step s4, when a single participant clicks a link to participate in the conference, the cloud platform marks the heterogeneous terminal used by the participant as a conference participation heterogeneous terminal and detects whether a use record exists in the conference participation heterogeneous terminal; the cloud platform controls the middle layer to use the corresponding transcoding modules to decode and encode the video information output by the heterogeneous terminal initiated by the conference in sequence after detection is completed, and controls the middle layer to convey the transcoded video files to the terminal layer and controls the terminal layer to output the video files to the corresponding terminals respectively to complete construction of the cloud conference room when transcoding of the middle layer is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the terminal layer, the middle layer and the cloud platform of the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal are respectively established by using the access method of the conference system supporting the access of the heterogeneous terminal through the cloud platform; whether the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal has a corresponding processing mode selected according to the use record and the judgment result is detected by the cloud platform, the initiating heterogeneous terminal can be accurately judged to be a new heterogeneous terminal or an initiating heterogeneous terminal with specific conference preference record, so that the problem that conference preference of the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal in a new system and an old system cannot be recorded or participation among different conference systems is effectively solved, and the time for the conference participating heterogeneous terminal to reset the conference preference by the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal is saved; meanwhile, the cloud platform control intermediate layer is used for monitoring the number of the terminals participating in the conference of the heterogeneous terminals in real time, comparing the number of the terminals participating in the conference with the preset value preset in the cloud platform, and selecting the corresponding processing mode according to the comparison result, so that the communication quality problem in the conference process can be effectively solved, and the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise is effectively improved while the communication quality in the conference process is optimized.
In particular, in the step s2, when the cloud platform determines whether the conference initiator has a particular conference preference,
if the middle layer detects that the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal has no use record, the cloud platform judges that the heterogeneous terminal used by the initiator is a new heterogeneous terminal, the cloud platform sends an account login request to the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal through the middle layer control terminal layer, and if the initiator logs in an account, the cloud platform binds the initiator account with the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal, generates a new heterogeneous terminal number after the binding is completed and imports the use record of the account into the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal; if the initiator does not own the account, the cloud platform controls the terminal layer to send an account registration request to the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal through the intermediate layer, and generates a new heterogeneous terminal number for the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal when the initiator completes registration;

The cloud platform controls the terminal layer through the middle layer to judge whether the initiated heterogeneous terminal is a new heterogeneous terminal when logging in, can accurately judge the initiated heterogeneous terminal through cloud platform detection, and selects a corresponding processing mode according to a judgment result; if the initiating heterogeneous terminal has the corresponding conference preference record in the cloud platform, the time for setting the conference preference by the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal is effectively saved, and meanwhile, the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise is further improved.
Specifically, in the step s4, for a single conference participation heterogeneous terminal, when a single participant uses the conference participation heterogeneous terminal to access the terminal layer through the conference invitation link, the cloud platform detects whether a usage record exists in the conference participation heterogeneous terminal,
if the conference participation heterogeneous terminal has a use record, the cloud platform controls the terminal layer to identify the heterogeneous terminal number of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal through the middle layer, identifies the conference preference of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal according to the heterogeneous terminal number and controls the middle layer to select a corresponding transcoding module after the identification is finished so that the transcoding module outputs a video file to the conference participation heterogeneous terminal through the terminal layer;
if the conference participation heterogeneous terminal has no use record, the cloud platform judges the conference participation heterogeneous terminal to be a brand new heterogeneous terminal and controls the middle layer to select a preset transcoding module so that the transcoding module outputs a video file to the conference participation heterogeneous terminal through the terminal layer, and the cloud platform detects and records the conference communication quality of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal in real time when the selection of the transcoding module aiming at the conference participation heterogeneous terminal is completed so as to determine the conference preference of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal;
when the cloud platform controls the middle layer to finish the selection of the transcoding module of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal, the middle layer selects the corresponding transcoding module to decode and encode the video file output to the cloud platform by the conference initiating module and transmits the encoded video file to the corresponding conference participation heterogeneous terminal through the terminal layer.
According to the invention, a single conference participation heterogeneous terminal is connected to the cloud platform through the conference invitation link, the terminal layer is controlled by the intermediate layer to detect whether the conference participation heterogeneous terminal has the use record or not, and the corresponding processing mode is selected according to the judgment result, so that whether the conference participation heterogeneous terminal is a brand-new heterogeneous terminal or not can be accurately judged or the conference preference of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal can be identified, if the conference participation heterogeneous terminal has the corresponding conference preference record in the cloud platform, the time set by the conference participation heterogeneous terminal to the conference preference is effectively saved, and meanwhile, the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise is further improved.

if tai is greater than ta0, the cloud platform detects a picture in a conference video uploaded by the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal, if no picture or only a static picture exists in the conference video, the cloud platform does not switch a connection line between the conference participating heterogeneous terminal and the terminal layer, and if a continuous picture exists in the conference video, the cloud platform judges that the conference participating heterogeneous terminal has a problem of picture and sound asynchronization in the conference process and switches the connection line between the conference participating heterogeneous terminal and the terminal layer;
if tbi is greater than tb0, the cloud platform judges that the transmission environment of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal and the conference system is lower than a preset standard, calculates a difference value delta tbi between tbi and tb0, adjusts the definition of a video file generated by the conference participation heterogeneous terminal to a corresponding value according to delta tbi, and sets delta tbi = tbi-tb 0.
The platform controls the terminal layer to detect the communication quality of each conference participation heterogeneous terminal in the conference process in real time through the middle layer, judges whether the connection line of a single conference participation heterogeneous terminal and the conference system needs to be adjusted or not according to the detection result or compares the connection line of the conference initiation heterogeneous terminal and the conference system according to the preset value corresponding to the system and then adjusts the connection line, and can accurately adjust the conference initiation heterogeneous terminal or the conference participation heterogeneous terminal in a targeted manner, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the situation that the overall adjustment affects the communication quality of a line with good conference communication quality or the communication quality of the heterogeneous terminal with good communication quality, effectively improving the accuracy of the conference participation terminal in acquiring the conference information and further improving the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise.

According to the invention, the cloud platform detects that the definition of the video file generated by the conference participation heterogeneous terminal is compared with the preset value in the cloud platform according to the conference transmission delay and the sound blocking time and uses the corresponding adjusting coefficient according to the range of the comparison result, and the communication quality of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal is adjusted in time when the communication quality is low, so that the situation that the conference participation heterogeneous terminal cannot acquire the clear video can be avoided, the accuracy of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal in acquiring the conference information is effectively improved, and the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise is further improved while the judgment of the conference participation heterogeneous terminal is completed.
Specifically, when the cloud platform completes the adjustment of the definition of the video file generated by the conference participation heterogeneous terminal, if text information exists in the video file, the cloud platform detects the text definition Sa in the video file and judges whether the conference participation heterogeneous terminal with the adjusted definition can generate the video file meeting the conference requirement according to Sa, a first preset text definition Sa1 and a second preset text definition Sa2 are further arranged in the cloud platform, wherein Sa1 is less than Sa2,

The cloud platform counts the number of the conference participation heterogeneous terminals needing to be switched to the connection line of the terminal layer, compares the ratio of the number to the total number of the conference participation heterogeneous terminals with a preset ratio, selects a corresponding processing mode according to the comparison result, and timely completes whether the conference participation heterogeneous terminals needing to be switched to the connection line of the terminal layer carry out the line switching operation or not.

the middle layer is respectively connected with the cloud platform and the terminal layer and used for acquiring the information of the initiating heterogeneous terminal of the conference and detecting the conference communication quality of the initiating heterogeneous terminal and the participating heterogeneous terminal through the terminal layer, and the middle layer comprises a plurality of transcoding modules used for decoding and encoding the video information of the participating heterogeneous terminals;
the terminal layer is used for receiving information of the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal and the conference participating heterogeneous terminal and feeding the information back to the middle layer; which is connected with the intermediate layer;
two ends of the middle layer are respectively connected with the cloud platform and the terminal layer; the cloud platform can timely and accurately analyze and process the problems occurring in the conference process by reading, detecting and feeding back the related information of the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal and the conference participating heterogeneous terminal, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of the conference participating heterogeneous terminal in conference information acquisition and further improving the use efficiency of the conference system in each enterprise.

step s2, after detecting whether the record of using the cloud platform exists in the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal, the cloud platform controls the terminal layer to send an account login request to the initiator through the middle layer so as to determine whether the conference initiator has a specific conference preference by combining the account and the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal; the conference preference comprises a conference initiating heterogeneous terminal hardware type, a conference initiating heterogeneous terminal operating system type, a conference initiating heterogeneous terminal software type, a conference scale, historical conference participant information, a conference participating heterogeneous terminal hardware type, a conference participating heterogeneous terminal operating system type and a conference participating heterogeneous terminal software type;
step s3, the cloud platform generates a corresponding conference invitation link according to the conference preference of the conference initiator, the cloud platform controls the terminal layer to transmit the conference invitation link to the conference initiating heterogeneous terminal through the middle layer, and the conference initiator invites people to participate in the conference by forwarding the conference invitation link;
