s2: firstly, a rotating handle (204) is rotated by about 90 degrees, the rotating handle (204) can drive a main rotating disc (203) to rotate, the main rotating disc (203) can drive two groups of linkage rods (208) to rotate, then the two groups of linkage rods (208) can drive an auxiliary rotating disc (207) to rotate at the same angle with the main rotating disc (203), when the main rotating disc (203) and the auxiliary rotating disc (207) rotate simultaneously, a pushing rod (205) rotationally connected with the outer wall of the main rotating disc (203) and the auxiliary rotating disc (207) is driven to move towards the centers of the main rotating disc (203) and the auxiliary rotating disc (207), the pushing rod (205) can drive a sliding rod (206) to contract, and then the sliding rod (206) is pulled out from the inner wall of a limiting hole (109), so that a push-pull main board (105) is not fixed by a limiting plate (108), the operation is convenient and the fixing effect is good;
