The ditching depth control unit 3 comprises a mounting frame 31, a motor frame 32, a depth control motor 33, a threaded vertical rod 34, a vertical sliding column 35 and a depth control block 36, wherein the front side of the mounting frame 31 is connected with the rear end of the connecting rod 26, the threaded vertical rod 34 is rotationally connected with the mounting frame 31, the vertical sliding column 35 is fixed in the mounting frame 31, the top end of the threaded vertical rod 34 is connected with the output shaft of the depth control motor 33, the depth control motor 33 is fixed at the top of the mounting frame 31 through the motor frame 32, a sliding hole on one side of the depth control block 36 is in sliding connection with the vertical sliding column 35, a screw hole on the other side of the depth control block 36 is in threaded connection with the threaded vertical rod 34, and a notch corresponding to the mounting vertical rod 41 is formed in the bottom of the mounting frame 31. The depth control motor 33 works to drive the threaded vertical rod 34 to rotate, and the threaded vertical rod 34 and the depth control block 36 can drive the depth control block 36 to vertically move along the vertical sliding column 35 in the mounting frame 31, so that the mounting vertical rod 41 is driven to vertically move, and the ditching depth is controlled.
The ditching unit 4 comprises a mounting vertical rod 41, a mounting seat 42, a mounting shaft 43, a central column 44, ditching plates 45, an arc-shaped bent rod 46, a fixed through groove 47, a rectangular through groove 48, a connecting column 49, a limit nut 410, a limit hole 411 and a hinge 412, wherein the bottom end of a depth control block 36 of the ditching depth control unit 3 is fixedly connected with the top of the mounting vertical rod 41, the bottom of the mounting vertical rod 41 is provided with the mounting seat 42, the mounting seat 42 is movably connected with the top of the central column 44 through the mounting shaft 43, two sides of the central column 44 are respectively and movably connected with one sides of the two ditching plates 45 through the hinge 412, the rear side of the top of the central column 44 is connected with the bottom end of the arc-shaped bent rod 46, the front side and the rear side of the middle of the mounting vertical rod 41 are provided with the fixed through groove 47, the top of the arc-shaped bent rod 46 passes through the fixed through groove 47, the side of the arc-shaped bent rod 46 is equidistantly provided with the limit hole 411, the side surface of the mounting vertical rod 41 is provided with the rectangular through groove 48 communicated with the fixed through groove 47, the connecting column 49 is inserted in the rectangular through groove 48, two ends of the connecting column 49 are respectively and are respectively connected with the limit nut 410 through threads, and the two sides of the ditching plates 45 are respectively connected through the inner sides through the plate angle control assembly 5;
the ditching plate opening angle control assembly 5 comprises a movable seat 51, a movable shaft 52, movable rods 53, a sleeve 54, angle control screws 55, a hand wheel 56 and a pulling rod 57, wherein the two ends of the sleeve 54 are respectively fixedly connected with the angle control screws 55, the thread directions of the two angle control screws 55 are opposite, screw hole control blocks are respectively connected with the two angle control screws 55 in a threaded mode, two sides of each screw hole control block are respectively and movably connected with one end of the two movable rods 53, the other end of each movable rod 53 at the right end is movably connected with one movable seat 51 through the movable shaft 52, the other end of each movable rod 53 at the left side is movably connected with the other movable seat 51 through the movable shaft 52, the two movable seats 51 are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the two ditching plates 45, the end of the angle control screws 55 are provided with the hand wheel 56, and the annular arrays on the side surfaces of the hand wheel 56 are provided with the pulling rod 57. The hand wheel 56 is conveniently twisted by pulling the rod 57, the hand wheel 56 can drive the two angle control screws 55 and the sleeve 54 to rotate, and the four movable rods 53 can move due to the threaded action of the angle control screws 55 and the screw hole control blocks, so that the transverse width of the diamond-shaped movable structure formed by the four movable rods 53 is changed, and the two ditching plates 45 are pushed and pulled to move relative to the central column 44.
The groove-side compacting unit 8 is mounted on the rear side of the mounting post 41, and the groove-side compacting unit 9 is mounted on the bottom of the groove-side compacting unit 8.
The ditch side compaction unit 8 comprises a connecting bent rod 81, a vertical movable column 82, a drop-proof nut 83, a buffer spring II 84, an arch frame 85, a compaction roller frame 86, a transverse roller shaft 87, a horizontal compaction roller 88 and a horizontal clay scraping component, wherein the rear side of the installation vertical rod 41 is connected with the top end of the connecting bent rod 81, the vertical movable column 82 is vertically and slidingly connected in a top sliding hole of the connecting bent rod 81, the top end of the vertical movable column 82 is in threaded connection with the drop-proof nut 83, the bottom end of the vertical movable column 82 is fixedly connected with the top center of the arch frame 85, column sections of the vertical movable column 82 between the arch frame 85 and the top of the connecting bent rod 81 are sleeved with the buffer spring II 84, the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the arch frame 85 are respectively provided with the compaction roller frame 86, the horizontal compaction roller 88 is rotationally connected in the compaction roller frame 86 through the transverse roller shaft 87, and the horizontal clay scraping component is installed at the top in the compaction roller frame 86.
The vertical movable column 82 is prevented from being separated from a sliding hole on the connecting bent rod 81 through the anti-falling nut 83, the arch frame 85 is pressed to move downwards through the buffer spring II 84, so that the horizontal compaction roller 88 in the compaction roller frame 86 is contacted with the raised soil blocks at two sides of the ditch, the soil blocks are compacted, the soil blocks are prevented from rolling down to the ditch again, the clay on the horizontal compaction roller 88 can be scraped through the horizontal clay scraping assembly, and the influence on the work and the compaction effect on the soil blocks are avoided.
The in-ditch compacting unit 9 comprises a middle vertical rod 91, a telescopic rod III 92, a buffer spring III 93, a hinging seat 94, side roller frames 95, a vertical roller shaft 96, side rollers 97 and a vertical clay scraping assembly, wherein the bottom end of a connecting bent rod 81 is provided with the middle vertical rod 91, the upper end and the lower end of each side of the left side and the right side of the middle vertical rod 91 are respectively connected with one end of the telescopic rod III 92, the hinging seat 94 is movably connected with the other side of the telescopic rod III 92, the buffer spring III 93 is sleeved on the telescopic rod III 92, the two hinging seats 94 on the left side are fixedly provided with one side roller frame 95, the two hinging seats 94 on the right side are fixedly provided with the other side roller frame 95, the side roller frames 97 are movably connected in each side roller frame 95 through the vertical roller shaft 96, and the rear side of each side roller frame 95 is respectively provided with the vertical clay scraping assembly.
The telescopic rods III 92 are movably connected through the two telescopic rods III 92, and the buffer spring III 93 plays a role in buffering the telescopic rods III 92, so that the side rollers 97 on the side roller frame 95 can be tightly attached to the inner sides of the ditches, soil on the inner sides of the ditches can be compacted through the side rollers 97, and collapse in the ditches is avoided.
The depth control motor 33 and the traversing motor 27 are servo motors, the input ends of the depth control motor 33 and the traversing motor 27 are electrically connected with the power output end of the power tractor through a control switch group on the power tractor, and the control switch group on the power tractor controls the depth control motor 33 and the traversing motor 27 to work by a method commonly used in the prior art.
The use method of the automatic ditching equipment for the adjustable land arrangement specifically comprises the following steps:
s1: the middle part of the front side of the transverse U-shaped frame 21 is connected to a power tractor through a connecting plate 1, and then the transverse position of the ditching depth control unit 3 is adjusted through the work of a transverse motor 27 in the transverse control unit 2;
s2: the depth control motor 33 in the ditching depth control unit 3 works to drive the threaded vertical rod 34 to rotate, so that the vertical position of the depth control block 36 is changed, the height of the ditching unit 4 is changed, and the ditching depth of the ditching unit 4 is adjusted;
s3: the top of the arc-shaped bent rod 46 is pulled, so that the angle between the central column 44 and the mounting vertical rod 41 is adjusted, the ground clearance angle of the ditching plate 45 is proper, and then the arc-shaped bent rod 46 is fixed by inserting the connecting column 49 into the rectangular through groove 48 and the corresponding limiting hole 411;
s4: twisting a hand wheel 56 in the ditching plate opening angle control assembly 5 so as to drive two angle control screws 55 to rotate, so that the transverse length of a diamond movable structure formed by four movable rods 53 is changed, and the two ditching plates 45 are pushed and pulled to move, so that the opening angles of the two ditching plates 45 are changed;
s5: the power tractor moves to drive the transverse U-shaped frame 21 to move forwards, the first telescopic rod 78 and the first buffer spring 79 push the travelling wheel 73 to contact the ground for rotation, so that the weeding claws 76 on the weeding rollers 75 are driven to remove grass from the position to be grooved;
s6: the ditching plate 45 completes ditching, the ditching is turned over to soil compaction of both sides of the ditches by the ditching side compacting unit 8, and the soil compaction unit 9 compacts the soil of the inner sides of the ditches.
The transverse range that can ditching of equipment can be enlarged through sideslip control unit 2, can be through sideslip control unit 2 with ditching unit 4 sideslip to the position of ditching in the place that some power tractor can not walk, ditching depth control unit 3 can control ditching unit 4 decline, can improve ditching depth of ditching unit 4, can control two ditching boards 45 and move for central post 44 through ditching board opening angle control assembly 5, thereby change the opening angle of two ditching boards 45, thereby control the width of ditching, avoid the different frequent change ditching colter of ditching width, also play the supporting role to two ditching boards 45 simultaneously, can improve availability factor, insert the front and back inclination of different spacing hole 411 on the arc bent rod 46 through spliced pole 49, thereby can finely tune ditching depth as required, stop nut 410 can avoid spliced pole 49 to break away from with rectangular through groove 48.
Referring to fig. 1, an adjustable automatic ditching device for land arrangement is shown in the second embodiment, which is further described in the first embodiment;
the walking weeding unit 7 comprises a first bearing 71, a long wheel shaft 72, walking wheels 73, anti-slip protrusions 74, weeding rollers 75, weeding claws 76, supporting rods 77, a first telescopic rod 78 and a first buffer spring 79, wherein the bottoms of the two ends of the transverse U-shaped frame 21 are respectively connected with the first telescopic rod 78, the bottoms of the first telescopic rods 78 are respectively connected with the tops of the two supporting rods 77, the side faces of the first telescopic rods 78 are sleeved with the first buffer spring 79, the bottoms of the two supporting rods 77 are rotatably connected with the two ends of the long wheel shaft 72 through the first bearing 71, the walking wheels 73 are respectively fixed at the two ends of the long wheel shaft 72, the anti-slip protrusions 74 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the walking wheels 73 at equal angles, the middle part of the long wheel shaft 72 is fixedly sleeved with the weeding rollers 75, and the weeding claws 76 are uniformly arranged on the outer peripheral side of the weeding rollers 75.
The first telescopic rod 78 has a trend of extending through the first buffer spring 79, so that the supporting rods 77 press the travelling wheels 73 at the two ends of the long wheel shaft 72 to the ground, the travelling wheels 73 can be stably connected with the ground in a rolling way due to the anti-slip protrusions 74, the transverse moving U-shaped frame 21 moves forwards under the dragging of the power tractor, at the moment, the travelling wheels 73 and the long wheel shaft 72 can stably rotate, the weeding claws 76 are driven to rotate through the weeding rollers 75, and the weeding claws 76 pull up grass at ditching positions.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an adjustable automatic ditching device for land arrangement is provided, which has a structure similar to that of the first embodiment and is different from that of the first embodiment;

The anti-abrasion plate 62 can be preliminarily fixed by matching the clamping columns 64 with the deep holes, the anti-abrasion plate 62 is used for being in contact with deep soil, abrasion caused by friction between the bottom of the ditching plate 45 and the soil is reduced, the anti-abrasion plate 62 can be quickly replaced after being excessively worn, the clamping balls 66 are clamped into the arc-shaped clamping grooves through the first springs 65, and the clamping columns 64 can be quickly replaced.
Referring to fig. 8, an adjustable automatic ditching device for land arrangement is further described in the first embodiment; the horizontal clay scraping component comprises an inner groove 89, a second telescopic rod 810, a horizontal scraping plate 811 and a second spring 812, wherein the inner groove 89 is formed in the top of the inner side of the compaction roller frame 86, the top ends of the second telescopic rods 810 are connected to the inner top of the inner groove 89, the bottom ends of the second telescopic rods 810 are connected to the two sides of the top of the horizontal scraping plate 811, the second spring 812 is sleeved on the second telescopic rods 810, the second spring 812 enables the second telescopic rods 810 to have an extending trend, the bottom of the horizontal scraping plate 811 is in contact with the top of the horizontal compaction roller 88, after the horizontal compaction roller 88 is in contact with soil on the two sides of the top of a ditch, the horizontal compaction roller 88 rotates, and the horizontal scraping plate 811 scrapes out the clay on the horizontal compaction roller 88.
Embodiment five referring to fig. 1-9, an adjustable automatic ditching device for land arrangement is described in the first embodiment; the vertical clay scraping component comprises end rods 98, torsion shafts 99, vertical scraping plates 910 and torsion springs 911, wherein the end rods 98 are respectively fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the rear side of the side roller frame 95, the torsion shafts 99 are fixed between the two end rods 98, the vertical scraping plates 910 are rotatably connected in the middle of the torsion shafts 99, the torsion springs 911 are respectively sleeved at the two ends of the torsion shafts 99, one ends of the torsion springs 911 are connected with the end rods 98 and the other ends of the torsion springs 911 are connected with the vertical scraping plates 910, the side edges of the vertical scraping plates 910 are tightly attached to the side rollers 97 through torsion of the torsion springs 911, and clay is scraped after the side rollers 97 perform compaction work.

a groove-side compaction unit (8) which is mounted on the rear side of the mounting vertical rod (41), and the bottom of the groove-side compaction unit (8) is mounted with a groove-side compaction unit (9); the ditch side compaction unit (8) comprises a connecting bent rod (81), a vertical movable column (82), an arch frame (85), a horizontal compaction roller (88) and a horizontal clay scraping assembly, wherein the rear side of the installation vertical rod (41) is connected with the top end of the connecting bent rod (81), the vertical movable column (82) is vertically and slidingly connected in a top sliding hole of the connecting bent rod (81), the top end of the vertical movable column (82) is in threaded connection with a anticreep nut (83), the bottom end of the vertical movable column (82) is fixedly connected with the top center of the arch frame (85), a column section of the vertical movable column (82) between the arch frame (85) and the top of the connecting bent rod (81) is sleeved with a buffer spring II (84), the bottoms of the left end and the right end of the arch frame (85) are respectively provided with a compaction roller frame (86), the horizontal compaction roller (88) is rotationally connected in the compaction roller frame (86) through a transverse roller shaft (87), and the horizontal clay scraping assembly is installed at the top in the compaction roller frame (86);

7. The method of using an adjustable automated ditching machine for land preparation according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the specific steps of:
s1: the middle part of the front side of the transverse U-shaped frame (21) is connected to a power tractor through a connecting plate (1), and then the transverse position of the ditching depth control unit (3) is adjusted through the work of a transverse motor (27) in the transverse control unit (2);
s2: the depth control motor (33) in the ditching depth control unit (3) works to drive the threaded vertical rod (34) to rotate, so that the vertical position of the depth control block (36) is changed, the height of the ditching unit (4) is changed, and the ditching depth of the ditching unit (4) is adjusted;
