Handling device for rubber-item curing moulds according to claim 2, characterised in that said sling comprises a sling (10) and a sling chain (11) and two universal sling rings (12) located below the sling (10); the hoisting block (10) can be installed in the installation groove (9) in a matching manner, and the two hoisting rings (12) are respectively connected with the hoisting block (10) and a mould hoisting hole of the rubber product vulcanization mould (13); lifting hooks are arranged at two ends of the lifting chain (11), and the lifting chain (11) is connected between the two lifting rings (12) through the lifting hooks.

A handling device for rubber-product vulcanization moulds as in claim 3, characterized by that the mounting groove (9) is a T-shaped groove and the upper part of the hoisting block is a T-shaped slider (10-1) matching the T-shaped groove; the stop piece (7) is positioned on the side wall and above the mounting groove (9).

A handling device for a rubber product vulcanization mold according to claim 4, characterized in that the stopper (7) is a "gourd-shaped" with a small top and a large bottom as a whole, and specifically comprises an upper mounting plate (7-1) and a lower gravity center plate (7-2), the upper mounting plate (7-1) is rotatably connected to the side wall, and the lower gravity center plate (7-2) allows the stopper (7) to automatically return to block the lifting block (10) after the lifting block (10) is installed in the installation groove (9) to prevent the lifting block (10) from sliding out of the installation groove (9).
6. A handling device for a rubber-item vulcanization mould according to claim 5, characterized in that said sling comprises two groups symmetrically placed on the two side walls, each group comprising two symmetrically placed on each side wall.

A handling device for rubber-product vulcanization moulds as in claim 6, characterized by the fact that the lifting chains (11) and the hooks of the two sets of lifting elements are of the same length to facilitate the automatic centering of the rubber-product vulcanization mould (13) when it is lifted and suspended in the air.

A handling device for a rubber-product vulcanization mold according to claim 7, characterized in that said hoisting ring (12) comprises a connecting block (12-1), a connecting ring (12-2), and a hook ring (12-3) connected in series; the two hoisting rings (12) are respectively and fixedly connected with the hoisting block (10) and a mould hoisting hole of the rubber product vulcanization mould (13) through a connecting block (12-1); the connecting ring (12-2) is rotationally connected to the connecting block (12-1); the hook rings (12-3) are buckled on the connecting ring (12-2) in a ring manner, and two lifting hooks of the hoisting chain (11) are respectively detachably connected with the two hook rings (12-3).
9. A method for handling a rubber product vulcanization mold, using the handling device as claimed in claims 5 to 8, for handling a rubber product vulcanization mold, characterized in that the step of placing the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) into a vulcanizer (1) comprises the steps of:
s1: rotating the stop piece (7), sliding the hoisting block (10) into the T-shaped groove of the upper flat plate, and automatically returning the stop piece (7) and blocking the moving-out end of the hoisting block (10) after the hoisting block (10) is arranged in the T-shaped groove;
s2: conveying the tray (3) bearing the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) to the front of the vulcanizing machine (1) by adopting an electric forklift (2);
s3: the lower platform (5) is moved out to the front of the vulcanizing machine (1), and the tray (3) and the rubber product vulcanizing mold (13) are placed on the upper end face of the lower platform (5) by the electric forklift (2);
s4: the electric forklift (2) moves away, and the lower platform (5) loaded with the tray (3) and the rubber product vulcanization mould (13) moves into the position right below the inner part of the vulcanizing machine (1);
s5: the lower platform (5) vertically moves upwards to a specified position, two hoisting rings (12) in each hoisting piece are respectively installed on a hoisting block (10) and in a hoisting die hole of a rubber product vulcanization die (13), then a hoisting chain (11) is installed between the two hoisting rings (12) and the rubber product vulcanization die (13) is hoisted;
s6: the lower platform (5) vertically moves downwards to the end point, and the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) is suspended in the air inside the vulcanizing machine (1); moving the lower platform (5) carrying the tray (3) out to the front of the machine table;
s7: the electric forklift (2) moves in and forks the tray (3);
s8: the lower platform (5) moves into the position right below the machine table and then vertically moves upwards to enable the lower platform (5) to be tightly attached to the bottom surface of the rubber product vulcanization mold (13);
s9: and taking away the hoisting chain (11) and the hoisting block (10), and fastening the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) and the vulcanizing machine (1) through a fastener.
10. A method for handling a rubber article vulcanization mold according to claim 9, characterized in that the removal of the rubber article vulcanization mold (13) from the vulcanizer (1) comprises the steps of:
s1: loosening and taking away the fastener between the rubber product vulcanization mould (13) and the vulcanizing machine (1), and placing the hoisting block (10) into a T-shaped groove;
s2: vertically moving the lower platform (5) up to a specified position, respectively installing two hoisting rings (12) in each hoisting piece on a hoisting block (10) and in a hoisting die hole of a rubber product vulcanization die (13), then installing a hoisting chain (11) between the two hoisting rings (12) and hoisting the rubber product vulcanization die (13);
s3: vertically moving the lower platform (5) downwards to the end point, suspending the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) in the air inside the vulcanizing machine (1), and moving the lower platform (5) out to the front of the vulcanizing machine (1);
s4: the electric forklift (2) places the tray (3) on the upper end face of the lower platform (5);
s5: moving the lower platform (5) bearing the tray (3) into the position right below the vulcanizing machine (1), and vertically moving the lower platform (5) of the vulcanizing machine (1) upwards to enable the tray (3) to be attached to the bottom surface of a rubber product vulcanizing mold (13);
s6: taking away the hoisting chain (11) and the hoisting block (10);
s7: moving a lower platform (5) bearing the tray (3) and the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) downwards to a terminal point, and moving out to the front of the vulcanizing machine (1);
s8: the electric forklift (2) transports the tray (3) and the rubber product vulcanization mold (13) away.
