Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For a clear understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, a detailed description of the prior art solutions is first provided.
In the prior art, pollutants are easy to gather because of poor ventilation property indoors. In order to improve the quality of indoor air, it is necessary to filter contaminants in the indoor air to purify the indoor air.
In the prior art, an air purifier is generally adopted to filter and purify indoor air, or an air cleaning function in an air conditioner is adopted to purify the indoor air. Wherein, the air cleaning function in the air conditioner can be different according to different working principles. However, no matter the air purifier or the air conditioner is adopted to purify the indoor air, the change of the humidity of the indoor air can be caused while the air is purified, so that the influence of the humidity of the indoor air on the body of people is not considered in the process of purifying the air at present, and the air humidity does not meet the requirement of comfort of people after the indoor air is purified.
In view of the above technical problems, the inventors have creatively found that the method for purifying air can be linked to minimize the influence on the humidity of the indoor air during the indoor air purification process. Illustratively, the fresh air fan and the washing unit can be both installed in the air conditioner, and the spraying device is controlled to generate a water curtain to spray the sent air to achieve the effect of purifying the air in consideration of the fact that the washing unit can send the air into the washing unit by using the air supply device. The fresh air machine can discharge the target pollutants in the indoor air to the outside and convey the outdoor air to the inside to achieve the effect of purifying the air. And controlling the operation of the fresh air fan and/or the water washing unit according to different influences of the fresh air fan and the water washing unit on the indoor air humidity in the air purification process. Specifically, the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air can be detected by adopting a concentration sensor, and when the current concentration exceeds the standard, the current humidity of the indoor air detected by a humidity sensor selectively controls the operation of the water washing unit and/or the fresh air fan according to different degrees of the current humidity.
An application scenario of the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below. As shown in fig. 1, in an application scenario of the air conditioner control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, a user may control the start of an air conditioner through an air conditioner panel, a remote controller, or an application program on a mobile terminal. Exemplarily, in fig. 1, a user triggers air conditioner start through an application on the mobile terminal 1. The air conditioner 2 includes a water washing unit 21, a fresh air fan 22, a concentration sensor 23, a humidity sensor 24, and an air conditioning control device 25. After the air conditioning control device 25 receives the starting instruction, the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air is detected through the concentration sensor 23, the current concentration is compared with a first preset concentration threshold value, if the current concentration is determined to be larger than the first preset concentration threshold value, the current humidity of the indoor air is detected through the humidity sensor 24, and the air conditioning control device 25 controls the washing unit 21 and/or the fresh air fan 22 to operate according to the condition of the current humidity. Because the fresh air fan 22 and the water washing unit 21 are controlled to operate in consideration of different influences on the humidity of indoor air in the air purifying process when the target pollutants in the air are purified, the water washing unit 21 and/or the fresh air fan 22 are controlled to operate, and the purified air humidity also meets the requirement of comfort of people.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main execution body of the air-conditioning control method provided in this embodiment is an air-conditioning control device, the air-conditioning control device is integrated in an air conditioner, and the air conditioner further includes a water washing unit and a fresh air blower, and then the air-conditioning control method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air detected by the concentration sensor.
In this embodiment, the target pollutant may be Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), such as formaldehyde, paint, etc. Carbon dioxide (chemical formula: CO2), PM2.5, dust, batting, static electricity, etc. can also be used. Or a combination of several target contaminants.
In this embodiment, the position where the concentration sensor is disposed is not limited, and may be integrated with the air conditioner or may be disposed separately from the air conditioner. Wherein, according to the target pollutant difference, can set up corresponding concentration sensor to each target pollutant. It will be appreciated that the concentration sensor may also be a multi-functional concentration sensor capable of detecting the concentration of multiple target contaminants simultaneously.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the concentration sensor is in communication connection with the air conditioning control device, and the concentration sensor can periodically detect the concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air, and after the concentration sensor detects the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air, the current concentration is sent to the air conditioning control device, and the air conditioning control device receives the current concentration of the target pollutant.
S102, if the current concentration is larger than the corresponding first preset concentration threshold value, acquiring the current humidity of the indoor air detected by the humidity sensor.
In this embodiment, in the air conditioner control device, a first preset concentration threshold corresponding to each target pollutant is stored in advance, where the first preset concentration threshold is a concentration threshold at which the corresponding target pollutant does not exceed a standard. And after the current concentration of the target pollutant is obtained, comparing the current concentration with the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, if the current concentration is greater than the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, determining that the target pollutant exceeds the standard, and if the target pollutant is not purified, causing damage to a human body. Otherwise, if the current concentration is determined to be less than or equal to the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, the target pollutant is determined not to exceed the standard, and the human body cannot be damaged.
It is understood that the pre-stored first preset concentration threshold corresponding to each target pollutant may also be set by the user through the control panel, the remote controller or the application program of the mobile terminal. And the user sends a configuration instruction to the air conditioner control device through the control panel or the application program of the remote controller or the mobile terminal, and the configuration instruction carries the first preset concentration threshold corresponding to each target pollutant, so that the air conditioner control device stores the first preset concentration threshold corresponding to each target pollutant according to the configuration instruction.
In this embodiment, after determining that the current concentration is greater than the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, since it is determined that the target pollutant exceeds the standard and purification is required, in order to consider the influence on the humidity of the indoor air in the process of purifying the indoor air, the current humidity of the indoor air is detected by the humidity sensor.
Specifically, when the air conditioning control device acquires the current humidity of the indoor air detected by the humidity sensor, the air conditioning control device may send a humidity acquisition request to the humidity sensor, and the humidity sensor detects the current humidity of the indoor air according to the humidity acquisition request and sends the current humidity to the air conditioning control device. Or the humidity sensor can periodically detect the humidity of the indoor air and send the detected humidity to the air-conditioning control device, the air-conditioning control device stores the air humidity received each time, and the humidity closest to the current time is obtained as the current humidity.
S103, controlling the water washing unit and/or the fresh air fan to operate according to the current humidity.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the current humidity of indoor air, can compare current humidity and the suitable humidity range of human body, if current humidity is at the suitable humidity range of human body, then explain need not to change air humidity in to air purification process, and the new fan is less to indoor air humidity's influence in to air purification process, then steerable new fan operation. On the contrary, if the current humidity is not in the range of the suitable humidity of the human body, and the air is dry, it indicates that the air humidity needs to be increased in the air purification process, and the indoor air humidity can be increased in the air purification process by the washing unit, so that the operation of the washing unit can be controlled, or the washing unit and the fresh air fan can be controlled to operate simultaneously.
It can be understood that if the current humidity is not in the range of the suitable humidity of the human body and the air humidity is very high, the operation of the fresh air machine can be controlled, and meanwhile, the dehumidification treatment can be simultaneously carried out through the dehumidification unit of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that the manner of controlling the operation of the water washing unit and/or the fresh air blower according to the current humidity may also be other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment.
According to the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment, the air conditioner comprises a water washing unit and a fresh air fan, and the method comprises the steps of obtaining the current concentration of a target pollutant in indoor air detected by a concentration sensor; if the current concentration is greater than a corresponding first preset concentration threshold value, acquiring the current humidity of the indoor air detected by a humidity sensor; and controlling the water washing unit and/or the fresh air fan to operate according to the current humidity. Because when the target pollutant in the air is purified, the operation of the water washing unit and/or the fresh air machine is controlled by considering the difference of the influence of the fresh air machine and the water washing unit on the humidity of the indoor air in the air purifying process, the purified air humidity also meets the requirement of comfort of people.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an air conditioner control method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides an air conditioning control method, which further details step 103 on the basis of the air conditioning control method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, and further includes other steps, so that the air conditioning control method provided in the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air detected by the concentration sensor.
Wherein the contaminant target contaminant is any one or more of the following contaminants: VOC, CO2, PM2.5, dust, lint, static electricity.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner starts, or after the user triggers the air conditioner to perform the air purification function, the concentration sensor periodically detects the concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air, and sends the concentration of the target pollutant to the air conditioning control device. The air conditioning control device obtains the current concentration of the target pollutant.
S202, determining whether the current concentration is greater than a corresponding first preset concentration threshold, if so, performing step 203, otherwise, after a preset time period, continuing to perform step 202.
In this embodiment, the current concentration of the target pollutant is compared with the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, and if the current concentration is greater than the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, it is determined that the target pollutant exceeds the standard. If the current concentration is less than or equal to the corresponding first preset concentration threshold, the target pollutant does not exceed the standard, then the current concentration of the target pollutant is periodically obtained, and whether the current concentration is greater than the corresponding first preset concentration threshold is periodically judged. I.e. after a preset period of time, the execution continues with step 202.
And S203, acquiring the current humidity of the indoor air detected by the humidity sensor.
In this embodiment, after the air conditioner starts, or after the user triggered the air conditioner and carried out the air purification function, humidity transducer periodic detected the humidity of indoor air to send air conditioner controlling means, air conditioner controlling means acquireed the current humidity of indoor air.
And S204, if the current humidity is determined to be less than the preset humidity threshold value, controlling the water washing unit to operate.
S205, if the current humidity is determined to be larger than or equal to a preset humidity threshold value, controlling the new fan to operate.
In this embodiment, the preset humidity threshold is a value corresponding to the suitable humidity of the human body. The preset humidity threshold value can be set by a user through a control panel, a remote controller or an application program of the mobile terminal. Specifically, a user sends a configuration instruction to the air conditioner control device through a control panel or a remote controller or an application program of the mobile terminal, and the configuration instruction carries a preset humidity threshold value, so that the air conditioner control device stores the preset humidity threshold value according to the configuration instruction.
Alternatively, it is understood that the preset humidity threshold is a fixed value previously stored in a storage area of the air conditioning control apparatus.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the current humidity is compared with the preset humidity threshold, and if it is determined that the current humidity is smaller than the preset humidity threshold, it indicates that the current humidity of the indoor air is relatively low and relatively dry, and the humidity of the indoor air can be increased when the water washing unit operates, so that the operation of the water washing unit is controlled. On the contrary, if the current humidity is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset humidity threshold, the current humidity of the indoor air is relatively high, and the influence on the humidity of the indoor air when the fresh air fan operates is relatively small, so that the fresh air fan is controlled to operate.
As an optional implementation manner, in this embodiment, in step S204, controlling the operation of the water washing unit includes:
and controlling an air supply device in the water washing unit to send air into the water washing unit, and controlling a spraying device in the water washing unit to generate a water curtain to spray the sent air.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the water washing unit 21 of the air conditioner includes an air supply device 211 and a spray device 212, wherein the air supply device 211 may be a fan, and the spray device 212 is used for forming a water curtain. Optionally, the spraying device may include a rotating electrical machine and a water throwing structure fixed on the rotating electrical machine, the water throwing structure may be tubular, water is introduced into the inside of the tubular structure, the side wall of the tubular structure is provided with a water outlet hole, when the rotating electrical machine drives the water throwing structure to rotate, water in the water throwing structure is thrown out from the water outlet hole of the side wall to form a water curtain, and the water washing unit further includes a water tank 213 for storing water. Of course, other ways of spraying water to form the water curtain can be adopted in the embodiment. After the water washing unit 21 is started, the air supply device 211 is controlled to supply air into the water washing unit 21, the spraying device 212 is controlled to generate a water curtain to spray the supplied air, after the air is sprayed, target pollutants in the air enter the water to achieve the effect of purifying the air, and the sprayed air is output to the indoor.
As an optional implementation manner, in this embodiment, in S205, controlling the operation of the new fan includes:
and controlling the fresh air fan to discharge the target pollutants in the indoor air to the outdoor and convey the outdoor air to the indoor.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fresh air fan sucks in indoor air, discharges the indoor air to the outside through the duct, and introduces outdoor air to the inside of the room while discharging the indoor air to the outside of the room. Because the target pollutant in the room exceeds the standard, and the outdoor air has larger circulation, the target pollutant generally does not exist or the concentration of the target pollutant is smaller, so the effect of purifying the indoor air is achieved.
And S206, if the running time of the fresh air fan is determined to be equal to a first preset time period, acquiring the concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air detected by the concentration sensor.
And S207, if the concentration of the target pollutant is larger than a second preset concentration threshold value, controlling the water washing unit to operate.
Wherein the second preset concentration threshold is smaller than the first preset concentration threshold.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the new air blower is controlled to operate for the first preset time period, the concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air detected by the concentration sensor is obtained again. If the quality of the outdoor air is also poor, although the concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air can be diluted, the effect of purifying the air is not ideal, and the washing unit is controlled to operate in order to accelerate the purification of the air.
The value of the first preset time period may be half an hour, 1 hour or other suitable values, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 208, if the current concentration of the target pollutant in the indoor air is determined to be less than or equal to the corresponding third preset concentration threshold value, controlling the water washing unit and/or the fresh air fan to stop running.
The third preset concentration threshold is a concentration value of a target pollutant corresponding to clean air in the indoor air. The third preset concentration threshold is smaller than the first preset concentration threshold and smaller than the second preset concentration threshold.
Similarly, in this embodiment, the third preset concentration threshold may be a fixed value pre-stored in the air conditioner control device, or may be set by the user through an application program of the control panel, the remote controller, or the mobile terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
