the commodity code is uniquely corresponding to the commodity and commodity information basic parameters, the customer code is uniquely corresponding to the customer and customer information basic parameters, and the supplier code is uniquely corresponding to the supplier and supplier information basic parameters.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining module 210 is specifically configured to:
acquiring the commodity purchase quantity and the corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity purchase list according to the commodity purchase quantity and the corresponding amount, and the commodity code, the supplier code, the commodity information basic parameter and the supplier information basic parameter;
acquiring the commodity sales quantity and the corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity sales list according to the commodity sales quantity and the corresponding amount, as well as the commodity code, the customer code, the commodity information basic parameter and the customer basic parameter;
and acquiring the inventory quantity of the commodities and corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity inventory list according to the inventory quantity of the commodities, the corresponding amount, the commodity codes and the commodity information basic parameters.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the table-based data processing apparatus 200 further includes a time module, configured to receive a first instruction, where the first instruction is generated by triggering of a time control;
and changing the corresponding time of the commodity purchase, sales and inventory report according to the first instruction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the table-based data processing apparatus 200 further comprises an updating module for, after associating the merchandise purchase-sale-inventory report with the merchandise purchase list, the merchandise sales list and the merchandise inventory list,
acquiring the change information of a commodity purchase list, a commodity sales list and a commodity inventory list;
recalculating the fourth data according to the change information;
and updating the commodity purchase, sale and inventory report according to the recalculated fourth data.

The processor 11 and the memory 12 may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 8 illustrates the connection by a bus as an example.
A processor 11 that acquires a commodity purchase list, a commodity sales list, and a commodity inventory list; extracting first data in the commodity purchasing detail table, extracting second data in the commodity selling detail table and extracting third data in the commodity inventory detail table; obtaining fourth data according to the first data, the second data and the third data, and generating a commodity purchase, sale and deposit report according to the fourth data, wherein the fourth data comprises commodity balance quantity and corresponding amount; and establishing association between the commodity purchase, sale and inventory statement and the commodity purchase statement, the commodity sale statement and the commodity inventory statement. The commodity purchase detailed list, the commodity sales detailed list and the commodity inventory detailed list are used for automatically generating the commodity purchase, sales and inventory report, so that the automatic data extraction and calculation can be realized according to the existing table, the commodity purchase, sales and inventory report can be obtained, the counting time is shortened, and the counting efficiency is improved.
The memory 12, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules of the table-based data processing method in the embodiments of the present application. The processor 11 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device, i.e., implements the table-based data processing method of the above-described method embodiment, by running the nonvolatile software program, instructions and modules stored in the memory 12.
The memory 12 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 12 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 12 optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor 11, which may be connected to the controller via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 12, which when executed by the one or more processors 11 perform the table-based data processing method in any of the method embodiments described above, e.g. performing the method steps S101 to S104 in fig. 1 described above.
It should be noted that the above products can execute the method provided by the embodiments of the present application, and have corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the method. For technical details that are not described in detail in this embodiment, reference may be made to the methods provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, which stores computer-executable instructions, which are executed by one or more processors, such as one processor 11 in fig. 8, to enable the one or more processors to perform the table-based data processing method in any of the method embodiments described above, and perform the method steps S101 to S104 in fig. 1 described above.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method based on a form is applied to electronic equipment, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a commodity purchase list, a commodity sales list and a commodity inventory list;
extracting first data in the commodity purchase detailed table, second data in the commodity sales detailed table and third data in the commodity inventory detailed table, wherein the first data comprise commodity purchase quantity and corresponding amount, the second data comprise commodity sales quantity and corresponding amount, and the third data comprise commodity inventory quantity and corresponding amount;
obtaining fourth data according to the first data, the second data and the third data, and generating a commodity purchase, sale and storage report according to the fourth data, wherein the fourth data comprises commodity balance quantity and corresponding amount;
and establishing association between the commodity purchase, sale and inventory statement and the commodity purchase detail statement, the commodity sale detail statement and the commodity inventory detail statement.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a coding rule of a commodity code and a commodity information basic parameter, and generating a commodity code corresponding to the commodity according to the coding rule of the commodity code and the commodity information basic parameter;
acquiring a coding rule of a client code and a client information basic parameter, and generating a client code corresponding to the client according to the coding rule of the client code and the client information basic parameter;
acquiring an encoding rule of a supplier code and a supplier information basic parameter, and generating a supplier code corresponding to the supplier according to the encoding rule of the supplier code and the supplier information basic parameter.
3. The method of claim 2,
the coding rule of the commodity code comprises at least one of a commodity brand, a commodity large class name, a commodity small class name and a serial number;
the encoding rule of the customer code comprises at least one of a customer name, a customer category code and a serial number;
the encoding rule of the supplier code includes at least one of a supplier name, a supplier level code, and a serial number.

The method of claim 2, wherein the item code uniquely corresponds to both the item and the item information basis parameter, the customer code uniquely corresponds to both the customer and the customer information basis parameter, and the supplier code uniquely corresponds to both the supplier and the supplier information basis parameter.
5. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4,
the acquiring of the commodity purchase list comprises the following steps:
acquiring commodity purchase quantity and corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity purchase list according to the commodity purchase quantity and the corresponding amount, the commodity code, the supplier code, the commodity information basic parameter and the supplier information basic parameter;
the acquiring of the commodity sales schedule includes:
acquiring the commodity sales quantity and the corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity sales list according to the commodity sales quantity and the corresponding amount, the commodity code, the customer code, the commodity information basic parameter and the customer basic parameter;
the acquiring of the inventory list of the goods comprises the following steps:
and acquiring the inventory quantity of the commodities and corresponding amount, and establishing a commodity inventory detail list according to the inventory quantity of the commodities, the corresponding amount, the commodity codes and the commodity information basic parameters.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the inventory purchase-sale-inventory report includes a time control, the method further comprising:
receiving a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is triggered and generated by the time control;
and changing the corresponding time of the commodity purchase, sale and inventory report according to the first instruction.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after associating the merchandise purchase-sale inventory report with the merchandise purchase inventory, the merchandise sales inventory, and the merchandise inventory, the method further comprises:
acquiring the change information of the commodity purchase list, the commodity sale list and the commodity inventory list;
recalculating the fourth data according to the change information;
and updating the commodity purchase, sale and inventory report according to the recalculated fourth data.
8. A form-based data processing apparatus for use in an electronic device, the apparatus comprising:
