Detailed Description
The following embodiments are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, the drawings in the embodiments omit elements that are not necessary or that can be accomplished by a general technique to clearly show the technical features of the present invention.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a fixing frame 1 is provided, the fixing frame 1 can be installed between a first object 2 and a second object 3, and then connects the first object 2 and the second object 3 together, and allows the first object 2 and the second object 3 to rotate relatively.
Please refer to fig. 1A-1C, fig. 2, and fig. 3A-3C simultaneously. The fixing frame 1 includes a base 4 and a rotating plate 5. The seat body 4 can be fixed on the first object 2, for example, a hole 41 is formed on the seat body 4, and a screw hole 21 is formed on the first object 2, so that the seat body 4 and the first object 2 can be fixed together by the screw 6 passing through the hole 41 and then being locked on the screw hole 21. However, the present embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned fixing method, and the two can be fixed by other fixing means commonly used in the art.
The base 4 includes a ring wall 42, a receiving groove 43 and a press button 44. The annular wall 42 is a wall surface having an annular appearance or an annular arrangement, and the wall surface may be continuously disposed, or a plurality of wall surfaces may be combined into an annular arrangement, which is not limited in this embodiment. The ring wall 42 divides the housing 4 into an inner space 45 and an outer space 46. The receiving groove 43 has a first sidewall 431 and a second sidewall 432, the first sidewall 431 and the second sidewall 432 are disposed opposite to each other, and the first sidewall 431 forms a portion of the ring wall 42. The first sidewall 431 has a first through hole 4311 and a second through hole 4312, and the first through hole 4311 and the second through hole 4312 can be connected to each other on the first sidewall 431 even if they are integrated into a larger through hole, which is not limited by the present invention. The second sidewall 432 has a third through hole 4321. The button 44 includes a pin 441, a pressing post 442, a positioning post 443, a stopper 444, and a spring 445. The baffle 444 has a first surface 4441 and a second surface 4442 disposed opposite to each other. The pin 441 extends outwardly from the first surface 4441 through the first through hole 4311, and the pressing post 442 extends outwardly from the first surface 4441 through the second through hole 4312, wherein a first length L1 of the pin 441 extending outwardly from the first surface 4441 is less than a second length L2 of the pressing post 442 extending outwardly from the first surface 4441. Positioning posts 443 extend outwardly from second surface 4442 and through third perforations 4321. The spring 445 is disposed on the positioning post 443 and located between the second surface 4442 and the second sidewall 432.
The turntable 5 may be fixed to a second object 3. The turntable 5 includes a circular disk 51 and a ring frame 52. The ring frame 52 is perpendicular to the disk 51 and extends from the disk 51 toward the seat 4. The ring frame 52 is disposed outside the ring wall 42, and the ring frame 52 has a plurality of fourth through holes 521.
When the pressing rod 442 is not pressed as shown in fig. 3A, the pin 441 is inserted into the fourth through hole 521, and the rotating disc 5 is fixed on the seat body 4 and cannot rotate relatively. When the pressing rod 442 is pressed to move a distance from the outer space 46 to the inner space 45 as shown in fig. 3B, the pin 441 is disengaged from the fourth hole 521, and the rotation plate 5 and the seat body 4 can rotate relatively. Finally, when the rotating disc 5 and the second object 3 are rotated to a proper angle, the user can release the pressing rod 442, and the bolt 441 is inserted into another fourth through hole 521 again, so as to maintain the rotating disc 5 and the seat body 4 in a fixed connection state, and the second object 3 and the first object 2 connecting the rotating disc 5 and the seat body 4 are also maintained in a fixed connection state and cannot rotate relatively due to the aid of the fixing member 1.
In addition, when the rotating disc 5 (connected to the second object 3) and the seat 4 (connected to the first object 2) are to be separated due to the assembling, disassembling, repairing or other requirements, the user can press the pressing rod 442 to separate the pin 441 from the fourth hole 521, and then remove the rotating disc 5 away from the seat 4 as shown in fig. 3C.
The present embodiment provides a fixing frame 1, which can connect a first object 2 and a second object 3 together and allow the first object 2 and the second object 3 to rotate relatively. Therefore, if the second object 3 is an electronic device connected with a wire or a connection port, the relative angle between the second object 3 and the first object 2 can be adjusted through the fixing frame 1, and when the second object 3 is rotated to a proper angle and fixed, the insertion and extraction of the wire or the insertion of a connection terminal or other card such as a memory card into the connection port are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1B and 3C, the base 4 further includes a blocking wall 47 disposed outside the annular wall 42 and defining an annular groove 48 with the annular wall 42, wherein the annular groove 48 is configured for the annular frame 52 to be inserted therein and can shield most of the rotating discs 5 to achieve the protection and beauty effect.
In order to prevent the seat body 4 and the rotating disc 5 from being separated during the relative rotation process, the fixing frame may be provided with a tenon 8, and the tenon 8 is fixed on the disc 51 and arranged from the disc 51 to the seat body 4. On the other hand, the seat body 4 is provided with a fifth through hole 49 in the inner space 45, and the fifth through hole 49 has a contour corresponding to the tenon 8. Therefore, when the tenon 8 passes through the fifth through hole 49 and rotates with the turntable 5 by an angle, the tenon can be clamped in the fifth through hole 49, so as to achieve the effect of preventing the seat 4 from being separated from the turntable 5.
The first object provided in this embodiment can be selected from, but not limited to, an electronic product such as a display or an all-in-one computer host (AIO PC), and the second object can be selected from, but not limited to, an electronic product such as a set-top box, a multi-function Docking Station (Docking Station), a mini-host, or a mini-computer.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, so that other equivalent changes and modifications without departing from the spirit of the present invention are also included in the inventive concept of the present invention.
