A car seat including the detachable unit is also provided. According to the detachable unit of the application, after the detachable member is detached, the cover can seal the accommodating cavity in which the detachable member is inserted, so that the integral attractiveness and safety can be maintained even after the detachable member is detached.

Technical Field

The present application relates to a detachable unit, and a car seat including the detachable unit.

Background

There is an increasing trend towards providing canopy mechanisms for child conveyance devices, such as strollers, child safety seats, and the like, for the purposes of sun shading, wind shielding, privacy protection, and the like. However, the canopy mechanism needs to be adjusted in the shielding range continuously during the use process so as to facilitate the guardian to observe the state of the user, or needs to be adjusted to the angle which is most comfortable or safest for the user.

For example, chinese patent document CN206394687U discloses a folding device for a baby stroller seat canopy, which uses a canopy moving mechanism to move the actuating rod up and down along the mounting member by slightly pushing and pulling the actuating rod, i.e. the actuating rod is linked to pivot forward or backward to open or close the canopy, so that a user can directly adjust the opening or closing of the canopy directly at the rear side of the seat through the canopy moving mechanism without moving to the front of the seat or bending the body.

Although the canopy folding device disclosed in the prior art can unfold or fold the canopy, the disassembly of the canopy cannot be realized. The removal of the canopy is sometimes important, particularly when the canopy mechanism is not in use for extended periods of time or needs cleaning.

For another example, chinese patent document CN103661553B discloses a foldable canopy for a child conveyance device, which canopy can be in a closed position, in which a portion or all of the rear portion of the canopy can be secured in a first recess and a portion or all of the front portion of the canopy can be secured in a second recess. To open the canopy, the user pulls or otherwise moves the canopy cover away from the upper portion of the housing.

In addition, the canopy may be removable from the child conveyance device. The canopy may be removed from the canopy cap and/or housing, for example, by applying sufficient force to remove the plastic tube from within or under one or more fittings and/or tube end capture blocks of the housing and/or canopy cap.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, when the plastic pipe is taken out of the joint or the pipe end catching block, the accommodating cavity into which the plastic pipe is originally inserted is exposed, which affects the overall aesthetic property, and easily injures the body of the user or the rider, which causes a safety hazard.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present application is to provide a detachable unit and a car seat including the detachable unit, wherein the detachable unit is used to attach a ceiling mechanism to the car seat, and the detachable unit can be detached from the car seat together with the ceiling mechanism, and after detachment, a cover of the detachable unit can block an accommodating cavity in which a detachable member is originally inserted, thereby improving overall aesthetics and safety.

To this end, according to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a detachable unit including: the detachable member is inserted into and connected with an accommodating cavity of equipment and can be detached from the accommodating cavity; a cover movably disposed in the accommodating chamber and abutting against the detachable member when the detachable member is inserted in the accommodating chamber of the apparatus, and movable to close an opening portion of the accommodating chamber when the detachable member is detached from the accommodating chamber.

Preferably, the detachable member includes a top end, a connecting end and a middle section arranged between the top end and the connecting end, the top end abuts against the sealing cover, and the connecting end is used for connecting accessories of the equipment.

Preferably, the middle section is provided with a locking portion, an unlocking portion and a resetting portion, the locking portion is used for locking the detachable member in the accommodating cavity of the device, the unlocking portion is exposed out of the accommodating cavity and used for unlocking the locking of the detachable member in the accommodating cavity, and the resetting portion is used for resetting the locking portion.

Preferably, the locking portion is in the form of a hook extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of insertion of the detachable member to lock into a correspondingly provided snap-fit structure in the receiving cavity when the detachable member is inserted in the receiving cavity; the unlocking portion is formed as an integral structure with the locking portion, and the locking portion is movable by movement of the unlocking portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to an insertion direction of the detachable member.

Preferably, the unlocking portion is in the form of a button with a corrugated surface, and the resetting portion is in the form of a resetting elastic sheet and abuts against the unlocking portion.

Preferably, the cover is contoured to match the contour of the receiving cavity of the device.

Preferably, the detachable unit further includes an elastic member disposed between the cover and the bottom of the receiving cavity opposite to the opening portion, or disposed at the bottom of the cover.

Preferably, the cover is in the form of a cover body and comprises a cover body and a side wall vertically extending from the periphery of the cover body, and a clamping piece is arranged on the side wall.

Preferably, the elastic member is disposed in a space enclosed by the side wall of the cover and abuts against between the cover body and the bottom of the accommodating cavity.

Detailed Description

The figures and example embodiments described below are not meant to limit the scope of the embodiments to a single embodiment. Embodiments thereof may be practiced by interchanging some or all of the described or illustrated elements. Further, where certain elements of the disclosed exemplary embodiments may be partially or fully implemented using known components, in some cases only those portions of such known components that are necessary for an understanding of the present embodiments are described, and detailed descriptions of other portions of such known components are omitted so as not to obscure the embodiments.

The detachable unit 10 according to the present application may be used in a variety of applications including, but not limited to, child carriers, child dinning chairs, wheelchairs, reclining chairs, etc. Further, the detachable unit 10 may attach various facilities other than the canopy mechanism 50. For the sake of brevity, the following description is made taking as an example the detachable unit applied to a car seat and the roof mechanism 50 attached.

As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic view of a car seat according to the present application, the car seat comprises a seat portion 20 and a backrest portion 30, the seat portion 20 and the backrest portion 30 are at an angle of, for example, approximately 90 degrees to each other to enclose a space for a user to sit on, but the seat portion 20 and the backrest portion 30 may be at other angles to each other. In order to improve the comfort of the user, a headrest portion 40 is further provided at an upper end of the backrest portion 30 to rest the head of the user.

In addition, there is an increasing trend toward adding a canopy mechanism 50 to a car seat for the purpose of shading the sun, keeping out the rain, blocking the wind, or for privacy security. Reference is also made in combination to fig. 2, which is a schematic illustration of a car seat according to the present application, the car seat being shown with a detachable unit 10 interposed. Specifically, a receiving cavity 32 is provided on the back surface of the backrest 30, and the receiving cavity 32 may be in the form of a blind hole, for example, having an opening portion and a bottom portion opposite to the opening portion. Preferably, two receiving chambers 32 are provided in bilateral symmetry with respect to the central longitudinal axis of the backrest 30, two detachable units 10 are respectively inserted into the two receiving chambers 32, and the two detachable units 10 are commonly attached to the canopy mechanism 50. For ease of illustration, the canopy mechanism 50 is shown with only the primary frame structure and not the canopy cover.

The detachable unit 10 includes two main parts, i.e., a detachable member 12 and a cover 14, the cover 14 is disposed in a receiving cavity 32 provided on the backrest 30, and the detachable member 12 can be inserted into the receiving cavity 32 and detached from the receiving cavity 32. Specifically, the cover 14 is always disposed in the accommodating chamber 32, the detachable member 12 abuts against the cover 14 when inserted in the accommodating chamber 32, and when the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodating chamber 32, the cover 14 moves to close the opening of the accommodating chamber 32. The detachable member 12 of the detachable unit 10 and the attached canopy mechanism 50 are schematically illustrated in fig. 3. With combined reference to fig. 4, this fig. 4 is a schematic view of a detachable member of a detachable unit according to the present application.

The detachable member 12 includes an abutting end 121, an attaching end 122, and an intermediate section 123 disposed between the abutting end 121 and the attaching end 122, the abutting end 121 abuts against the cover 14 when the detachable member 12 is inserted into the accommodating chamber 32, and the attaching end 122 can attach to a component of, for example, the canopy mechanism 50. The intermediate section 123 is provided with a latching portion 1231, an unlatching portion 1232, and a resetting portion 1233. The locking portion described above is, for example, in the form of a hook, and extends in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12. The unlocking portion 1232 described above is formed, for example, as an integral structure with the locking portion 1231, and the movement of the unlocking portion 1232 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12 may cause the locking portion 1231 to move in that direction as well. The reset portion 1233 is in the form of a spring piece in this embodiment, and the movement of the unlocking portion 1232 in the direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member 12 needs to overcome the elastic force of the reset portion 1232, so that after releasing the unlocking portion 1232, the spring piece-form reset portion 1232 will release its elastic force, pushing the latching portion 1231 to reset again, i.e., move to the initial position. The unlocking portion 132 is provided so as to be exposed outside the accommodating chamber 32, so that the unlocking portion 1232 can be easily manipulated from the outside of the accommodating chamber 32. Meanwhile, in order to avoid slipping, a corrugated structure is provided on the pressing surface of the unlocking portion 1232 to increase the friction force.

Fig. 5 shows a specific structure of the cover 14, and in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 14 is formed in an oval shape as a whole to fit the oval-shaped receiving cavity 32. Of course, other configurations may be used for the cover 14, so long as the contour of the cover 14 matches the contour of the cavity 32. Of course, the contour of the cover can be smaller than the contour of the receiving cavity 32 for ease of manufacturing and cost reduction.

The closure 14 is in the form of a cap, i.e., includes a cap body 141 and a sidewall 142 extending perpendicularly from the periphery of the cap body 141. The sidewall 142 is further provided with a locking member 143. Further, in order to smoothly move the lid 14 to close the opening portion of the housing chamber 32, an elastic member 16 is provided to provide a restoring force for the movement of the lid 14. For this reason, the elastic member 16 is disposed in the cover body cavity of the cover 14, that is, accommodated between the cover body 141 and the bottom portion opposite to the opening portion of the accommodation cavity 32. When the abutting end 121 of the detachable member 12 inserted in the accommodating cavity 32 abuts against the cover 141 of the cover 14, the elastic member 16 is compressed between the cover 141 of the cover and the bottom of the accommodating cavity 32, and once the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodating cavity 32, the compressed elastic member provides a restoring force to push the cover 14 to move so as to close the opening of the accommodating cavity 32.

The action of the removable unit 10 according to the present application will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 6, which is a schematic illustration of the removable unit 10 according to the present application, showing the mating relationship of the removable member 12 and the cover 14.

The cover 14 is always disposed in the accommodating cavity 32, and the elastic member 16 abuts between the bottom of the accommodating cavity 32 and the cover 14, and in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the elastic member 16 abuts between the bottom of the accommodating cavity 32 and the cover 141 of the cover 14. In fig. 6, a state in which the detachable member 12 is inserted in the accommodating chamber 32 is shown, at which the abutting end 121 of the detachable member 12 abuts against the cover 14. And the locking portion 1231 of the detachable member 12 is locked in the correspondingly provided snap-fit structure in the accommodating chamber 32. The canopy mechanism 50 to which the connecting end 122 of the detachable member 12 is attached is connected to the car seat in this state.

When the canopy mechanism 50 is not used for a long time or needs to be cleaned, the unlocking portion 1232 is pressed from the outside of the accommodating cavity 32 in the direction substantially perpendicular to the inserting direction of the detachable member 12, the unlocking portion 1232 moves in the direction substantially perpendicular to the inserting direction, and since the unlocking portion 1232 and the locking portion 1231 are formed as an integral structure, the locking portion 1231 also moves in the direction substantially perpendicular to the inserting direction under the driving of the unlocking portion 1232, so that the locking portion 1231 is disengaged from the corresponding engaging structure provided in the accommodating cavity 32, and at this time, the detachable member 12 and the canopy mechanism 50 attached thereto can be detached.

When it is desired to attach the canopy mechanism 50 again, the detachable member 12 is simply inserted into the accommodating chamber again in a state where the unlocking portion 1232 is pressed, the reset portion 1233 is compressed during the pressing of the unlocking portion 1232, and thus when the locking portion 1232 is released by being inserted into position, the locking portion 1231 is engaged again with the corresponding engaging structure in the accommodating chamber 32 by the restoring force of the reset portion 1233, and the detachable member 12 is locked. The canopy mechanism 50, which is attached to the attachment end 122 of the detachable member 12, is then reattached to the vehicle seat.

According to the detachable unit 10 of the present application, the cover 14 is always disposed in the accommodating cavity 32, so that when the ceiling mechanism 50 needs to be detached, even if the detachable member 12 is detached from the accommodating cavity 32, the cover 14 can move to block the opening of the accommodating cavity 32 under the elastic force of the elastic member 16, thereby improving the overall aesthetic property of the detached detachable member 12, and meanwhile, the danger that the fingers of the user are accidentally injured by the accommodating cavity can be avoided, and the safety is improved.

Claims

1. A removable unit (10) comprising:

the detachable component (12) is inserted into an accommodating cavity (32) of equipment and can be detached from the accommodating cavity (32);

a cover (14) movably disposed in the housing chamber (32) and abutting against the detachable member when the detachable member is inserted in the housing chamber (32) of the apparatus, and movable to close an opening portion of the housing chamber (32) when the detachable member is detached from the housing chamber (32).

2. A removable unit (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said removable member (12) comprises an abutting end (121), a connecting end (122) and an intermediate section (123) arranged between said abutting end (121) and said connecting end (122), said abutting end (121) abutting against said cover (14), said connecting end (122) being intended to connect accessories of said apparatus.

A detachable unit (10) according to claim 2, wherein said intermediate section (123) is provided with a locking portion (1231), an unlocking portion (1232) and a resetting portion (1233), said locking portion (1231) being intended to lock said detachable member (12) in an accommodation chamber (32) of said device, said unlocking portion (1232) being exposed outside said accommodation chamber (32) for unlocking the locking of said detachable member (12) in said accommodation chamber (32), said resetting portion (1233) being intended to reset said locking portion (1231).

A detachable unit (10) according to claim 2, wherein said locking portion (1231) is in the form of a hook extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of insertion of said detachable member (12) to lock into a correspondingly provided snap-fit structure within said receiving cavity (32) when said detachable member (12) is inserted in said receiving cavity (32); the unlocking part (1232) and the locking part (1231) are formed as an integral structure, and the locking part (1231) can be moved by the movement of the unlocking part (1232) in a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction of the detachable member (12).

5. A detachable unit (10) according to claim 4, wherein the unlocking portion (1232) is in the form of a button having a corrugated surface and the reset portion (1233) is in the form of a reset spring, abutting against the unlocking portion (1232).

6. A removable unit (10) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover (14) is profiled to match the profile of the receiving cavity (32) of the device.

7. The removable unit (10) of claim 1 wherein the removable unit (10) further comprises a resilient member (16), the resilient member (16) being disposed between the cover (14) and the bottom of the receiving cavity (32) opposite the open portion or disposed at the bottom of the cover (14).

8. The removable unit (10) of claim 7 wherein the cover (14) is in the form of a hood including a cover (141) and a sidewall (142) extending perpendicularly from the periphery of the cover (141), a catch (143) being provided on the sidewall (142).

9. A removable unit (10) as claimed in claim 8, wherein said elastic member is arranged in the space enclosed by the side walls (142) of the cover (14) and abuts between the cover (141) and the bottom of the housing cavity (32).

10. A car seat comprising a detachable unit (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising a seat portion (20), a backrest portion (30), a headrest portion (40), the backrest portion (30) being formed with a receiving cavity (32), the detachable unit (10) being inserted in the receiving cavity (32), the detachable unit (10) being connected with a canopy mechanism (50).

11. The car seat of claim 10, wherein two detachable units (10) are connected to the canopy mechanism (50), two receiving cavities (32) are formed in a back surface of the backrest (30), and the two detachable units (10) are respectively inserted into the two receiving cavities (32).
