The implementations described in the following exemplary examples are not representative of all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with some aspects of the present disclosure as detailed in the accompanying claims.
The law enforcement information input method provided by the application can be applied to terminal equipment used by police officers in the law enforcement process. The terminal device may be a wired terminal or a wireless terminal.
In which a wireless terminal may communicate with one or more network devices via a radio access network (Radio Access Network, RAN for short), which may be mobile terminals, such as mobile phones (or "cellular" phones) and computers with mobile terminals, for example, portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-built-in or vehicle-mounted mobile devices that exchange voice and/or data with the radio access network. For another example, the wireless terminal may be a personal communication service (Personal Communication Service, abbreviated PCS) phone, a cordless phone, a session initiation protocol (Session Initiation Protocol, abbreviated SIP) phone, a wireless local loop (Wireless Local Loop, abbreviated WLL) station, a personal digital assistant (Personal Digital Assistant, abbreviated PDA) or the like. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), mobile Station (Mobile Station), mobile Station (Mobile), remote Station (Remote Station), remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), access Terminal (Access Terminal), user Terminal (User Terminal), user Agent (User Agent), user equipment (User Device or User Equipment), without limitation.
The terminal device is generally used for recording law enforcement information during the process of enforcement of the police, and the law enforcement information generally needs to be marked as law enforcement record of the police, namely, the police information in the terminal device is used as police information corresponding to the law enforcement information. In the prior art, the police information in the terminal equipment is mainly input into the terminal equipment through two schemes. Firstly, logging in a terminal equipment management system through other equipment, and searching one of the terminal equipment in the terminal management system to input police information of the terminal equipment; second, police information is entered directly on the terminal device.
However, the manual input of the police information in the above scheme results in higher operation complexity, and the manual input of the police information results in higher error rate of the police information, which in turn results in higher operation complexity and error rate in law enforcement.
In order to solve the technical problem, the terminal device of the application can acquire the image of the police certificate, extract the police information from the image to be recorded in the terminal device, and can take the police information in the terminal device as the police information corresponding to the law enforcement information when the police uses the terminal device to perform law enforcement. Therefore, manual input of police information is not needed, and the operation complexity and error rate in the law enforcement process are reduced.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of steps of a law enforcement information entry method, which is schematically shown in an embodiment of the present application, including S101 to S103:
s101: an image of a police certificate is acquired.
Specifically, the terminal device may acquire an image of the police certificate through a camera device provided on the terminal device, and may also receive an image of the police certificate sent by the other devices.
S102: police information on an image of a police officer's certificate is identified.
Specifically, the police information in the image may be recognized by optical character recognition (optical character recognition, OCR), or may be recognized from the image by a pre-trained machine model.
The machine model can be trained by a large number of police certificate images, which are images shot for police certificates. The images are labeled with police information, which may be referred to as sample police information, for supervising training of the machine model so that the police information identified by the machine model from the police certificate images (hereinafter referred to as training police information) is as close as possible to the sample police information. The training is realized through multiple iterations, and before the first iteration is performed, parameters of the machine model are initialized, namely, the parameters can be set randomly or empirically. In each iteration, firstly, inputting a preset number of police certificate images into a machine model one by one to obtain training police information of each police certificate image; then, training police information and sample police information which correspond to the preset number of police certificate images respectively are input into a loss function to obtain a loss value; finally, determining whether to end training of the machine model according to the loss value, specifically, if the loss value is smaller than or equal to a preset loss value threshold value and/or the loss value does not continue to be reduced in continuous multiple iterations, ending training of the machine model; if the loss value is greater than the preset loss value and/or the loss value is continuously reduced in the continuous multiple iterations, the parameters of the machine model are adjusted to perform the next iteration on the machine model until the loss value is less than or equal to the preset loss value threshold and/or the loss value is not continuously reduced in the continuous multiple iterations.
The loss value is used for representing the difference degree between the sample police information and the training sample police information, and the larger the loss value is, the larger the difference degree is represented, and the smaller the loss value is, the smaller the difference degree is represented. The loss function may be a commonly used sum-of-square loss function, cross entropy loss function, absolute value loss function, etc., and the specific form of the loss function in the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
S103: the police officer information on the image is stored in the terminal device as current police officer information of the terminal device.
In particular, the current police information may be stored in a memory of the terminal device, which may include, but is not limited to: memory, flash memory, etc.
It will be appreciated that when the terminal device is first used, the current police information does not exist, and the police information on the image may be directly used as the current police information of the terminal device. When the terminal device is used by other police officers, the current police officer information is the police officer information of the other police officers, at the moment, the police officer information on the image can be replaced by the police officer information of the other police officers, and the police officer information on the image can also be added into the terminal device. After the police information on the image is added to the terminal device, the recording time of the police information on the image may be recorded as the current time, so that the terminal device takes the police information with the latest recording time as the current police information, or marks the police information on the image as the current police information.
S104: and when the recorded law enforcement information is received, determining the current police information stored in the terminal equipment as police information corresponding to the law enforcement information.
Specifically, the current police information and law enforcement information may be added to a preset law enforcement template to form a law enforcement record. For example, when the law enforcement information is traffic ticket information, the current police information and traffic ticket information may be added to the ticket template to form a ticket record. The current police information and the law enforcement information can be input into the law enforcement information system according to the corresponding relation.
Wherein the law enforcement information system may include at least one law enforcement information server for storing current police information and law enforcement information therein. A law enforcement information client corresponding to the server may also be included in the law enforcement information system, and the law enforcement information client may be used to access the law enforcement information server to manage or display on a screen the law enforcement information and police information in the law enforcement information server.
Alternatively, in one example of the embodiment of the present application, S101 includes A1 to A2:
a1, receiving authority information input on the terminal equipment, wherein the authority information is information of the use authority of a user on the terminal equipment.
The permission information can be information such as a digital password, a pattern and the like preset on the terminal equipment; when the user needs to use the terminal device, the user needs to input the authority information first, after the terminal device successfully verifies the input authority information, the user can use the terminal device, and after the terminal device fails to verify the input authority information, the user cannot use the terminal device.
It will be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the user is a police officer using the terminal device.
A2, under the condition that the authority information is successfully verified, acquiring an image of the police certificate.
It will be appreciated that in the event that verification of the rights information fails, no image of the police certificate is acquired.
The embodiment of the application can avoid illegal entry of police information in the terminal equipment through the authority information, further avoid illegal use of the terminal equipment and avoid uploading illegal law enforcement information into a law enforcement information system.
Alternatively, in one example of the embodiment of the present application, S103 includes B1 to B2:
b1: the police information on the image is sent to an authentication server.
The authentication server may be a public security department server, and is used for storing legal police information and certificate identification information. The certificate identification information is identification information of legal police certificates, and in the authentication server, each certificate identification information corresponds to a group of police information, wherein the group of police information comprises: police officer number, police officer name, police officer's place of business.
B2: and if the matching success message sent by the authentication server is received, the police information on the image is stored in the terminal equipment as the current police information of the terminal equipment.
It will be appreciated that after the authentication server receives the police information on the image, the police information on the image is matched with the police information in the authentication server one by one. If the police information comprises a plurality of pieces of sub information such as police numbers, police names and police units, when the plurality of pieces of sub information are successfully matched, the police information on the image is determined to be successfully matched with one of the police information in the authentication server, and a matching success message is sent to the terminal equipment. When the matching of at least one piece of sub-information fails, the matching failure of the police information on the image and one of the police information in the authentication server is determined. And when the police information on the image and any police information in the authentication server are determined to fail to match, sending a matching failure message to the terminal equipment.
The embodiment of the application can determine whether the police information in the police certificate is legal or not according to the police information in the authentication server, thereby further ensuring the validity of the current police information in the terminal equipment.
Alternatively, in an example of the embodiment of the present application, the above B1 includes: and transmitting the police information and the identification information of the police certificate on the image to an authentication server.
The identification information of the police certificate is used for uniquely identifying the police certificate, the identification information of the police certificate can be identified from an image of the police certificate, and the identification method can refer to a police information identification method. Identification information of the police certificate may also be obtained from the chip of the police certificate by near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC).
The NFC can enable two terminal devices to exchange data in a condition of being close to each other, and communication is achieved by integrating an inductive card reader, an inductive card and point-to-point communication on a single chip.
The operation mode of NFC is divided into a passive mode and an active mode. The NFC initiator device (also called master device) in passive mode requires a power supply device, which uses the energy of the power supply device to provide a radio frequency field and transmit data to the NFC target device (also called slave device). The slave device does not generate a radio frequency field, so that the slave device may not need to be powered, but may use the radio frequency field generated by the master device to convert to electrical energy to power the circuitry of the slave device, receive data transmitted by the master device, and use Load Modulation (LM) techniques to transmit the slave device data back to the master device at the same speed. Since the slave device does not generate a radio frequency field in this operation mode, but passively receives the radio frequency field generated by the master device, it is called a passive mode in which the NFC master device can detect a contactless card or an NFC target device and establish a connection with it.
In the active mode, both the initiating device and the target device must actively generate a radio frequency field when transmitting data to each other, so that they both require a power supply device to supply energy to generate the radio frequency field. This communication mode is a standard mode of peer-to-peer network communication and very fast connection rates can be obtained.
It can be appreciated that after the authentication server receives the police information on the image and the identification information of the police certificate, firstly, the identification information of the police certificate is matched with the identification information of the certificate in the authentication server; and then, if the identification information of the police certificate is successfully matched with one of the certificate identification information in the authentication server, matching the police information on the image with the police information corresponding to the certificate identification information in the authentication server, and if the matching is successful, sending a matching success message to the terminal equipment.
Of course, if the matching of the identification information of the police certificate and any certificate identification information in the authentication server fails, or if the matching of the police information on the image and the police information corresponding to the certificate identification information in the authentication server fails, a matching failure message is sent to the terminal device.
The embodiment of the application not only can ensure the legality of police information, but also can ensure the legality of police certificates.
Fig. 2 schematically shows interaction between a terminal device and an authentication server when police information and identification information of a police certificate are legal. As can be seen from fig. 2, the interaction procedure between the terminal device and the authentication server mainly comprises: firstly, a terminal device acquires an image of a police certificate, and identifies police information and identification information of the police certificate on the image; then, the terminal equipment sends the police information and the identification information of the police certificate on the image to an authentication server; then, after receiving the matching success message sent by the serious server, the terminal equipment stores the police information on the image as the current police information of the terminal equipment in the terminal equipment; and finally, when the terminal equipment receives the recorded law enforcement information, determining the current police information stored in the terminal equipment as police information corresponding to the law enforcement information.
