2.2 When the filling layer and the cover layer are welded, the temperature between layers is controlled to be kept at 500-600 ℃, the digital control inversion type manual electrode arc welding and argon arc welding are adopted to be combined, a direct current welding machine is used for welding by using a Z258 electrode with the diameter of 4.0mm, the horizontal included angle of the electrode is 80-90 degrees, the strip conveying method is in a small crescent shape, continuous welding with the arc length of 12-18mm is adopted, the melting of a coating and the transition of graphite into a molten pool are facilitated, the head and the tail are completely covered, and hammering is adopted immediately after each layer is welded, so that the surface of a welding line is covered with pits, and the welding stress is eliminated; the surface of the overlay welding layer is higher than the base material, so that smooth transition with the base material is convenient for manual grinding;
2.3 After all welding of the cracking part (2.1) is finished, heating the whole welding seam by using an H01-20 heating gun to eliminate stress normalizing treatment at 500-700 ℃, adopting heat preservation cotton to cover the whole welding seam as the whole welding seam is slowly cooled to 250 ℃, cooling to room temperature, splitting a simple welding device for cracking the large-sized high-voltage motor base ear seat, detecting flaw detection to confirm that the welding seam has no any defect, precisely grinding the welding seam of the base ear seat (2) by using a manual angle grinder, and adopting a template which is manufactured firstly to match, so that the use tolerance size is recovered.

The welding method for the cracking of the lug seat of the large-sized high-voltage motor, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the welding equipment is a welding machine for combining manual arc welding and argon arc welding with digital control inversion type manual arc welding with the model HT400D or HT 500D.

The welding method for the cracking of the lug seat of the large-sized high-voltage motor, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: when the bottom layer is welded, a Z258 welding rod with the diameter of 3.2mm is adopted, the welding current is 110-140A, the arc voltage is 25+/-1V, and the welding speed is 17+/-1 cm/min; during the welding of the overlay welding layer, a Z258 welding rod with the diameter of 4.0mm is adopted, the welding current is 160-200A, the arc voltage is 28+/-1V, and the welding speed is 19+/-1 cm/min.
