Abstract

本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体地说,公开了一种现浇混凝土墙体裂缝控制装置及方法。其包括多个预应力组件,任一预应力组件用于沿横向或竖向设于混凝土内,相邻预应力组件间形成间隔;预应力组件包括螺旋弹力件,螺旋弹力件截面为长方形且沿圆柱螺旋线延伸;螺旋弹力件处设调节机构,调节机构用于对螺旋弹力件的拉伸长度进行调节;螺旋弹力件的两端通过限位机构与调节机构配合,限位机构用于仅对螺旋弹力件的收缩进行限制。本发明提供了一种现浇混凝土墙体裂缝控制装置。其能够实现减少混凝土在硬化过程中墙体裂缝的产生的功能,解决了混凝土在硬化过程中易产生开裂的问题,达到了提升浇筑墙体结构物承载能力、耐久性和防水性的效果。
