The air flow path diagram of the clothes drying apparatus of the embodiment is shown by the arrow in fig. 2, in the drying process, a part of damp and hot air generated in the drum enters the circulating air duct 7 from the air inlet end of the circulating air duct 7 under the action of the fan 2, and is condensed by the condensing device 1 to form dry and cold air, and the dry and cold air is heated by the heating element 3 from the air outlet end of the circulating air duct 7 under the action of the fan 2 and then returns to the clothes drying drum 8 to dry clothes. When the drainage pump 5 is started, the other part of the damp and hot air generated in the drying cylinder 8 is discharged through the drainage pump 5 to form air convection inside and outside the cylinder.
