Referring to fig. 5 to 10, the tire 24 according to the embodiment of the present invention is directly formed on the outer circumferential surface of the hub 23, and the tire 24 and the hub 23 are fixed into a whole by the above arrangement, on one hand, the tire 24 is not driven by the saw blade 30 to be separated from the hub 23 during the working process, i.e., the tire 24 does not slip relative to the hub 23 under the action of external force, thereby ensuring the stability of transmission; on the other hand, at least no radial gap exists between the shaft end of the tire 24 and the shaft end of the hub 23, and further no gap exists between the inner circumferential surface of the tire 24 and the outer circumferential surface of the hub 23, so that chips generated by cutting cannot enter between the tire 24 and the hub 23, and the service life of the tire 24 is prolonged; because the tire 24 is directly formed on the peripheral surface of the hub 23, the assembly time and cost are saved, the tire 24 is not in a tight state in the working process, and the service life is long.
The tire 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the hub 23 are molded on the hub 23 without a gap, that is, the tire 24 and the hub 23 have good bondability in the circumferential direction and a large contact area, and can bear a large shearing force, thereby improving the operational reliability. Meanwhile, due to the fact that no gap exists between the cutting mechanism and the wheel hub, cutting chips are prevented from entering the gap to damage the tire 24 and/or the wheel hub 23, the service life of the belt wheel is guaranteed, a user is prevented from frequently replacing the tire 24, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Further, a plurality of joints can be arranged between the hub 23 and the tire 24, so that the contact area between the tire 24 and the hub 23 is increased, and the tire 24 and the hub 23 are integrally formed and are more tightly fixed.
Alternatively, a plurality of grooves are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hub 23, and the tire 24 is not only filled in the plurality of grooves and covers the outer peripheral surface of the hub 23, i.e. the end surface of the tire 24 is flush with the end surface of the hub 23, and there is no gap to avoid entering of debris.
The outer circumferential surface of the tire 24 includes a cylindrical surface that frictionally contacts the saw blade 30 to stabilize the operation of the saw blade 30.
The tire 24 of the embodiment of the present invention is made of a material different from that of the hub 23, and the material hardness of the hub 23 is greater than that of the tire 24, for example, the hub 23 may be made of a hard plastic or a metal material, the hub 23 plays a supporting role, and the tire 24 may be made of a flexible material such as rubber.
During production, the pulley may be manufactured by an integral injection molding process, such as molding the hub 23, and then injecting the tire 24 outside the hub 23, such as molding the rubber tire 24 directly on the hub 23 by a vulcanization process.
