水果面膜指的是将水果中的营养成份,经过萃取后,添加到由各种素材中制作成的面膜。水果面膜具有功效多样化的特点,如其含有的维生素C可以美白、祛斑,维生素A可以提高皮肤弹性和滋润度,维生素E可以抗衰老和氧化,果酸可以减少皮肤角质层的聚集,从而起到降低角质层厚度和去角质的作用,还可以增加皮肤弹性,颇受欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养成分吸收率高、且具有较好的保湿、美白功效的水果面膜及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种水果面膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
葡萄/石榴20~30份、芦荟提取物8~10份、小麦胚芽油1.5~3.5份、乳木果油1.5~2.5份、维他命B5 1~2份、天竺葵精油1~2份、鼠李多糖0.5~1.5份、海藻多糖0.5~1份、卡波姆0.05~0.2份、三乙醇胺0.05~0.5份、去离子水50~70份。

S3、将滤液脱色后,与称取的库拉索芦荟提取物、维他命E 、质量分数为4%的果酸、聚谷氨酸、透明质酸、卡波姆、三乙醇胺混合搅拌均匀,得面膜精华液;
S4、将卡波姆加至去离子水中,待完全溶解后滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后,加入称取的芦荟提取物、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、维他命B5、天竺葵精油、鼠李多糖、海藻多糖、三乙醇胺,经超高压均质机进行瞬时高压处理,调节压力为100~110 MPa,循环处理1~2次,处理流速为4~6L/h,温度为15~20℃,静置5~10min,杀菌,按规格包装,即得。

S4、将卡波姆加至去离子水中,待完全溶解后滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后,加入称取的芦荟提取物、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、维他命B5、天竺葵精油、鼠李多糖、海藻多糖、三乙醇胺,经超高压均质机进行瞬时高压处理,调节压力为100~110 MPa,循环处理1~2次,处理流速为4~6L/h,温度为15~20℃,静置5~10min,杀菌,按规格包装,即得。

将实施例3中的(青)葡萄替换成石榴,其余同实施例3。

S1、按重量份称取:(青)葡萄20份、芦荟提取物8份、小麦胚芽油1.5份、乳木果油1.5份、维他命B5 1份、天竺葵精油1份、海藻多糖0.5份、卡波姆0.05份、三乙醇胺0.05份、去离子水50份。
其余同实施例1。
对比例2
S1、按重量份称取:(青)葡萄30份、芦荟提取物10份、小麦胚芽油3.5份、乳木果油2.5份、维他命B5 2份、天竺葵精油2份、鼠李多糖1.5份、卡波姆0.2份、三乙醇胺0.5份、去离子水70份。
其余同实施例2。
对比例3
S1、按重量份称取:(青)葡萄25份、芦荟提取物9份、小麦胚芽油2.5份、乳木果油2份、维他命B5 1.5份、鼠李多糖1份、海藻多糖0.75份、卡波姆0.125份、三乙醇胺0.275份、去离子水60份;
其余同实施例3。
对比例4
S1、将称取的石榴清洗干净后,在30~40℃条件下,进行超声波破壁处理,过滤,取滤液;
S4、将卡波姆加至去离子水中,待完全溶解后滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后,加入称取的芦荟提取物、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、维他命B5、天竺葵精油、鼠李多糖、海藻多糖、三乙醇胺,混合搅拌30min,静置5~10min,杀菌,按规格包装,即得。
其余同实施例4。
试验资料:
1、有效性测定
随机选择年龄在20~45岁的身体健康的女性受试者160位,随机分为8组,每组20例,各组之间皮肤状况无明显差异,受试时间28天,以实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4所制备的面膜作为试验产品。使用前,受试者的脸部状况均包括:干燥、暗沉、粗糙、假性皱纹。每隔3天涂抹敷贴一次,每次敷20min,其它皮肤日常护理与平常无异,收集测试人员的感官评价,并在使用40天后,对使用后的效果进行评价。
评价标准:
显效:上述症状的4项有明显改善;
有效:上述症状的3项或2项有明显改善;
无效:不符合显效和有效标准;
结果:
2、透皮性测定
收集10名符合条件的受试者,皮肤角质层厚度为(18.17±2.83)μm,采用共聚焦拉曼光谱法,以红石榴多酚在角质层的渗透量和渗透深度作为检测指标,以实施例4和对比例4作为试验对象进行面膜透皮性的测定,测试前,受试者需用清水清洗前臂内侧,并暴露于恒温恒湿环境(温度为22±1℃,相对湿度为55±2%)中30min,在受试者左、右右臂分别标记5cm×5cm区域作为测试区域,分别涂抹实施例4和对比例4所得的面膜,涂抹量为5mg/cm2,在涂抹面膜前、涂抹面膜20min后,分别利用共聚焦拉曼光谱测试仪在激光波长785nm,曝光时间2s,扫描深度范围为0~50μm ,步长2μm 的条件下测试皮肤中石榴多酚的渗透量,每一个区域随机选择10个测试点重复测试。结果:实施例4的红石榴多酚渗透性显著高于对比例4,且渗透深度显著深于对比例4。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种水果面膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:葡萄/石榴20~30份、芦荟提取物8~10份、小麦胚芽油1.5~3.5份、乳木果油1.5~2.5份、维他命B5 1~2份、天竺葵精油1~2份、鼠李多糖0.5~1.5份、海藻多糖0.5~1份、卡波姆0.05~0.2份、三乙醇胺0.05~0.5份、去离子水50~70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水果面膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:葡萄/石榴20份、芦荟提取物8份、小麦胚芽油1.5份、乳木果油1.5份、维他命B5 1份、天竺葵精油1份、鼠李多糖0.5份、海藻多糖0.5份、卡波姆0.05份、三乙醇胺0.05份、去离子水50份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水果面膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:葡萄/石榴30份、芦荟提取物10份、小麦胚芽油3.5份、乳木果油2.5份、维他命B5 2份、天竺葵精油2份、鼠李多糖1.5份、海藻多糖1份、卡波姆0.2份、三乙醇胺0.5份、去离子水70份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水果面膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:葡萄/石榴25份、芦荟提取物9份、小麦胚芽油2.5份、乳木果油2份、维他命B5 1.5份、天竺葵精油1.5份、鼠李多糖1份、海藻多糖0.75份、卡波姆0.125份、三乙醇胺0.275份、去离子水60份。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述的水果面膜的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份称取各组分;
S2、将称取的葡萄/石榴清洗干净后,置于-18℃条件下,冷冻脆化3~5h后,在30~40℃条件下,进行超声波破壁处理,过滤,取滤液;
S3、将滤液脱色后,与称取的库拉索芦荟提取物、维他命E 、质量分数为4%的果酸、聚谷氨酸、透明质酸、卡波姆、三乙醇胺混合搅拌均匀,得面膜精华液;
S4、将卡波姆加至去离子水中,待完全溶解后滴加三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后,加入称取的芦荟提取物、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油、维他命B5、天竺葵精油、鼠李多糖、海藻多糖、三乙醇胺,经超高压均质机进行瞬时高压处理,调节压力为100~110 MPa,循环处理1~2次,处理流速为4~6L/h,温度为15~20℃,静置5~10min,杀菌,按规格包装,即得。
