Abstract
The invention provides an online track drilling device and a using method thereof, wherein the online track drilling device comprises: the rail clamping part clamps two sides of the rail; the connecting sleeve is arranged at the rail clamping bottom plate of the rail clamping part; one end of the guide post is fixed on a fixing plate which is arranged at one end of the connecting sleeve, which is back to the rail clamping part; the drilling machine part is connected with the guide posts in a sliding manner; the feeding seat is arranged on one side of the drilling machine part, which is opposite to the rail clamping part; one end of the screw rod is in transmission connection with the feeding seat; when the screw rod rotates, the feeding seat moves axially on the screw rod; and the drilling machine part is pushed to move axially on the guide posts. The track clamping part clamps the track, and the screw rod is rotated to further enable the drilling machine part to move towards the track, so that the side wall of the track is drilled; avoid the condition that the aperture that punches on the track differs to take place to through having improved production efficiency.

Background
The current situation of replacement of the current driving track is as follows: when the joint of the travelling crane rail deforms and needs to be replaced, constructors need to firstly remove the rail pressing plate, cut and open holes through flame welding, and then fix the pressing plate through bolt connection.
The track for cutting holes through the fire welding has the problems that the holes are not matched with bolts or are larger or smaller due to the fact that the fire welding capacity of operators is uneven, so that secondary processing is performed, and the construction progress is influenced; in addition, the angle of the drilled hole is difficult to control, and the shape of the finished hole is difficult to grasp in the existing construction method; therefore, in order to make the hole specification consistent, a construction method for drilling on-line tracks is designed and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides an online rail drilling device and a method for using the same, which are used to solve the problem of the prior art that holes have different diameters and avoid the problem of difficult matching with bolts with the same specifications.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an apparatus for online rail drilling, comprising
A rail clamping part clamping both sides of the rail;
the connecting sleeve is arranged at the rail clamping bottom plate of the rail clamping part;
one end of each guide post is fixed on a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is arranged at one end of the connecting sleeve, which is back to the rail clamping part;
the drilling machine part is connected with the guide posts in a sliding manner;
the feeding seat is arranged on one side, opposite to the rail clamping part, of the drilling machine part;
one end of the screw rod is in transmission connection with the feeding seat; when the screw rod rotates, the feeding seat moves axially on the screw rod; and the drilling machine part is pushed to move axially on the guide posts.
Preferably, the rail clamping part comprises the rail clamping bottom plate and a right manual clamping part; the left side plate of the rail holding bottom plate is arranged on the left side of the rail, and the transverse part of the rail holding bottom plate is placed on the rail; the right manual clamping part is rotatably connected to the right side of the transverse part and clamps the right side of the track.
Preferably, the right manual clamping part comprises a rail waist fixing clamp, two clamping plates and a jacking screw rod; the middle parts of the two clamping plates are rotatably connected to the right end of the transverse part, and the transverse part is positioned between the two clamping plates; the middle part of the jacking screw rod is rotatably connected to the upper ends of the two clamping plates, and the jacking screw rod is positioned between the two clamping plates; the left end of the jacking screw rod is in threaded connection with the left side of the transverse part; the rail waist fixing clamp is arranged between the lower ends of the two clamping plates.
Preferably, the drilling machine part comprises a carrying handle, a feeding seat, a motor, a turbine worm speed reducer and a drilling machine; the lifting handle is arranged on the motor, the motor is arranged on the worm gear speed reducer, and the worm gear speed reducer is arranged on the drilling machine; the drilling machine is connected with the guide pillars in a sliding mode.
Preferably, a spoke hand wheel is arranged on one side of the screw rod, which faces away from the track clamping part.
A method of use for an in-line orbital drilling device, comprising an in-line orbital drilling device of the type described above, the method of use comprising: clamping the rail through a rail clamping part; step two, opening the drilling machine part to enable the drilling machine part to keep a working state; and thirdly, rotating the screw rod to enable the drilling machine to move partially along the axial direction of the screw rod and move towards the track, and completing drilling work.

A rail clamping part 1, the rail clamping part 1 clamping both sides of the rail 01;

one end of each of the plurality of guide posts 3 is fixed on a fixing plate 31, and the fixing plate 31 is arranged at one end of the connecting sleeve 2, which is back to the track clamping part 1;
a drilling machine part 4, wherein the drilling machine part 4 is connected with the guide posts 3 in a sliding way;
a feeding seat 5, wherein the feeding seat 5 is arranged on one side of the drilling machine part 4, which faces away from the track clamping part 1;
one end of the screw rod 6 is in transmission connection with the feeding seat 5; when the screw rod 6 rotates, the feeding seat 5 moves axially on the screw rod 6; and pushes the drill part 4 to move axially on the guide posts 3.
The principle of the invention is as follows: the rail 01 is clamped by the rail clamping part 1, and the drilling machine part 4 moves in the axial direction of the screw rod 6 by rotating the screw rod 6; so that the punching of the side wall of the rail 01 is completed after the drill part 4 is moved to the rail 01.
In this embodiment, the rail clamping portion 1 includes a rail holding bottom plate 10 and a right manual clamping portion 11; the left side plate 100 of the rail holding bottom plate 10 is arranged on the left side of the rail 01, and the transverse part 101 of the rail holding bottom plate 10 is placed on the rail 01; the right manual clamping part 11 is rotatably connected to the right side of the transverse part 101, and the purpose of clamping the right side of the track 01 is achieved in a manual mode; specifically, the left side plate 100 is vertically disposed at the left side of the track 01, and in order to reduce friction on the right side of the track 01, a cushion member may be disposed at the position of the left side plate 100 close to the track 01; further, the upper end of the left side plate 100 is integrally connected to the lateral portion 101. The rail clamping part 1 can thus rest on the rail 01 with a certain weight by the transverse part 101, the clamping of the rail 01 being completed when the right hand clamping part 11 clamps the right side of the rail 01.
In this embodiment, the right manual clamping portion 11 includes a rail web fixing clamp 111, two clamping plates 112 and a tightening screw 113; the middle parts of the two clamping plates 112 are rotatably connected to the right end of the transverse part 101, and the transverse part 101 is positioned between the two clamping plates 112; the middle part of the tightening screw 113 is rotatably connected to the upper ends of the two clamping plates 112, and the tightening screw 113 is positioned between the two clamping plates 112; the left end of the tightening screw 113 is connected to the left side of the transverse part 101 in a threaded manner; a rail waist fixing clip 111 is arranged between the lower ends of the two clamping plates 112. Thus, as shown in fig. 1, when the tightening screw 113 is screwed out of the left side of the transverse portion 101, the upper end of the clamping plate 112 moves to the left, and the lower end of the clamping plate 112 extrudes the right side of the rail 01 inward, so that the rail web fixing clip 111 is embedded in the right groove of the rail 01 to clamp the rail 01. Similarly, when the tightening screw 113 is screwed into the left side of the transverse portion 101, the upper end of the clamping plate 112 moves to the right, and the lower end of the clamping plate 112 moves outwards away from the right side of the rail 01 according to the lever principle, so that the rail web fixing clamp 111 releases the pressing of the right groove of the rail 01, and releases the clamping of the rail 01.
In order to screw the tightening screw 113, a boss is provided on the left side of the transverse portion 101, and a threaded hole matching the thread of the tightening screw 113 is provided on the right side wall of the boss.
In this embodiment, in order to complete uniform-specification drilling, a drilling machine portion 4 is provided, and the drilling machine portion 4 includes a handle 41, a motor 42, a worm gear reducer 43, and a drilling machine 44; the handle 41 is arranged on the motor 42, the motor 42 is arranged on the worm gear speed reducer 43, and the worm gear speed reducer 43 is arranged on the drilling machine 44; the drilling machine 44 is slidably connected to the guide posts 3. The drilling machine part 4 is moved by the handle 41, so that the operator can carry the drilling machine conveniently; the power of the drill 44 is supplied by the motor 42, and the speed change is realized by the worm gear reducer 43.
In this embodiment, a spoke hand wheel 61 is arranged on one side of the screw rod 6, which faces away from the track clamping part 1. The lead screw 6 can be rotated more conveniently through the spoke hand wheel 61, and hand discomfort caused by long-term direct manual rotation of the lead screw 6 is avoided.
The use method of the online track drilling device comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, arranging a rail holding bottom plate 10 on one side of a rail 01, and then finishing clamping the other side of the rail 01 through a right manual clamping part 11; specifically, when screwing the tightening screw 113 out of the left side of the transverse portion 101, the upper end of the clamping plate 112 can move leftwards, the lower end of the clamping plate 112 can extrude the right side of the rail 01 inwards, so that the rail waist fixing clamp 111 is clamped and embedded in the right groove of the rail 01, and the clamping of the rail 01 is completed.
Step two, opening the drilling machine part 4 to enable the drilling machine 44 to keep a working state, namely, the drill bit works at a rotating speed meeting the requirement;
and step three, rotating the screw rod 6 through the spoke hand wheel 61, so that the drilling machine part 4 moves along the axial direction of the screw rod 6 and moves towards the direction of the track 01, and thus drilling work is completed.
In summary, the track clamping part 1 and the drilling machine 44 are used, so that the hole specifications of the finished track 01 are consistent, secondary processing caused by processing non-conforming to the specifications is avoided, and the working efficiency and the construction quality are ensured.
Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. An apparatus for online rail drilling, comprising:
a rail clamping part clamping both sides of a rail;
the connecting sleeve is arranged at the rail clamping bottom plate of the rail clamping part;
one end of each guide post is fixed on a fixing plate, and the fixing plate is arranged at one end of the connecting sleeve, which is back to the rail clamping part;
a drill portion slidably connected to the plurality of guide posts;
the feeding seat is arranged on one side, facing away from the track clamping part, of the drilling machine part;
one end of the screw rod is in transmission connection with the feeding seat; when the screw rod rotates, the feeding seat axially moves on the screw rod; and pushing the drill part to move axially on the guide posts.
2. The on-line track drilling device of claim 1, wherein the track clamping portion comprises the rail clamping bottom plate and a right hand clamping portion; the left side plate of the rail holding bottom plate is arranged on the left side of the rail, and the transverse part of the rail holding bottom plate is placed on the rail; the right manual clamping part is rotatably connected to the right side of the transverse part and clamps the right side of the track.

The on-line track drilling device as recited in claim 2, wherein the right hand clamping portion comprises a rail web fixing clamp, two clamping plates and a tightening screw; the middle parts of the two clamping plates are rotatably connected to the right end of the transverse part, and the transverse part is positioned between the two clamping plates; the middle part of the jacking screw rod is rotatably connected to the upper ends of the two clamping plates, and the jacking screw rod is positioned between the two clamping plates; the left end of the jacking screw rod is in threaded connection with the left side of the transverse part; the rail waist fixing clamp is arranged between the lower ends of the two clamping plates.

The on-line track drilling device as recited in claim 1, wherein the drill portion comprises a carrying handle, a feeding base, a motor, a worm gear reducer, and a drill; the lifting handle is arranged on the motor, the motor is arranged on the worm gear speed reducer, and the worm gear speed reducer is arranged on the drilling machine; the drilling machine is connected with the guide posts in a sliding mode.
5. An on-line track drilling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a spoked hand wheel is provided on the side of the screw facing away from the track clamping portion.
6. A method of use for an in-line orbital drilling device, comprising the method of claims 1 to 5, the method of use comprising:
clamping the rail through a rail clamping part;
step two, opening the drilling machine part to enable the drilling machine part to keep a working state;
and step three, the screw rod is rotated, so that the part of the drilling machine moves towards the track, and the drilling work is completed.
