Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of red clay red pottery, which belongs to the technical field of red pottery processing, and the method comprises the following steps of weathering, soaking, screening, pugging, blank making, drying, firing and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of red pottery processing, in particular to a preparation process of high-quality red pottery.
Background
Red pottery is a pottery with red appearance appearing in the age of neolithic stoneware, and the main raw material of the red pottery is clay. The firing principle is as follows: when the ceramic blank is placed into a kiln for roasting, oxidizing flame gas is adopted to convert iron in the ceramic blank into ferric iron, and the surface of the ceramic blank is red. According to the thickness of the pottery body and the sand content, the pottery body can be divided into argillaceous red pottery and sand-sandwiched red pottery; however, although the history of red pottery preparation is long, the overall performance of the existing red pottery cannot meet the requirements of tea set and practical living goods under the existing social conditions due to the problems of pottery clay screening, manufacturing process and firing process in the existing red pottery preparation, and the overall performance of the existing red pottery can only stay at the level of manufacturing a brick and tile flowerpot, so that the red pottery product is positioned at a lower end.
Disclosure of Invention
Because of the poor hardness of the existing red pottery and the strong water permeability, the red pottery is mostly used for manufacturing flowerpots, if the red pottery is used for manufacturing tea sets, the red pottery is cracked due to the poor hardness, and the water with the strong water permeability can easily permeate out of the surface of the kettle body, so that the red pottery can not be used for the tea sets and even the practical living goods, if the red pottery is coated with glaze, although the problem of water permeability can be solved, the process steps can be increased, but also the teapot can lose the air permeability and the water absorbability, so that the tea making effect is greatly reduced, and the existing tea sets mainly comprise purple sand.
The invention provides a preparation method of Dan soil red pottery, which solves the technical problem that the overall performance of the existing red pottery can not meet the requirements of making tea sets and even practical living goods under the existing social conditions; in order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a Dantu red pottery, which comprises the following steps:
a preparation method of red clay red pottery comprises the following steps:
weathering, naturally weathering the pottery clay for more than 1 year;
soaking, namely soaking the weathered argil in water for more than 100 hours to mix the argil and the water into slurry so as to achieve the effect of cleaning and filtering impurities;
screening, mixing argil and water into slurry, sieving, screening slurry with the fineness of 60-200 meshes, and naturally drying to ensure that the water content reaches the standard required by pugging;
pugging, namely, performing multiple times of pugging on the dried mud, and then placing for over 160 hours for later use so as to ensure that the dried mud is uniform and soft;
blank making, namely performing blank drawing on the slurry subjected to the pugging procedure under the condition that the environmental humidity is 50-70%, and trimming to obtain a green blank;
drying, namely naturally airing the green body for more than 160 hours in an environment with the ambient humidity of more than 50 percent, and then drying the green body;
firing, controlling the dried green body to be sequentially heated at low, medium and high temperatures according to firing heating curves, wherein the firing heating curves are as follows:
heating at low temperature (50-100 deg.C) for 60-180 min;
heating at medium temperature, namely 300-500 ℃ for 200 min;
heating at the high temperature of 1050 ℃ and 500 ℃ for 200 minutes;
and opening the kiln, namely opening the kiln after the temperature in the kiln is reduced to a proper temperature after firing is finished, so as to obtain the clinker blank which can be ground, finished and carved.
Wherein the kaolin as defined herein is red kaolin.
Further, the time for naturally weathering the puddle in the weathering step is 1 to 2 years.
Furthermore, the soaking time of the argil weathered in the soaking step in water is 100-160 hours.
Further, the ratio of pottery clay to water in the soaking step is 2: 1.
Further, naturally drying the screened slurry of 60-200 meshes in the screening process until the water content is 55-65%.
Furthermore, the frequency of pugging the mud after air drying in the pugging procedure is 3-5 times.
Furthermore, the humidity of the environment for drying the green body in the drying process is 50-70%.
Furthermore, the temperature for drying the dried green body in the drying procedure is 95-105 ℃.
Sunshine is the country of Chinese red clay, the clay produced locally is very suitable for firing red pottery, the sunshine clay is the clay produced in the Dan-Tu village of the Wulian county of sunshine, the famous red clay site is located in the China red clay site, the late-stage cultural site of the age of Xinshi utensils in the Dan-Tu site is 4800 years from today, a large amount of well-preserved red pottery is excavated from collapsed soil of a cliff through exploration, so the clay produced locally in sunshine for firing red pottery is also called red clay, and the fired red pottery is also called red clay red pottery.
Further, the argil is sunshine local red argil.
Preferably, the pottery clay is red pottery clay produced in Dantu village, the county of Wulian, sunshine.
Further, the process also comprises a post-treatment process, wherein the post-treatment process comprises the following steps;
and (3) post-treatment technology, namely grinding and finishing the fired cooked blank and then carving and decorating.
Furthermore, the process can be completed manually or by corresponding machines, such as a vibrating screen, a pug mill, a blank drawing machine and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the following technical effects;
1. the red pottery prepared by the method has high mechanical strength, good air permeability and impermeability, and the tea making effect of the red pottery prepared by the method is not primary and secondary to that of purple sand.
2. The density of the red pottery prepared by the method is about 2.3, so that the tea set made by using the method is light and heavy, and the phenomenon that the tea set looks stiff and hard because the tea set is too heavy can be avoided; the texture of the pottery is not lost and the hand feeling of the use is not influenced because the tea set is too light.
3. The manufacturing process of the tea set has no addition and mechanical pollution, all products are not glazed, the natural state is guaranteed, and the tea set is very suitable for manufacturing tea sets and even practical articles for daily use.
