Abstract
The application discloses a method and a device for creating a configuration management object, electronic equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining target asset management classifications consistent with the configuration item classification of the configuration management system from the asset management classifications of the asset management system; establishing a mapping relation between each target asset management classification and the consistent configuration item classification; screening target equipment in a state capable of acquiring information from equipment under each target asset management classification based on the corresponding relation between the equipment attribute in the asset management system and the state in the configuration management system; acquiring asset instance information corresponding to each target device from a configuration management system; establishing a configuration object instance under the classification of the configuration item corresponding to each target device by using the asset instance information corresponding to each target device; the configuration item classification corresponding to the target equipment is the configuration item classification which establishes a mapping relation with the target asset management classification to which the target equipment belongs.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of configuration management technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for creating a configuration management object, an electronic device, and a storage medium.
Background
The configuration management database, also commonly referred to as a configuration management system, is a logical database, which contains information of the full life cycle of configuration items and relationships between configuration items, and is a more common system for managing configuration items at present. The configuration item refers to an object included in the configuration management scope, such as a server, a network switch, and the like.
Currently, for a configuration management system, due to the lack of a design state baseline of hardware information, hardware information needs to be manually entered, the system knows which hardware devices are the hardware in the operation of a data center, and then a management object list is manually established to manage configuration items by taking the hardware devices as a scope.
However, the efficiency of manually creating the management object is relatively low, and because the hardware information is manually entered, whether the object managed by the configuration item is covered comprehensively can only be checked manually by service personnel, but manual checking is relatively difficult, and accuracy cannot be guaranteed, so that the coverage rate of the object managed by the configuration item cannot be effectively guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the prior art, the application provides a method and a device for creating a configuration management object, an electronic device, and a storage medium, so as to solve the problems that the prior art is low in efficiency and cannot ensure the coverage rate of the configuration management object.

Optionally, in the method for creating a configuration management object, after creating, by using asset instance information corresponding to each target device, a configuration object instance under the classification of the configuration item corresponding to each target device, the method further includes:
for each target device, acquiring relevant attributes of the target device from the target device and/or an upstream system of the target device;
and synchronizing the relevant attributes of the target equipment to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.

IT should be noted that the asset management system refers to an IT asset management system, and most of the enterprises with IT assets currently use the system to perform IT asset management. It can be seen that the configuration management system and the asset management system are two different systems. But the two have certain relation. The configuration management system focuses on managing production objects of the data center. The hardware production objects such as the server, the storage device, the network device, the security device and the like are all management objects of the configuration management system. The asset management system focuses on asset management of devices. Wherein the hardware equipment of the data center is included. Since the asset life cycle of the hardware device is relatively long and the information change frequency is low, in the embodiment of the present application, the management object is configured based on the device managed by the asset management system.
In the asset management system, for convenience of management, a plurality of asset management classifications are provided according to device types. Similarly, a plurality of configuration item classifications may be provided in the configuration management system. Since the asset management categories are more and not all categories are the management categories of the configuration management system, and the configuration management objects in the configuration management system need to be created based on the asset management system, the management categories of the asset management categories and the configuration management categories need to be searched first, namely, the categories belonging to both the asset management categories and the configuration management categories are searched. Such as network switches, rack servers, etc.
In the embodiment of the present application, the consistent asset management classification and the configuration item classification refer to the classification of associating devices of the same type.

Because the state of the equipment market in the state capable of collecting information can be determined according to the state of the equipment in the configuration management system, and the state in the configuration management system has a certain corresponding relation with the equipment attribute in the basic management system, the related attribute of the asset in the asset management system can be analyzed, and the attribute corresponding to the state capable of collecting information in the configuration management system can be determined. Then, the target device is screened out according to the attributes. For example, if the physical status of the asset of the server is "powered up," this indicates that the device is already in use and configuration collection can be performed. and the matching unit is used for matching the related attributes of the target equipment with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment. If the relevant attribute of the target device is matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device, the synchronization unit synchronizes the relevant attribute of the target device to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device.
And the generating unit is used for generating and feeding back the problem information corresponding to the configuration object instance based on the matching result if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
Optionally, in an apparatus for creating a configuration management object provided in another embodiment of the present application, a matching unit includes:
and the matching subunit is used for matching the relevant attributes of the target equipment with each keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment. And if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is matched with each keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment, determining that the relevant attribute of the target equipment is matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment. And if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with any keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment, the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
Optionally, in an apparatus for creating a configuration management object provided in another embodiment of the present application, a screening unit includes:
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the equipment attribute of the equipment is a target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the predetermined target asset management classification or not aiming at each equipment under each target asset management classification. And the target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the target asset management classification is used for representing the state of the equipment processing collectable information under the target asset management classification.
And the target equipment determining unit is used for determining the equipment as the target equipment when the equipment attribute of the equipment is a target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the predetermined target asset management classification.
Another embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, including:
a memory 501 and a processor 502.
The memory 501 is used for storing programs.
The processor 502 is configured to execute the program of the memory 501, and when the program is executed, the program is specifically configured to implement the method for creating a configuration management object according to any of the above embodiments.
A fourth aspect of the present application provides a computer storage medium for storing a computer program, which when executed, is configured to implement the method for creating a configuration management object provided in any one of the above embodiments.
Computer storage media, including permanent and non-permanent, removable and non-removable media, may implement the information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)
1. A method for creating a configuration management object, comprising:
determining each target asset management classification from each asset management classification of the asset management system; wherein the target asset management classification refers to the asset management classification consistent with a configuration item classification of a configuration management system;
establishing a mapping relation between each target asset management classification and the corresponding configuration item classification;
screening out each target device from the devices under each target asset management classification based on the corresponding relation between the device attribute in the asset management system and the state in the configuration management system; the target equipment is equipment in a state of being capable of acquiring information;
acquiring asset instance information corresponding to each target device from the configuration management system;
creating a configuration object instance under the configuration item classification corresponding to each target device by using the asset instance information corresponding to each target device; the configuration item classification corresponding to the target device refers to the configuration item classification which is established with a mapping relation with the target asset management classification to which the target device belongs.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after creating the configuration object instance under the classification of the configuration item corresponding to each of the target devices by using the asset instance information corresponding to each of the target devices, respectively, the method further comprises:
for each target device, acquiring relevant attributes of the target device from the target device and/or an upstream system of the target device;
and synchronizing the relevant attributes of the target equipment to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before synchronizing the relevant attributes of the target device into the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device, further comprising:
matching the related attribute of the target equipment with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment;
if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment, executing the synchronization of the relevant attribute of the target equipment to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment;
and if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment, generating and feeding back problem information corresponding to the configuration object instance based on a matching result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein matching the relevant attributes of the target device with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device comprises:
matching the relevant attributes of the target equipment with each keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment; if the relevant attribute of the target device is matched with each keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device, determining that the relevant attribute of the target device is matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device; and if the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with any keyword information in the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment, the relevant attribute of the target equipment is not matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the screening out each target device from the devices under each target asset management classification based on the correspondence of device attributes in the asset management system to states in the configuration management system comprises:
for each device under each target asset management classification, judging whether the device attribute of the device is a predetermined target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the target asset management classification; the target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the target asset management classification is used for representing the state of the equipment processing collectable information under the target asset management classification;
and if the equipment attribute of the equipment is a target state in the configuration management system corresponding to the predetermined target asset management classification, determining the equipment as the target equipment.
6. An apparatus for creating a configuration management object, comprising:
the system comprises a category determining unit, a classification determining unit and a classification determining unit, wherein the category determining unit is used for determining each target asset management classification from each asset management classification of an asset management system; wherein the target asset management classification refers to the asset management classification consistent with a configuration item classification of a configuration management system;
the mapping unit is used for establishing a mapping relation between each target asset management classification and the corresponding configuration item classification;
a screening unit, configured to screen out each target device from the devices under each target asset management classification based on a correspondence between a device attribute in the asset management system and a state in the configuration management system; the target equipment is equipment in a state of being capable of acquiring information;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring asset instance information corresponding to each target device from the configuration management system;
the creating unit is used for creating a configuration object instance under the configuration item classification corresponding to each target device by using the asset instance information corresponding to each target device; the configuration item classification corresponding to the target device refers to the configuration item classification which is established with a mapping relation with the target asset management classification to which the target device belongs.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
an attribute obtaining unit, configured to, for each target device, obtain a relevant attribute of the target device from the target device and/or an upstream system of the target device;
and the synchronization unit is used for synchronizing the relevant attributes of the target equipment to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a matching unit, configured to match a relevant attribute of the target device with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device; if the relevant attribute of the target device is matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device, the synchronization unit executes the synchronization of the relevant attribute of the target device to the configuration object instance corresponding to the target device;
and the generating unit is used for generating and feeding back the problem information corresponding to the configuration object instance based on the matching result if the correlation attribute of the target equipment is not matched with the asset instance information of the configuration object instance corresponding to the target equipment.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to execute the program, which when executed is specifically configured to implement the method of creating a configuration management object according to any of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed, implements the method of creating a configuration management object according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
