Description

Mask with separated hangers
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mask which stably covers a nose and a mouth of a wearer and continuously filters air inhaled through the nose and the mouth, and more particularly, to a mask having a separable ear hanging cord, which is manufactured to be capable of separating the ear hanging cord from a mask body and reusing the ear hanging cord in a new mask body.
Background
Generally, a mask is an article that covers the nose and mouth of a wearer in order to hygienically prevent inhalation and scattering of germs, dust, and the like. This mask was developed for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of a phenomenon that the probability of infection with influenza increases by reducing the resistance of the nasal cavity or the oral cavity when a person inhales cold air from the time of occurrence of influenza, which is a spanish cold that prevails in 1919. In the case of the mask developed in the early stage, cold air can be prevented from flowing into the nasal cavity or oral cavity of a human, but viruses or bacteria contained in the air cannot be screened, and influenza cannot be prevented.
Then, various technologies have been developed, and a filter cotton having an antibacterial function of screening viruses or bacteria contained in the air has been developed, so that flu is prevented, but actually, with the industrial development, environmental pollution such as air, water, soil, etc. occurs, and the air is polluted by substances having a particle size of less than 10, such as sulfur dioxide gas, nitrogen oxides, lead, ozone, carbon monoxide, fine dust, etc.
Thus, it is difficult to artificially remove the pollutants such as fine dust, which have been contained in the air, and a technology for filtering the pollutants contained in the air has been developed. In particular, in the case where a person performs an external activity, pollutants such as fine dust are directly inhaled, and a mask covering the nose and mouth and filtering the pollutants through filter cotton has been developed.
Generally, a mask comprises: a mask body part which is mounted on the face of a wearer in such a manner that the inner side surface covers the nose and mouth of the wearer, and into which air flows from the outside; and ear hanging ropes combined with the left side and the right side of the mask main body part and hung on ears of a wearer. That is, the ear hanging string is hung on the ear of the wearer to provide a function of preventing the mask body from slipping off the face of the wearer. However, depending on the size of the face of the wearer wearing the mask, the mask body portion may press the face of the wearer due to the length of the ear hanging string being too short, which may cause inconvenience in wearing the mask, or may slip off the face of the wearer due to the length of the ear hanging string being too long, which may not be in close contact with the face of the wearer, thereby causing the external air to flow directly into the nose and mouth of the wearer.
Recently, new coronavirus pneumonia-19 (COVID-19) has occurred worldwide, using millions of masks in a day and then thrown away.
In particular, for the production of the electrostatic filter constituting the mask, a melt-blowing method is used in which a compressed polypropylene (PP) solution is sprayed through a high-temperature, high-pressure nozzle to which a high voltage (+) is applied, to produce a nonwoven fabric having a random mesh pattern with a nanometer thickness.
Therefore, the mask body is made of PP (polypropylene) as a main material, but the ear hanging ropes are made of a material different from that of the mask body, so that the mask which is not reusable and is thrown away needs to be disposed of by burning and the like, and a large amount of fine dust is generated.
Further, since there are a lot of failures in the ear hanging cord when manufacturing the mask and a lot of manufacturing time is required when attaching the ear hanging cord to the mask body in the total time of manufacturing the mask, it is required to develop a mask in which the ear hanging cord can be reused in order to increase the production speed of the mask and reduce the failure rate of the mask.

Technical problem to be solved by the invention
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a mask in which a structure for easily detaching a strap from a mask body is realized, and even if the used mask body is discarded, the existing strap can be reused for a new mask body.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mask including a mask body covering a mouth and a nose of a wearer; the mask body has a cut line or a concave-convex part for selectively detaching the ear hanging rope from the mask body.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the invention, the ear hanging rope can be freely detached from the mask body without using other connecting devices, and the ear hanging rope is not required to be arranged on the mask body, so that the production of the mask is increased by three times to more than ten times, and the manufacturing cost of the mask is saved.
In addition, the hanging lug rope and the mask main body which are made of different materials are separated and recovered, so that the thrown-away hanging lug rope and the thrown-away mask main body are not required to be completely burnt, and the environmental pollution can be prevented.
Further, the present invention does not require a length adjustment device using a strap, so that the wearer does not feel a foreign body sensation and the weight of the mask is minimized, thereby being able to wear the mask for a long time.
Moreover, the invention has the advantages that the hanging ear rope assembled on the mask main body minimizes the tilting phenomenon of the mask main body on the face, thereby reducing the air leakage rate of the mask.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a mask having a separable ear hanging string (hereinafter, referred to as "mask") according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a first embodiment of a mask according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a second embodiment of a mask according to the present invention, fig. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a third embodiment of a mask according to the present invention, and fig. 4 is a rear view illustrating a third embodiment of a mask according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the mask of the present invention includes: a mask body 100 covering the mouth and nose of the wearer; hangers rope 200 sets up respectively the left side and the right side of gauze mask main part 100 still include: the hanger rope connector 300 selectively connects both ends of the hanger rope 200. In this case, the mask body 100 has a cut line or a concave-convex portion for selectively detaching the ear hanging string 200 from the mask body 100.
The ear hanging rope is configured to have an open curve (open curve) structure as shown in fig. 1 and 2, or a closed curve (closed curve) structure as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
Hereinafter, each constituent element will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the mask of the present invention includes: a mask body 100.
The mask body 100 is worn on the face of a wearer so as to cover the nose and mouth of the wearer, filters harmful substances such as fine dust contained in air flowing in from the outside direction, and allows only clean air to flow into the interior.
Therefore, the mask body 100 is formed by laminating two or more of cotton, synthetic resin, nonwoven fabric filter, synthetic resin filter, and electrostatic filter, respectively or in combination. For example, the mask body 100 may be composed of two or three nonwoven fabric filters, two nonwoven fabric filters and one electrostatic filter, or one nonwoven fabric filter and one electrostatic filter.
Here, the electrostatic filter is a filter electrostatically processed by an ultra high voltage current, and an electrostatic device captures fine dust having a polarity by a positive charge or a negative charge, thereby improving a dust-proof effect.
As a specific example, the mask body 100 of the present invention includes: the outer filter and the inner filter are used for smoothly flowing air and improving the cutting rate of filtering harmful substances such as fine dust, and a central filter is selectively arranged between the outer filter and the inner filter.
The outer filter cotton is used for enabling air flowing in from the outer direction to flow in from the inner direction, and has a waterproof function so as to prevent moisture from permeating. In this case, the outer filter can be formed of any fiber having a waterproof function, and for example, a synthetic fiber or a nonwoven fabric filter is used. Also, preferably, the outer filter is formed three-dimensionally in such a manner that sufficient air flows between the inner side surface of the inner filter and the wearer's face to make the wearer comfortable to breathe.
The inner filter is combined with the outer filter in a manner of being positioned on the inner side surface of the outer filter, covers the nose and the mouth of a wearer, and flows air flowing in through the outer filter in the inner direction, and has a waterproof function to prevent moisture from permeating. In this case, the inner filter can be made of any fiber having a waterproof function, and for example, a synthetic fiber or a nonwoven fabric filter is used.
The inner filter is manufactured by dividing the inner filter into upper and lower parts so as to form a space between the nose and mouth of the wearer, thereby making the wearer feel comfortable. That is, after the upper part and the lower part are divided and manufactured, the upper part and the lower part are joined to each other so as to form a predetermined angle, and the inner filter is not horizontally formed but formed in a circular shape or a zigzag shape in a side cross section.
Therefore, the inner filter forms a space between the nose and mouth of the wearer and the mask body 100, and an air layer is formed in the space, thereby facilitating the breathing of the wearer.
Between the outer and inner filter cloths is a nose bridge strip 160 deformed to correspond to the shape of the wearer's nose, as required. The nose bridge piece 160 may be formed of a metal wire or the like, which is deformed in accordance with the shape of the wearer's face so as to be in close contact with the inner surface of the inner filter and the wearer's face, and then maintains its outer shape.
That is, after the wearer brings the mask body 100 into close contact with the face, the wearer applies pressure to the nose bridge strip to deform the nose bridge strip in accordance with the shape of the nose of the wearer, thereby bringing the upper portion of the inner filter and the nose of the wearer into close contact, and completely cutting off the inflow of unfiltered air.
The nose bridge strip 160 is made of the same material as the mask body 100 as needed, and is reused together with the mask body 100.
The center filter is disposed between the outer filter and the inner filter to improve the filtering ability of the mask body 100, and may be formed of melt-blown filter (MB filter) or electrostatic filter. The central filter is constructed to have a double structure in which melt-blown filter and electrostatic filter are stacked as necessary.
Thus, when the inner filter is provided with a waterproof function, moisture contained in the breath is not transmitted to the center filter, thereby preventing the performance of the electrostatic filter from being lowered by the moisture.
As an embodiment, the mask body 100 of the present invention includes, as shown in fig. 4: a mouth patch 102 covering the mouth and nose of the wearer; a nasal patch 104 engaged with an upper portion of the mouth patch 102 to cover the nose of the wearer; and a chin patch 106 engaged with a lower portion of the mouth patch 102 to cover a wearer's chin.
The mouth patch 102, nose patch 104 and chin patch 106 are each composed of an outer filter and an inner filter, or an outer filter and a central filter and an inner filter, as described above.
As necessary, a bridge hanging portion 105 having a curved recess is formed in a portion of the nasal patch 104 contacting the nose of the wearer, and a chin hanging portion (not shown) having a curved recess is formed in a portion of the chin patch 106 contacting the chin of the wearer.
The mask body 100 is formed with an upper joining line 143 between the mouth piece 102 and the nose piece 104 and between the mouth piece 102 and the chin piece 106 by thermal welding, ultrasonic welding, or the like, and the nose piece 104 and the chin piece 106 are spread from the mouth piece 102 along the upper joining line 143 to expand the contact area covering the face.
The bonding wire 140 includes: a first edge join line 141 formed in a solid line or a wave line or a pattern along the edge of the mouth patch 102 between the nose patch 104; a second edge join line 142 is formed along the edge of the mouth patch 102 between the chin patch 106.
Also, the bonding wire 140 further includes: an upper joining line 143 which is formed below the first edge joining line 141 so as to extend the joining surface 150 between the mouth patch 102 and the nose patch 104 without passing air when the wearer breathes; and a lower joining line 144 which is formed above the second edge joining line 142 so as to be spaced apart from the second edge joining line 142 in such a manner that the joint surface 150 between the mouth patch 102 and the chin patch 106 is expanded without passing air when the wearer breathes.
The nose patch 104 is closely attached to the back of the mouth patch 102, and when the mask is used by the wearer, it is spread along the upper joining line 143 and closely attached to the nose and face of the wearer.
The chin patch 106 is in close contact with the back of the mouth patch 102 and when the mask is used by the wearer, it is spread along the lower joining line 144 to be in close contact with the wearer's chin and face.
Thus, the mask body 100 of the present invention is configured as a three-dimensional 3D mask including a mouth patch 102, a nose patch 104, and a chin patch 106.
In another embodiment, the mask body 100 of the present invention is formed in a flat type 2D mask structure.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the case where the ear hanging strings 210 and 220 are formed in a closed curve structure, the uneven portion 130 forms a hanging space from the edges of the left and right ends of the mask body 100 toward the inside of the mask body 100 so as to be wound around the left and right ends of the mask body 100. In other words, the concave-convex portion 130 provides a space around which the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 pulled toward the ears of the wearer are wound according to the selection of the user.
More specifically, the concave-convex portion 130 includes a concave portion 132, a convex portion 134, and all. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the concave portion 132 is formed to be concave from the edges of the left and right ends of the mask body 100, and the convex portion 134 is formed to protrude from the edges of the left and right ends of the mask body 100.
Further, it is preferable that the cut line is provided on the joining surface 150 of the mask body 100 so as not to interfere with the movement of air during breathing of the wearer.
More specifically, the cut line is provided at the interface 150 between the mouth patch 102, nose patch 104, chin patch 106, or the interface between the outer and inner filter cloths.
In other words, the cut line is provided at the interface between mouth patch 102 and nose patch 104; the interface between the mouth patch 102 and the chin patch 106; more than one of the interfaces between mouth patch 102 and nose patch 104 and chin patch 106. In the case where the mask body 100 is formed as a flat 2D mask, the cut line is provided at a joint surface between the outer filter and the inner filter.
Fig. 5 is an exploded front view showing a fourth embodiment of the mask of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a front view showing a hanging string coupled to the mask body of fig. 5.
As a first embodiment, the cutting line of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, includes: the hanging string 110 and the hanging string 115 are provided in the shape of a hanging piece inside the mask body 100 such that the ear strings 210 and 220 are wound around the left and right ends of the inside of the mask body 100. At this time, the hanging cut line 110 and the hanging cut line 115 are provided on the joint surface 150 of the mask body 100.
More specifically, the hanging string 110 may be temporarily provided on the surface of the mask body 100 with a hanger wound around the hanging string 210 or 220 by an external force of a user so as to be fixed to the mask body 100 even in a state where the hanging string 210 or 220 does not pass through the mask body 100.
For this reason, the hanging cut line 110 has an open curved structure so that the hanging member is not separated from the mask body 100. In other words, the hanging cut line 110 is omitted at the portion where the hanging piece is connected to the mask body 100.
The hanging cut line 110 is a line that cuts the outer shape of the hanger from the mask body 100 by an external force supplied by the user so that the hanger wound around the ear strings 210 and 220 protrudes from the mask body 100.
In the case where the hanging cut line 110 provides a profile around which the lug cords 210, 220 are wound, it may have any profile. Specifically, the hanging cut line 110 has an arrow-shaped, triangular, quadrangular, circular, or the like structure.
The hanging cut line 110 is formed to be opposite to the adjacent hanging ear strings 210 and 220 in such a manner that the hanging member is inserted into the hanging cut line 115 to be coupled and to perform the function of the hanging loop, as shown in fig. 5, and it is preferable that the hanging member is formed to be opposite to the hanging ear strings 210 and 220 adjacent to the portion connected to the mask body 100.
One or more hanging cut lines 110 are provided at the right end of the mask body 100, and one or more hanging cut lines are provided at the left end of the mask body 100.
For example, in the case where the mask body 100 has two hanging strings at the left and right ends thereof, the first hanging string 210 is provided at the left end of the mask body 100 and wound around the two hanging strings forming the hanging loop, and the second hanging string 220 is provided at the right end of the mask body 100 and wound around the two hanging strings forming the hanging loop, as shown in fig. 6.
If necessary, in the case where two hanging strings 110 and two hanger strings 115 are vertically provided in the mask body 100, an auxiliary string 116 is provided between the hanging string and the hanging string or between the hanger string and the hanger string. The secondary cut line 116 is positioned at the engagement surface 150 to allow the wearer to manually adjust the length of the lug cord.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the auxiliary cutting line 116 provides a passage in which one end of the ear string, which is disposed to entirely wrap the first hanging cutting line disposed at the upper end of the mask body 100 and the second hanging cutting line disposed at the lower end of the mask body 100, is inserted into a loop shape such as an 'Ω' shape.
Thus, when the wearer pulls the end of the lug rope passing through the auxiliary cutting line 116 as shown by the first lug rope 210 in fig. 6, the length of the lug rope wrapping the ear is shortened, and when the end of the lug rope is disposed so as not to pass through the auxiliary cutting line 116 as shown by the second lug rope 220 in fig. 6, the length of the lug rope wrapping the ear is increased.
As a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cutting lines according to the present invention include a plurality of ear hanging string cutting lines 120 formed at the left and right ends of the mask body 100 so that the both ends of the ear hanging strings 210 and 220 are fixed to the left and right ends of the mask body 100 through the inside of the mask body 100.
More specifically, the ear strap slit line 120 temporarily provides a space through which the ear strap 210 and 220 passes by the external force of the user so that the ear strap 210 and 220 are fixed in a state of passing through the mask body 100.
When the supply of the external force is interrupted by the user, the string 120 for the ear string compresses the ear strings 210 and 220 inserted so as to penetrate the expanded space by reducing the expanded space, thereby providing pressure to keep the ear strings 210 and 220 coupled to the mask body 100.
For this purpose, the string-cutting line 120 is formed in a cross shape, a line shape, an arrow shape,
Figure BDA0002839794140000081
Glyphs, and the like. In this case, the straight line can also be formed as a 'straight' line or
Figure BDA0002839794140000082
A font.
For example, in the case where four ear hanging cord cutting lines 120 are provided at the right end of the mask body 100, the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 are provided on the mask body 100 so that the ear hanging cord cutting lines abut on the ends of the ear hanging cords 210 and 220, as shown in fig. 2.
Specifically, one end of the second strap 220 is passed through any of the first strap cutting line and the second strap cutting line, and the other end of the second strap 220 is passed through any of the fourth strap cutting line and the third strap cutting line. At this time, the first ear string cut line, the second ear string cut line, the third ear string cut line, and the fourth ear string cut line are arranged in the upper-lower direction of the plurality of ear string cut lines provided at the right end of the mask body 100.
Fig. 7 is an exploded front view showing a fifth embodiment of the mask of the present invention, and fig. 8 is an exploded front view showing a sixth embodiment of the mask of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the case where a plurality of ear hanging cord cutting lines 120 are provided at both ends of the mask body 100, the centers of the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 are adjacent to the ear hanging cord cutting lines, and the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 are provided on the mask body 100 so that the ends of the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 are distant from the mask body 100. At this time, one end and the other end of the hanger rope 220 are fastened to each other to form a closed curve structure of the hanger rope, or a hanger rope connector 300 is provided between the one end and the other end to form a closed curve structure of the hanger rope.
For example, in the case where four ear string cutting lines 120 are provided at one end of the mask body 100, the second ear string 220 passes through the first ear string cutting line from the back surface of the mask body 100, and then passes through the second ear string cutting line at the front surface of the mask body 100. Further, the second strap 220 passes through the third strap cut line on the back surface of the mask body 100, and then passes through the fourth strap cut line on the front surface of the mask body 100.
As shown in fig. 8, in the case where three ear string cutting lines 120 are provided at one end of the mask body 100, an upper ear string cutting line is provided at an upper portion in a line shape, and an upper ear string cutting line is provided at a middle portion
Figure BDA0002839794140000091
The middle part of the shape is used as a cutting line for the hanger rope, and the lower part is provided with a 'straight' shape for the lower hanger rope. At this time, the ear string passes through the first ear string cut line at the rear surface of the mask body 100, and then passes through the second ear string cut line at the front surface of the mask body 100. Further, the ear strap has a loop structure such as an "Ω" shape on the rear surface of the mask body 100 so that the length of the ear strap can be adjusted by the wearer, and then passes through the second ear strap cut line again on the rear surface of the mask body 100 and passes through the third ear strap cut line on the front surface of the mask body 100.
Thus, in the case where the ear hanging cord is combined with the mask body 100 in a manner of passing through the plurality of ear hanging cord cutting lines provided at the mask body 100, both side ends of the mask body 100 are sewn as if the ear hanging cord is used, thereby providing an effect of reducing the air leakage rate of the mask.
As a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the cutting lines according to the present invention include length-adjusting cutting lines 125 formed at both ends of the mask body so that one ends of the ear hanging lines 210 and 220 pass through the mask body 100 to adjust the ear hanging lines.
In the mask body 100 of the present invention, a receiving opening or a multi-purpose cutting line is provided on the inner surface or the outer surface of the mask body 100 so that a spacer is inserted as required.
The multi-purpose cutting line is a structure in which a plurality of spacers for providing additional functions are inserted into the joint surface 102.
As a specific example, the multi-purpose cutting lines of the present invention are formed in a single piece on each of four sides of a diamond edge line on the surface of the mask body 100 so as to be inserted into the apex portion of a spacer having a quadrangular structure.
More specifically, the multi-purpose cutting line comprises: a first multipurpose cutting line provided at an upper portion of a left end of the mask body 100; a second multi-purpose cutting line at a lower portion of the left end; a third multipurpose cutting line provided at an upper portion of a right end of the mask body 100; and a fourth multipurpose cutting line provided at a lower portion of the right-side end. At this time, the second multi-purpose cutting line is laterally symmetrical to the first multi-purpose cutting line, and the third multi-purpose cutting line is vertically symmetrical to the first multi-purpose cutting line. For example, the multi-purpose cut line has a length of 5 mm to 20 mm.
The pad is a functional pad such as a propaganda pad, a humidifying pad, an aromatic pad, an oxygen pad, and a deodorizing pad.
Here, the functional mat means a mat used for a special purpose in daily life or sleeping. For example, the humidification pad prevents the problem of pain caused by dry throat in the case where a rhinitis patient breathes in the mouth while breathing through the nose is difficult when sleeping. A pad for absorbing a liquid containing a green tea component or a chamomile component having a good humidification effect is used as the humidification pad.
A pad that absorbs essential oil-containing liquid for resting and skin-care purposes is used as the fragrant pad.
A gasket coated or impregnated with oxygen powder is used, and a gasket having oxygen particles attached or embedded therein is used as the oxygen gasket.
A pad coated or impregnated with or incorporating a deodorizer that adsorbs harmful gases or odors is used as the deodorizing pad.
The functional pad may be used by inserting a multi-purpose cutting line into one end thereof, but the functional pad may be built in by providing the cutting line with a level of accommodating the gasket in the inner filter or the outer filter.
Therefore, the propaganda pad of the invention combines various functional pads such as a humidifying pad, an aromatic pad and the like with the mask for the purpose of treatment or body-building.

A character shape or a cross shape, etc.
The second cut line 176 and the second coupling protrusion cut line 177 provide a function of shortening the vertical length of the right end of the mask body 100, and may also provide a function of a hanger cord cut line for coupling a hanger cord to the mask body 100 as shown in fig. 9 according to the user's selection.
As a third embodiment, the cutting line of the present invention comprises: edge cuts (not shown) are formed in the inner direction of the mask body 100 at the edges of the left and right ends so that the ear straps 210 and 220 are inserted into the mask body 100 and wound around the left and right ends of the mask body 100. More specifically, the edge cut line includes: a first edge cutting line provided at an upper edge of the left end of the mask body 100; a second edge cutting line provided at a lower edge of the left end of the mask body 100; a third edge cutting line provided at an upper edge of the right end of the mask body 100; and a fourth edge cutting line provided at a lower edge of the right end of the mask body 100. The edge cut line 120 provides a channel for a portion of the ear cord 210, 220 to wrap around the edge of the left and right ends, at the option of the wearer. For example, the third edge cut line provides a passageway around an adjacent portion of one end of the second hanger cord 220 and the fourth edge cut line provides a passageway around an adjacent portion of the other end of the second hanger cord 220. The edge cutting line 120 has a length of 3 mm to 10 mm.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the mask of the present invention includes: the ear cords 210, 220.
The ear straps 210 and 220 are provided on the left and right sides of the mask body 100, respectively, and are hooked on the ears of the wearer, thereby providing a function of pulling the mask body 100 in the direction of the face so that the mask body 100 is positioned on the face of the wearer.
The hanger ropes 210 and 220 are made of a known material having elasticity such as nylon for length adjustment.
The ear wire 210, 220 includes: a first ear hanging string 210 provided at the left end of the mask body 100; and a second ear hanging string 220 provided at the right end of the mask body 100.
In the case where the ear hanging cords 210 and 220 are formed in the closed curve structure, one side of the first ear hanging cord 210 is coupled to the upper left portion of the mask body 100, and the other side thereof opposite to the one side is coupled to the lower left portion of the mask body 100.
Accordingly, even in the case where the first ear string 210 has a closed curve structure, it can be wound along the left edge of the mask body 100, and even in the case where it has an open curve structure, one end and the other end can penetrate through mutually different ear string cut lines provided on the left side of the mask body 100.
One side of the second ear strap 220 having a closed curve structure is coupled to the upper portion of the right side of the mask body 100, and the other side opposite to the one side is coupled to the lower portion of the right side of the mask body 100.
Accordingly, the second ear hanging cord 220 may be wound along the right side edge of the mask body 100 even when it has a closed curve structure, and one end and the other end may penetrate through different ear hanging cord cutting lines provided on the right side of the mask body 100 even when it has an open curve structure.
The ear hanging strings 210 and 220 are wound around the mask body 100 by the cut line to adjust the length thereof, according to the selection of the wearer.
As necessary, as shown in fig. 2, the both end portions of the lug ropes 210 and 220 formed in the open curved structure have a thicker structure than the central portion. After the distal end portions of the ear straps 210 and 220 pass through the ear strap cutting lines 120 by the external force of the user, even if an external force is applied to pull the distal end portions in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, the distal end portions cannot pass through the ear strap cutting lines 120 and are not separated from the mask body 100.
The ear wire formed in an open curved structure includes: a first ear wire 210; a pair of first ear string clips (not shown) spaced apart from each other along a longitudinal direction of the first ear string 210, for connecting the first ear string 210 to a left end of the mask body 100; a second ear wire 220; and a pair of second ear string clips (not shown) spaced apart from each other along the longitudinal direction of the second ear string 220, for connecting the second ear string 220 to the right end of the mask body 100.
At this time, the first and second hanger rope clips have a pincer-like or loop-like structure. For this case, the wearer's left ear is in the space between the pair of first ear cord clips and the wearer's right ear is in the space between the pair of second ear cord clips.
In addition, when the first strap clip has a pincer-like structure, the first strap clip engages with the first strap 210 and the mask body 100 to couple the first strap 210 to the mask body 100.
In addition, in the case where the first ear string clip is formed in a ring shape, the first ear string clip is coupled by hanging the first ear string 210 on the cut line of the mask body 100.
In addition, the mask of the present invention does not fall down to the ground even if the mask slips off from the wearer's face due to an external force, and the ear hanging string is worn around the neck of the wearer to be hung on the wearer's neck. To this end, one end of the first hanger rope and one end of the second hanger rope are connected to each other. At this time, one end of the first lug rope and one end of the second lug rope are tied and connected or connected through the lug rope connecting piece. As needed, the first and second hangers can be formed of a single hanger formed of a single cord.
Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the mask of the present invention further includes: a lug cord connection 300.
When the hanger cord connector 300 is used with the hanger cord having the open curve structure, the hanger cord connector is converted into the closed curve structure so as to be coupled to one end of the hanger cord having the open curve structure and the other end of the hanger cord and be hung on the ear of the wearer according to the selection of the user. The lug rope connector 300 can be used for a lug rope having a closed curve structure as needed to relieve pain and the like.
The hanger cord connector 300 is made of a material such as silicone, rubber, plastic foam, etc., as needed. Which relieves the pain of the ear when contacting the ear of the user and generates a frictional force with the hanger rope connector 300 even if a pulling force is applied to the inserted hanger rope, for preventing slipping off from the hanger rope connector 300.
The lug rope connecting member 300 is coupled to one end and the other end of the lug rope formed in an open curve structure, and may be formed in any structure in the case where the lug rope formed in an open curve structure is formed in a closed curve structure.
As a first embodiment, the present invention of the hanger rope connector 300 presses one end of the hanger rope and the other end of the hanger rope together to form the entire hanger rope into a clip-shaped structure connected into a closed curve structure.
As a second embodiment, the lug rope connecting member 300 of the present invention pressurizes one end of the lug rope and the other end of the lug rope to form the entire lug rope into a loop structure and a strip structure connected as a closed curve structure.
Here, the stripe structure is formed in a ' U ' shape to be smoothly wound around the user's ear. At this time, one end of the lug ropes 210 and 220 is inserted into the front end of the lug rope connector 300, and the other end of the lug ropes is inserted into the rear end of the lug rope connector 300. For this, the lug rope connector 300 forms an insertion passage along the length direction for the lug ropes 210 and 220 to be inserted inside.
Also, an opening through which the lug rope is exposed to the outside is formed in the insertion passage of the lug rope connector 300. Which serves to expose one end of the hanger cord and the other end of the hanger cord passing through the insertion passage to the outside of the hanger cord connection member 300. At this time, the wearer pulls the end of the lug rope exposed to the outside of the lug rope connection member 300 to adjust the length of the lug rope wrapping the ear of the wearer.
Also, the insertion passage is formed to have an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the lug ropes 210 and 220 so that it does not slip out of the insertion passage of the lug rope connector 300 even if a pulling force is applied to the lug ropes after the ends of the lug ropes 210 and 220 are inserted. In particular, the inner diameter of the front end of the insertion channel into which the ends of the lug ropes 210 and 220 enter is the narrowest, and the inner diameter is gradually widened along the length direction.
The lug rope connector 300 is provided with a lug rope insertion cut line on the surface thereof along the longitudinal direction, the cut line communicating with the insertion passage, so that the ends of the lug ropes 210 and 220 can be easily inserted into the insertion passage. At this time, it is preferable that the ear wire insertion cut line is provided in a direction opposite to the surface facing the mask body 100 so that the ear wire does not slip off the ear wire connector 300 due to a pulling force acting on the ear wire, as shown in fig. 9.
As a third embodiment, the hanger rope connector 300 of the present invention includes a first hanger rope connector and a second hanger rope connector that can be assembled with or separated from each other.
The first hangers rope connecting piece is provided with a first inserting channel for inserting one end of the hangers rope along the length direction, so that the whole length of the hangers rope of the mask can be easily adjusted, and a first cutting line communicated with the first inserting channel is arranged along the length direction, so that one end of the hangers rope is inserted into the first inserting channel, and a combining protrusion is arranged at the tail end. The first lug rope connecting member is provided with a first opening on a surface thereof, the first opening communicating with the first insertion passage, so that one end of the lug rope is disposed outside after passing through the first lug rope connecting member.
The second ear hanging rope connecting piece is provided with a second inserting channel for inserting the other end of the ear hanging rope along the length direction so as to adjust the whole length of the ear hanging rope of the mask, and is provided with a second cutting line communicated with the second inserting channel along the length direction so as to insert the other end of the ear hanging rope into the second inserting channel, and the tail end opposite to the first ear hanging rope connecting piece is provided with a combination groove assembled and connected with the combination protrusion. The second hanger rope connector is provided with a second opening on the surface thereof, which communicates with the second insertion passage, so that the other end of the hanger rope is disposed outside after passing through the second hanger rope connector.
The coupling protrusion is formed in a cylindrical shape, a quadrangular prism, a pentagonal prism, etc. to be inserted into the coupling groove for coupling, and the coupling groove is also formed in a structure corresponding to the coupling protrusion for inserting the coupling protrusion.
In particular, in the case where the coupling protrusion is formed in a cylindrical structure, a screw thread is formed and a screw groove is formed in the coupling groove in order to firmly couple the surface of the coupling protrusion and the coupling groove.
Thus, the lug rope connector 300 can be inserted not only into the lug rope of the open curve structure but also into the lug rope of the closed curve structure, and can be used as an ear pain protector to pull and fix the lug rope, and can also provide a rope adjusting function.
As a fourth embodiment, the present invention hangers cord connector 300 includes a first snap fastener and a second snap fastener that can be assembled with or separated from each other.
The first snap fastener is arranged at one end of the hanging lug rope, and the second snap fastener is arranged at the other end of the hanging lug rope. The first and second snap buttons are connected to each other by an external force of a user to form one end and the other end of the hanger rope of an open curved structure.
While the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will be able to make various modifications and variations to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined in the appended claims.
