Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging films, in particular to a low-temperature-freezing-resistant and semi-high-temperature-cooking-resistant super-soft packaging film.
Background
The cooking film can be divided into: the semi-high temperature cooking film (121 ℃ for 30 min), the high temperature cooking film (135 ℃ for 30 min), the cooking film is compounded with PA, PET, aluminum foil and the like, and the composite packaging film is used for packaging products needing high temperature cooking and sterilization, such as meat, sauce, agricultural products, medical supplies and the like. The semi-high temperature cooking film produced by the prior art has low physical and chemical performance index, can only resist cooking at 121 ℃, and can deform seriously when the cooking temperature is higher than 121 ℃.
In addition, the existing semi-high temperature cooking film product becomes brittle at low temperature, and for the product stored in the double-layer package of the inner bag and the outer bag, the outer bag is easily punctured by the edges and corners of the inner bag when the outer bag is packaged, so that the package breakage rate is high, which is the characteristic of the cast polypropylene film and can not meet the requirements of packaging and storage under the condition of low temperature. Most of corns in the current market are planted in northeast China, and the corns need to be steamed and sterilized at high temperature and then transported and circulated in a low-temperature environment during circulation, so that the existing cast polypropylene steamed film product cannot meet the requirement of corn packaging.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a low temperature freezing resistant and semi-high temperature steaming resistant ultra-soft packaging film to solve the existing problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a low-temperature-freezing-resistant and semi-high-temperature-steaming-resistant ultra-soft packaging film, which is used for solving the problems that the common semi-high-temperature-steaming film is crisp at low temperature, high in bag breaking rate and the like, and can not meet the requirements of the corn packaging market.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a low-temperature-freezing-resistant and semi-high-temperature-cooking-resistant super-soft packaging film which comprises a heat sealing layer, a core layer positioned below the heat sealing layer and a corona layer positioned below the core layer.
The total thickness of heat-seal layer, sandwich layer and corona layer is 60-120 mu m, the heat-seal layer is 18-22% of total thickness, the sandwich layer is 58-64% of total thickness, the corona layer is 18-20% of total thickness.
The heat sealing layer is a copolymerized polypropylene layer added with a slipping agent and an anti-sticking agent; the core layer is a blending layer of polypropylene copolymer and polyolefin elastomer; the corona layer is a co-polypropylene and homo-polypropylene blending layer with the surface subjected to spark corona treatment.
The heat-sealing layer, the core layer and the corona layer are respectively plasticized and extruded by an extruder to form a melt, and the melt is made through a casting process of quenching by a casting roller after flowing out through a T-shaped die head.
The content of the slipping agent is 1600-2500 ppm, and the content of the anti-sticking agent is 1600-2500 ppm.
The polyolefin elastomer content is 30-50% of the core layer weight.
The polyolefin elastomer is an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, and the weight content of ethylene in the ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer is 10-20%.
The technical scheme of the invention at least comprises the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention has convenient preparation, changes the crystallinity of polypropylene in the film forming process by blending raw materials, improves the flexibility and low temperature resistance of the film, is not easy to break and not hard at low temperature, and achieves the aims of resisting half high temperature cooking at 125 ℃, resisting freezing storage at-25 ℃ and having low bag breaking rate.
2. The product of the invention has the properties of good transparency, high glossiness, good flatness, high toughness, impact resistance, tear resistance, puncture resistance and the like of the cast polypropylene film, and can meet the use requirements of the market.
