraping device according to claim 6, wherein the height dimension of the first moisturizing side plate (7) is larger than the height dimension of the second moisturizing side plate (9), the moisturizing frame end plate (5) is inclined downward from the first moisturizing side plate (7) toward the second moisturizing side plate (9), and the double-split moisturizing and ink scraping unit (8) is arranged in an inclined direction of the moisturizing frame end plate (5).

The moisturizing and ink scraping device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the lifting assembly (2) comprises a lifting frame body and a sliding plate (25), the moisturizing and ink scraping assembly (1) is fixed on the lifting frame body through a fixing seat (4), the lifting frame body is slidably connected with the sliding plate (25), the sliding plate (25) is provided with a motor fixing seat (31), the motor fixing seat (31) is provided with a stepping motor (32), the stepping motor (32) is connected with and drives a screw rod (28) to rotate, the screw rod (28) is in threaded connection with a nut sleeve (29), the nut sleeve (29) is arranged on a nut seat (30), and the nut seat (30) is fixed on the lifting frame body.
9. The moisturizing and ink scraping device of claim 8, wherein the sliding plate (25) is provided with a pair of sliding rails (24), the sliding rails (24) are slidably assembled with sliding blocks (23), and the sliding blocks (23) are fixed on the elevator body.
10. A labelling machine comprising a moisturizing doctoring apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
