Abstract
The invention provides a fixing structure of a graphite lining, which comprises the following components: a graphite lining provided with an open slot and a first through hole which is positioned below the open slot and communicated with the open slot; the side wall brick is provided with a second through hole which is divided into two sections, wherein the inner diameter of the first section is the same as that of the first through hole, and the inner diameter of the second section is larger than that of the first section; the fixing piece comprises a graphite column, a stud and a nut matched with the stud, and the end part of the stud is provided with a positioning convex part which is larger than the outer diameter of the stud; the graphite lining is arranged in the notch, the stud is arranged in the second through hole and the first through hole, the stud is sleeved with a graphite sleeve, a nut is fixed on the end part of the stud in the opening groove, the positioning convex part is limited in the second section of the second through hole, and the graphite column is arranged in the second section to support the positioning convex part. The invention has stable structure, and the graphite lining can be replaced only by taking down the nut.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a tin bath, and more particularly, to a graphite lining fixing structure and a tin bath.
Background
The graphite lining is an essential part of the tin bath and can effectively prevent the molten glass ribbon from being stained. Because the working environment of the graphite lining is high in temperature, when the operation is improper, the graphite lining is easily oxidized at high temperature, and therefore, the graphite lining needs to be replaced in time in production. At present, a common installation mode capable of replacing the graphite lining is a compression bar type, a groove with the same size as the graphite lining is formed in a side wall brick of a tin bath, the graphite lining is placed on the groove on the side wall brick, and then the compression bar is welded on a steel shell outside the brick and pressed on the graphite lining, so that the graphite lining is fixed in the groove. The method has the advantages that the contact surface of the tin liquid on the graphite lining is reduced, the buoyancy of the tin liquid is reduced, so that the graphite lining can keep a stable structure under the action of the compression bar, and the graphite lining can be replaced if necessary; the welding process has the defects that the requirement on the welding process is high, the pressing rod is easy to deform during welding, the pressing head is easy to tilt, and the pressing rod does not deform after welding, but deforms in the heating process, so that the graphite lining falls off, and the production is troublesome; in addition, when the graphite lining is replaced, the welding seam of the compression bar and the side plate is required to be cut off, and the graphite lining is required to be welded again after being in place, so that pollution in the groove is easy to cause.
Thus, there is a need for a securing structure that is easy to disassemble and replace and secures a more stable graphite liner.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention is to provide a fixing structure of a graphite lining and a tin bath, which solve the problems of unstable fixation and difficult disassembly of the graphite lining in the prior art.

a graphite lining provided with an open slot and a first through hole which is positioned below the open slot and communicated with the open slot;
the side wall brick is provided with a second through hole, the second through hole is divided into two sections, wherein the inner diameter of the first section is the same as that of the first through hole, and the inner diameter of the second section is larger than that of the first section;
the fixing piece comprises a graphite column, a stud and a nut matched with the stud, wherein the end part of the stud is provided with a positioning convex part which is larger than the outer diameter of the stud;
the graphite lining is arranged on the side wall brick, the stud is arranged in the second through hole and the first through hole, a graphite sleeve is sleeved on the stud, the nut is fixed on the end part of the stud in the opening groove, the positioning convex part is limited in the second section of the second through hole, and the graphite column is arranged in the second section to support the positioning convex part.
Preferably, a graphite cover covered above the stud and the nut is arranged in the opening groove.
Preferably, the stud is sleeved with a first washer with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the first through hole, and the first washer is located below the nut.
Preferably, a first graphite gasket with the same inner diameter as the first through hole is sleeved on the stud, and the first graphite gasket is positioned between the first gasket and the graphite sleeve.

the fixing piece comprises a graphite column 3, a stud 5 and a nut 9 matched with the stud 5, wherein the end part of the stud 5 is provided with a positioning convex part which is larger than the outer diameter of the stud;
the graphite lining 2 is arranged on the side wall brick 1, the stud 5 is arranged in the second through hole and the first through hole, the graphite sleeve 6 is sleeved on the stud, the nut 5 is fixed on the end part of the stud in the opening groove, the positioning convex part is limited in the second section of the second through hole, and the graphite column 3 is arranged in the second section to support the positioning convex part.
According to the invention, through holes are formed in both the side wall brick 1 and the graphite lining 2, the stud is penetrated in the through holes and fixed through the nuts, so that the side wall brick 1 and the graphite lining 2 are fixedly connected, the replacement can be carried out only by taking down the nuts, the graphite lining 2 is floated up by the buoyancy of tin liquid, the replacement can be carried out, in addition, the stud 5 is protected by the graphite sleeve 6, the stud 5 is prevented from being corroded by the tin liquid in a leakage way, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
In order to avoid overflow of molten tin, a graphite cover 10 is arranged in the open groove and covers the stud 5 and the nut 9. In this embodiment, after the graphite lining 2 is fixed, the graphite cover 10 is placed in the open slot, and the exposed stud 5 and the exposed nut 9 are covered, so that the stud and the nut are prevented from being corroded by molten tin sputtered to the open slot, and the stability of the structure is further improved. More preferably, the nut 9 is a butterfly nut, and the butterfly nut can be easily screwed. The graphite cover 10 covers the bolt head and the nut 9, protects the butterfly nut 9 from being polluted by dripping matters in the tin bath, and the graphite cover 10 cannot be higher than the top surface of the side wall brick 1 after being installed and is not higher than the side wall brick 1 so as not to influence the observation and operation of the edge seal of the tin bath.
In order to better protect the stud, in this embodiment, the stud 5 is sleeved with a first washer 8 with a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the first through hole, the first washer 8 is located below the nut 9, and the first washer 8 is pressed against the graphite sleeve 6 and the like below while the nut 9 is screwed down, so that better sealing performance is achieved. Furthermore, the stud 5 is sleeved with a first graphite gasket 7 with the same inner diameter as the first through hole, and the first graphite gasket 7 is positioned between the first gasket 8 and the graphite sleeve 6, so that the sealing effect is further achieved, and the stud 5 is prevented from being contacted by molten tin penetration.
In this embodiment, the stud 5, the first washer 8 and the nut 9 are made of heat-resistant steel. The stud 5 is a welded part, and is formed by welding a screw and a thick washer (the thick washer forms the positioning convex part) with the diameter at least one time larger than that of the screw, and the welding seam needs to have certain strength. The first gasket 8 used in the upper part of the stud 5 has an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the first through hole formed in the graphite lining 2, and has the function of providing a better compaction seal for the first graphite gasket 7 and the graphite sleeve 6. In this embodiment, the first through hole is a cylindrical hole.
In order to install the stud 5, in this embodiment, a concentric cylinder through hole (i.e. the second through hole) with a smaller top and a larger bottom is formed in the side wall brick 1, the radius of the cylinder hole (i.e. the second section) at the lower part is 1 to 2mm larger than the size of the positioning convex part, and the radius of the cylinder hole (i.e. the first section) at the upper part is at least 5mm smaller than the radius of the cylinder hole at the lower part, so that the positioning convex part of the stud 5 can have more stress area, and when the upper part of the stud holds the graphite lining 2, the upward buoyancy of the molten tin on the graphite lining 2 can be overcome.
In this embodiment, a graphite sealing ring (i.e., a second graphite gasket 4 in the drawing) is disposed between the graphite column 3 and the positioning protrusion. The radii of the second graphite gasket 4 and the graphite column 3 are the same as the second section radius of the second through hole, and the second through hole can be sealed while the stud 5 is supported, so that molten tin is prevented from flowing back into the second through hole when leaking to the bottom of the side wall brick 1.
The screw rod position of double-screw bolt 5 is sealed by graphite sleeve pipe 6 and first graphite packing ring 7, can prevent effectively that the tin liquid from penetrating through the gap between graphite inside lining 2 and the lateral wall brick 1, and graphite sleeve pipe 6 should be higher than the tin liquid level at the top height after the installation, can guarantee like this that the tin liquid corrodes the screw rod when changing graphite inside lining 2.
The side wall brick 1 and the graphite lining 2 should not be affected in strength such as cracking of the side wall brick 1, so the radii of the first through hole and the second through hole should not be too large, and should not be less than 40mm from the respective sides, and should avoid the conical hole on the side wall brick 1. In order to better locate the graphite lining, in this embodiment, a notch is formed in the side wall brick 1, the second through hole is communicated with the notch, and the graphite lining 2 is located and installed in the notch.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

the fixing piece comprises a graphite column, a stud and a nut matched with the stud, wherein the end part of the stud is provided with a positioning convex part which is larger than the outer diameter of the stud;
the graphite lining is arranged in the notch part; the stud is arranged in the second through hole and the first through hole, a graphite sleeve is sleeved on the stud, the nut is fixed on the end part of the stud in the opening groove, the positioning convex part is limited in the second section of the second through hole, and the graphite column is arranged in the second section to support the positioning convex part.
