The first plate 201 is provided with a plurality of ventilation openings, so that heat exchange is accelerated, a smoke window effect is formed, heat exchange is conducted and dissipated highly, the temperature of the lamp is reduced, the service life of the lamp is prolonged, the ventilation openings can be used as handles, and the carrying is convenient. For heavier lamps, the ventilation openings are formed, so that the weight of the lamps can be reduced, and the installation safety is improved. The designed side plate 20 is L-shaped, and the first plate 201 and the second plate 202 are of an integrated structure, so that the processing and the assembly are convenient, and the consistency and the structural strength are good. Wherein the vent 203 is trapezoidal or triangular.
As shown in fig. 12-15, the angle-adjustable light fixture further includes a power source 40 and a plurality of power brackets 50. One side of the support plate 103 is provided with a mounting plate 101, and the other side is fixed with a plurality of power supply brackets 50, and the power supply 40 is detachably fixed on the plurality of power supply brackets 50. As shown in fig. 12, a plurality of light emitting modules 100 are disposed on one side of the mounting bracket 10, a power supply 40 is fixed on the other side, and the designed position of the power supply 40 can change the gravity center of the lamp, so that the gravity center of the lamp moves to one side of the power supply 40, which is helpful for falling the gravity center on the support plate 103, and balancing of two sides of the support plate 103 is realized. The power supply 40 is arranged in a position, so that balance of the lamp is realized, the lamp is better in safety and reliability, the lamps with balanced sides are convenient to install, multiple persons are not required to operate, one person can install the lamp on the installation surface at the top of the lamp post 120, and labor cost and maintenance cost are reduced. The plurality of parallel power supply holders 50 help to secure the support strength of the power supply 40.
As shown in fig. 13, the power supply holder 50 is a T-shaped holder, and the power supply holder 50 includes a holder body 501 and a fastening plate 502, the power supply 40 being detachably fixed to the holder body 501, the fastening plate 502 being detachably fixed to the support plate 103. The support body 501 includes the second turn-ups 503 that is used for supporting the mounting panel of power 40 and mounting panel width direction both sides, sets up second turn-ups 503, better guarantee support body 501's structural strength. The power supply 40 is fixed on the support plate of the support body 501 by a screw, and when the power supply is replaced, the screw is released to quickly detach the power supply 40.
As shown in fig. 3-4, a plurality of protruding plates 106 are disposed on the first flange 104 on the side of the support plate 103 near the support body 501, a plurality of first concave portions 107 are disposed on the first flange 104 on the side of the support plate 103 far from the support body 501, and through holes are disposed on the protruding plates 106. The bracket body 501 passes through the first recess 107 and the through hole, and the fastening plate 502 is detachably fixed to the boss 106 through the first recess 107.
The plate surface of the fastening plate 502 is perpendicular to the plate surface of the support plate, the plate surface of the protruding plate 106 is parallel to and attached to the plate surface of the fastening plate 502, and the fastening plate 502 is fixed to the protruding plate 106 by screws or bolts. The parallel and conforming raised plates 106 and the fastening plate 502 provide better mounting strength. The through holes on the protruding plate 106 are square holes, and are matched with the shape of the bracket body 501, so that the bracket body 501 is prevented from loosening and shifting. The arrangement of the first concave portion 107 can reduce the size limitation of the fastening plate 502, and the fastening plate 502 can have a larger width along the direction perpendicular to the plate surface of the supporting plate 103, so that the attaching area of the fastening plate 502 and the protruding plate 106 is increased, and the fixing strength is increased. Simultaneously, the first concave part 107 and the convex plate 106 are matched to form a drawing type effect, so that the power support 50 can be conveniently and rapidly installed or dismounted. When the power supply bracket 50 needs to be installed, the bracket body 501 is aligned with the through hole, the position of the power supply bracket 50 can be installed by pushing the bracket body towards the direction of the through hole, and then the position is fixed by installing screws or bolts. When the power supply bracket 50 needs to be disassembled, the fixing of the screw or the bolt is released, and the power supply bracket 50 can be pulled out.
More preferably, the plurality of power supply brackets 50 are provided with connecting rods to assist in the synchronous installation of the plurality of power supply brackets 50, thereby improving the efficiency. Taking 2 power supply brackets 50 as an example, the fastening plates 502 on adjacent power supply brackets 50 are connected by connecting rods, and two power supply brackets 50 can be synchronously inserted or pulled by the connecting rods. The fastening plate 502 is concave, and the second concave portion 504 is provided, so that the material is saved and the cost is reduced. Nuts are welded on the plurality of mounting holes 402 on the power support 50, and when the fastening plate 502 is required to be fixed on the protruding plate 106 or the power supply 40 is required to be fixed on the support plate, only screws or bolts are required to be tightened, so that the mounting or dismounting efficiency of the lamp is improved. The support plate is a conical plate, and is narrowed continuously from one end close to the fastening plate 502 to one end far away from the fastening plate 502, so that the power support 50 is convenient to install and position. The bottom of power 40 is equipped with fixed plate 401, sets up mounting hole 402 on the fixed plate 401, and mounting hole 402 on the fixed plate 401 is greater than the mounting hole on the mounting panel to the relative mounted position of adjustment power 40 better compromise the equilibrium of installing support 10 both sides. For example, as shown in fig. 15, the mounting holes 402 in the fixing plate 401 are stripe-shaped holes.

the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a gear base and a gear cover which are meshed, wherein the sides, close to each other, of the gear base and the gear cover are respectively provided with insections, the gear base is fixed on the side plate, the gear cover is fixed on the mounting bracket, the gear base and the gear cover adjust the meshing tightness through connecting pieces, and the connecting pieces penetrate through the mounting bracket, the gear cover, the gear base and the side plate;
the gear cover is provided with a peripheral edge protruding to one side of the gear base;
the mounting bracket is a U-shaped bracket, and a circle of first flanging is arranged at the edge of the mounting bracket; the mounting bracket comprises a supporting plate, a pair of mounting plates and a pair of connecting plates, wherein the pair of mounting plates and the pair of connecting plates are distributed at two ends of the supporting plate; one end of the connecting plate is connected with the mounting plate, the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the supporting plate, and the supporting plate is fixed on the mounting surface; the plate surface of the mounting plate is vertical to the plate surface of the supporting plate, and the plate surface of the supporting plate is horizontally distributed; the plate surface of the connecting plate is parallel to the plate surface of the mounting plate, and the connecting plate is obliquely arranged between the mounting plate and the supporting plate;
the device also comprises a power supply and a plurality of power supply brackets; one side of the supporting plate is provided with the mounting plate, and the other side of the supporting plate is fixedly provided with a plurality of power supply brackets;
the power supply bracket is a T-shaped bracket and comprises a bracket body and a fastening plate, the power supply is detachably fixed on the bracket body, and the fastening plate is detachably fixed on the supporting plate;
