Abstract
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, and in particular relates to a composition containing rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharide and application thereof. The invention discloses a composition containing rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharide, which comprises the following components: the white fungus polysaccharide, aloe polysaccharide, fucoidin and glutinous rehmannia oligosaccharide are selected from one or more of raffinose, stachyose, mannotriose and verbascose. The invention provides a composition containing glutinous rehmannia oligosaccharide and application thereof, wherein the glutinous rehmannia oligosaccharide has the effects of resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation and can be used for repairing problems such as pimples, acnes and the like; the tremella polysaccharide, aloe polysaccharide and fucoidin have the effects of moisturizing; cordyceps polysaccharide, Polyporus polysaccharide, and Achyranthis radix polysaccharide have skin whitening effect; chitin and fructus Lycii polysaccharide have antiaging effect; rhizoma Polygonati polysaccharide and Ganoderma polysaccharide have effects of improving skin blood microcirculation; the plant polysaccharide and the rehmannia root oligosaccharide are compounded, so that the effects of well moisturizing, repairing skin aging, easily sensitizing, acne and the like can be achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, and in particular relates to a composition containing rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharide and application thereof.
Background
The rehmannia root contains the following chemical components: mainly glycosides and also contains saccharides: raffinose, stachyose, mannotriose, and verbascose. Wherein the rehmanniae radix oligosaccharide comprises raffinose, stachyose, mannotriose, and verbascose. Polysaccharides are substances widely existing in organisms, are natural polymer polymers formed by connecting aldose or ketose through glycosidic bonds, are important biological macromolecules in organisms, and are one of basic substances for maintaining normal operation of life activities. Plant polysaccharides are glycans produced by plant cell metabolism with a degree of polymerization of more than 10. Nowadays, plant polysaccharide research is receiving increasing attention, and scientific experimental research shows that many plant polysaccharides have biological activity, and have health care effects including immune regulation, anti-tumor, blood sugar reduction, blood fat reduction, radiation resistance, antibiosis and antivirus, liver protection and the like. Due to the excellent water absorption and high moisture retention characteristics of the plant polysaccharide, the plant polysaccharide is widely applied to the industries of cosmetics, foods and the like, and in the field of pure natural skin care, the plant polysaccharide is almost an indispensable blending agent and can be matched with other medicinal skin care ingredients to better protect the skin.
In life, due to factors such as environment, seasonal changes, living habits, physical and chemical injuries and the like, the water content of the skin is reduced, and the skin is dry and in a rough state and even cracks. At the moment, the skin is easy to be affected by the image of the external environment, and a series of problems of dull skin, acne growth and the like appear.
Therefore, it is very urgent to prepare a composition that can effectively solve the above-mentioned skin problems. Based on the research, the invention provides a composition containing rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharide and application thereof, the composition is excellent in performance by compounding the rehmannia glutinosa oligosaccharide and plant polysaccharide, and meanwhile, the composition can be applied to various skin care products, can achieve good effects of moisturizing, and can solve the problem that the skin is dry and easy to damage.

Evaluation of Performance
1. Efficacy measurement of different examples for moisturizing the stratum corneum of the skin
Healthy skin should be smooth, moist, and elastic, which is largely attributable to the moisture in the skin, and these appearance signs are related to the function of the skin's own moisturizing system. The moisturizing system has the functions of maintaining a certain moisture content of the skin and resisting the damage of evaporative dryness, even embrittlement and the like to the skin caused by internal and external factors. When the water content of the skin is sufficient, the skin becomes full of water, and particularly, the water content of the stratum corneum directly influences the apparent state of the skin.
Whether the skin looks dry on the surface mainly depends on the water content of the horny layer of the epidermis, and the skin is moist, compact and elastic, and is the most ideal skin state; when the water content of the skin is too low, the skin becomes dry, rough and even cracked. Meanwhile, when the skin is in a dry and dry state, the skin is very fragile and is easily influenced by the environment, so that a series of problems of dull skin, easy sensitization, aging and the like occur.
80 volunteers were selected for the test and divided into 8 groups of 10 persons each, one group being a control group and not treated, and the remaining 7 groups, and the test was performed using the skin care products prepared using the compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 as additives, which were essence water prepared from the composition of the present application in 10% by weight and deionized water in 90% by weight. The 80 volunteers respectively wash the face with clear water and wipe clean, at the moment, the digital skin moisture detector is used for measuring the moisture content of the skin, then the skin care product is uniformly smeared on the face, then the moisture content of the skin is respectively measured after 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h and 8h, the average value of each group of measurement results is calculated, and the average value of the moisture content is obtained, which is shown in the following table.
TABLE 1 average value of skin moisture content at different times
From the above table, it can be seen that the use of the composition of the present application is effective in increasing skin moisture content, with example 1 being the most preferred example.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited by the above-mentioned embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be regarded as equivalent replacements within the protection scope of the present invention.
