The total-heat fresh air dehumidifier has three working modes for users to select and switch: 1. a fresh air ventilation mode; 2. a fresh air dehumidification mode of the total-heat fresh air dehumidifier; 3. and an internal circulation rapid dehumidification mode. If the temperature and the humidity are all suitable for people, the mode can be selected to be switched to the fresh air ventilation mode. In hot weather with high temperature and humidity, such as hot air in summer in south China, high temperature and high humidity, especially in plum rain, the fresh air dehumidification mode of the total-heat fresh air dehumidifier can be selected to be switched to. If the moisture on the wall surface is heavy in a period after the new house is finished, the mode can be switched to the internal circulation quick dehumidification mode.
The operation methods of the three working modes of the total-heat fresh air dehumidifier, which can be selected and switched by a user, are respectively as follows:

The invention relates to an internal circulation rapid dehumidification mode operation method of a total heat fresh air dehumidifier, which comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3 and 11, the fresh air valve 16 and the discharge air valve 27 are closed, and the compressor 21 and the return air valve 20 are opened; by switching the four-way reversing valve 22, when the compressor 21 works, the first heat exchanger 23 in the heat exchange loop through which the refrigerant flows is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 24 is an evaporator, and the third heat exchanger 25 is an evaporator; and starting the fresh air fan 28 to enable indoor air to sequentially pass through the air return opening 6, the fourth lower cabin 13, the ventilation gap 14 between the third lower cabin 11 and the fourth lower cabin 13, the third lower cabin and the third heat exchanger 25 positioned in the third lower cabin, the return air valve 20, the third upper cabin and the first heat exchanger 23 and the second heat exchanger 24 positioned in the third upper cabin, the ventilation gap 14 between the third upper cabin 10 and the fourth upper cabin 12, the fresh air fan 28 positioned in the fourth upper cabin and the air supply opening 5, and then inputting the indoor air into the room.

Claims (10)

1. A total-heat fresh air dehumidifier comprises a box body (1), wherein an electric cabinet (2) is arranged in the box body (1), the box body (1) comprises an outdoor connecting side used for communicating outdoors and an indoor connecting side used for communicating indoors, the outdoor connecting side is respectively provided with a fresh air inlet (3) used for absorbing outdoor fresh air and an air outlet (4) used for exhausting to the outdoors, the indoor connecting side is respectively provided with an air supply outlet (5) used for conveying fresh air to the indoors and a return air inlet (6) used for absorbing indoor air, and the total-heat fresh air dehumidifier is characterized in that the inside of the box body (1) is sequentially divided into a first cabin, a second cabin, a third cabin and a fourth cabin from the outdoor connecting side to the indoor connecting side, and each cabin is divided into an upper cabin and a lower cabin; a partition board (7) is respectively arranged between the upper cabin and the lower cabin of the first cabin, the third cabin and the fourth cabin except the second cabin, the partition boards are divided into a first upper cabin (8) and a first lower cabin (9), a third upper cabin (10) and a third lower cabin (11), a fourth upper cabin (12) and a fourth lower cabin (13), and the second cabin is also divided into a second upper cabin and a second lower cabin according to the longitudinal direction of the second cabin; a ventilation gap (14) is arranged between the adjacent upper cabin and the adjacent lower cabin to form an air duct; the first upper cabin (8) is provided with an exhaust fan (15) which leads to the outside through the exhaust outlet (4), and the first lower cabin (9) is provided with a fresh air valve (16), a fresh air temperature and humidity sensor (17) and a fresh air filter screen (18); the second cabin is provided with a total heat exchange core (19); the section of the partition plate (7) of the third cabin close to the outdoor is an inclined plate which is inclined upwards, the inclined plate is provided with a return air vent (31), and the return air vent is provided with a return air valve (20); a compressor (21), a four-way reversing valve (22), a first heat exchanger (23), a second heat exchanger (24) and a third heat exchanger (25) are arranged in the third cabin and are connected with each other through a copper pipe (26) or a capillary pipe to form a heat exchange loop through which a refrigerant flows, wherein the first heat exchanger (23) and the second heat exchanger (24) are arranged in the third upper cabin (10), one of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger is an evaporator, and the other one is a condenser; the third heat exchanger (25) is arranged in the third lower chamber (11); an exhaust air valve (27) is arranged at the position where the outer side of the third lower cabin (11) is communicated with the second cabin; the fourth upper chamber (12) is provided with a fresh air fan (28) which leads to the indoor through the air supply outlet (5) and is provided with an air supply temperature and humidity sensor (29); the air exhaust fan (15), the fresh air valve (16), the fresh air temperature and humidity sensor (17), the air exhaust valve (27), the fresh air fan (28), the air supply temperature and humidity sensor (29), the return air valve (20), the compressor (21) and the four-way reversing valve (22) are all electrically connected with a main control circuit board in the electric cabinet (2).

The total-heat fresh air dehumidifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first heat exchanger (23) and the second heat exchanger (24) are adjacently arranged in parallel, and the compressor (21) is arranged in the third upper chamber (10) and beside the second heat exchanger (24); the four-way reversing valve (22) is arranged in the third lower cabin (11).

The total-heat fresh air dehumidifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the third chamber is provided with a water receiving tray, a drainage pump (32) and a drainage pipe (34), the drainage pump (32) is electrically connected with a main control circuit board in the electric cabinet (2), and intermittent drainage is realized during dehumidification operation.

The total-heat fresh air dehumidifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein a liquid level switch (33) is arranged on the water pan, an alarm is arranged on the box body (1), the liquid level switch (33) and the alarm are respectively and electrically connected with a main control circuit board in the electric cabinet (2), and when the dehumidifier is operated, the dehumidifier can stop when water is full and give an alarm.

The total-heat fresh air dehumidifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric cabinet (2) is arranged in a fourth lower chamber (13), the fourth lower chamber (13) is provided with a return air filter screen (30) at the return air inlet (6), and the fourth lower chamber (13) is also provided with an all-in-one sensor (35) which can simultaneously sense five physical indexes of air such as temperature, humidity, VOC, PM2.5 and CO2 from indoor return air; an exhaust temperature sensor (38) is arranged on the exhaust fan (15).
