The invention discloses medical infusion equipment, wherein an active part comprises an upper shell component and a lower shell component, and the lower shell component comprises a lower shell plastic part, a connecting component and a plurality of spring pin connectors; the connecting assembly comprises a plurality of connecting caps, and the connecting caps are respectively connected with the electrical components; the connecting cap is sleeved on the spring pin connector. The invention relates to three pogo pin connectors, a first pogo pin connector and a third pogo pin connector for charging a battery, two connectors sleeved on a connection cap for supplying power to electrical components, and three pogo pin connectors for performing the above two functions. The invention uses less space through three connecting wires, completes two functions and is convenient to assemble.

Optionally, a first charging port and a second charging port are arranged on the lower casing plastic part, wherein: the first charging port and the second charging port are positioned on the outer side of the elastic needle support; the first charging port and the second charging port are respectively opposite to the first spring pin connector and the third spring pin connector; the first charging port and the second charging port are used for charging the rechargeable battery.

The invention completes two functions through three connecting wires, and reduces the space occupied by the circuit.

Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of connection lines of the medical infusion device is reduced, and the assembly is more convenient, which will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present invention discloses a medical infusion device comprising a passive part 4 and an active part, the active part comprising an upper housing component 2 and a lower housing component 3, the lower housing component 3 comprising a lower housing plastic part 33, a connection component 31, an electrical component 313 and a plurality of pogo pin connectors; the passive part 4 is removed in the track direction and after removal of the upper housing component 2, the lower housing component 3 can be seen with the pogo pin connectors on the lower housing component 3. Pogopin pins may be used as pogopin pins.
The elastic needle support 331 is arranged on the lower shell plastic part 33, and the elastic needle connector is positioned on the elastic needle support 331; the connection assembly 31 includes a plurality of connection caps, and the connection caps are respectively connected to the electrical components 313 of the active portion, in the embodiment of the present invention, the electrical components are vibration motors; the connecting cap is sleeved on the spring pin connector. The pogo pin connector is first assembled with the plastic part 33 of the lower housing, and the connecting cap welded to the electrical part 313 is fitted over the pogo pin connector, and the lower housing is assembled as shown in fig. 3.
A circuit board 6 is provided on the side of the upper housing member 2 adjacent to the lower housing member 3. A rechargeable battery 7 is provided in connection with the circuit board 6.
The number of the pogo pin connectors is three, and the three pogo pin connectors are respectively a first pogo pin connector 321, a second pogo pin connector 322, and a third pogo pin connector 323.
The lower shell plastic part 33 is provided with a first charging port 11 and a second charging port 12, and the first charging port 11 and the second charging port 12 are positioned at the outer side of the elastic needle support 331; the first charging port 11 and the second charging port 12 are opposed to the first pogo pin connector 321 and the third pogo pin connector 323, respectively; the first charging port 11 and the second charging port 12 are used to charge the rechargeable battery 7.
Two connecting caps are provided, namely a first connecting cap 311 and a second connecting cap 312; the first connection cap 311 is sleeved on the second pogo pin connector 322; the second connecting cap 312 is sleeved on the third pogo pin connector 323.
The first pogo pin connector 321, the first connection cap 311, and the second connection cap 312 are respectively abutted against the circuit board 6.
The pogo pin connectors and the lower housing plastic member 33 are assembled with the connecting members 31 and then assembled with the circuit board 6 to form a lower housing assembly after the circuit board, the connecting caps, the electric parts, the pogo pin connectors, and the lower housing plastic member are assembled, and as a result, fig. 7 to 9 show.
The embodiment of the invention adopts modular assembly, namely, the electric components are connected with the circuit board of the upper shell assembly of the infusion pump through the spring needle connector, so that the assembly is more convenient.
The upper shell component 2 comprises an upper shell plastic part 21, and a sealing ring 34 is arranged on the butt joint surface of the lower shell plastic part 33 and the upper shell plastic part 21; the lower housing plastic part 33 and the upper housing plastic part 21 are connected by screws.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the lower shell plastic part is assembled with the upper shell plastic part by screws, so that the battery can be more conveniently disassembled and maintained or replaced.
The upper housing assembly 2 further includes a drive gear box assembly including a motor 22 and a reduction gear set 23; the motor 22 is electrically connected with the circuit board 6; the reduction gear set 23 is connected to the transmission assembly 24.
The motor provides power and drives the transmission assembly to work through the reduction gear set; the transmission assembly comprises a screw rod and a nut push rod, and the screw rod rotates to push the nut push rod so as to finish the upward or downward movement of the nut push rod.
In the embodiment of the invention, the rechargeable battery is charged through the spring pin connector, and is in a contact type charging mode, so that the charging is convenient, the waterproofness is good, and the IPX 8-level waterproofness can be achieved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, three spring pin connectors and two connecting caps are used for completing two functions of charging and connecting an electrical component and a circuit board, and 3 connecting lines are used for completing the function, so that the space occupation is small, and the assembly is convenient.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the connecting cap is sleeved on the spring pin connector, and the connecting cap can be directly installed during assembly; in the embodiment of the present invention, the first pogo pin connector 321, the first connection cap 311, and the second connection cap 312 are respectively abutted against the circuit board 6. The spring in the spring pin connector is extruded and connected with the circuit board, so that the welding process is reduced, and the assembly is more convenient.

1. An active part of a medical infusion device, comprising an upper housing component (2) and a lower housing component (3), wherein:
the lower shell assembly (3) comprises a lower shell plastic part (33), a connecting assembly (31), an electrical component (313) and a plurality of pogo pin connectors;
the lower shell plastic part (33) is provided with a spring pin support (331), and the spring pin connector is positioned on the spring pin support (331);
the connection assembly (31) includes a plurality of connection caps respectively connected to the electrical components (313);
the connecting cap is sleeved on the spring pin connector.
2. The active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 1, wherein a side of the upper housing assembly (2) adjacent to the lower housing assembly (3) is provided with a circuit board (6).
3. Active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 2, characterized in that a rechargeable battery (7) is provided in connection with the circuit board (6).
4. The active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 3, wherein the number of pogo pin connectors is three, being a first pogo pin connector (321), a second pogo pin connector (322), a third pogo pin connector (323).
5. The active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 4, wherein the lower housing plastic part (33) is provided with a first charging port (11) and a second charging port (12), wherein:
the first charging port (11) and the second charging port (12) are positioned on the outer side of the elastic needle support (331);
the first charging port (11) and the second charging port (12) are respectively opposite to the first spring pin connector (321) and the third spring pin connector (323);
the first charging port (11) and the second charging port (12) are used for charging the rechargeable battery (7).
6. The active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 5, wherein the connection caps are two, a first connection cap (311), a second connection cap (312); wherein:
the first connecting cap (311) and the second connecting cap (312) are sleeved on two of the spring pin connectors respectively.
7. Active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 6, wherein the first connection cap (311), the second connection cap (312) and the pogo pin connectors of the non-sleeved connection caps are in abutment with the circuit board (6), respectively.
8. Active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 3, wherein the upper housing component (2) comprises an upper housing plastic part (21),
and a sealing ring (34) is arranged on the butt joint surface of the lower shell plastic part (33) and the upper shell plastic part (21).
9. Active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 8, wherein the lower housing plastic part (33) and the upper housing plastic part (21) are connected by screws.
10. The active part of a medical infusion device according to claim 9, wherein the upper housing assembly (2) further comprises a drive gear box assembly comprising a motor (22) and a reduction gear assembly (23);
the motor (22) is connected with the circuit board;
the reduction gear set (23) is connected with the transmission assembly (24).
11. A medical infusion device comprising an active part according to any of claims 1 to 10.
