the compartmentalized cooling assembly includes a first chamber (21), a plug body (20), a one-way valve (18), a fifth spring (32), and a circuit (31), wherein:
the first cavity (21) is positioned at the lower end of the reinforcing piece (12), the first cavity (21) is fixed with the fifth spring (32), the lower end of the fifth spring (32) is fixed with the plug body (20), the upper end of the plug body (20) is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the first cavity (21), the lower end of the plug body (20) is spherical, and the spherical shape is matched with the liquid outlet hole (14);
A one-way valve (18) is arranged in a connecting pipeline of the accommodating chamber (11) and the container (6);
the circuit (31) is intended to connect the container (6) and the first pump body (15).
2. The pressing apparatus for a metal bookmark production line, according to claim 1, comprising a marking part (17), wherein:
mark portion (17) are located the lower extreme of stamping workpiece (10), mark portion (17) divide into the multilayer and be extending structure, every layer the lower extreme outside of mark portion (17) all is equipped with mark pigment.
3. The pressing device for a metal bookmark production line, according to claim 2, comprising an air-cooled recycling assembly, the air-cooled recycling assembly comprising a cavity (33), a second pump body (16), a first through hole (22), and a second through hole (23), wherein:
the cavity (33) is positioned inside the plug body (20), the first through hole (22) is positioned on the outer side of the lower end of the stamping part (10) and penetrates through the liquid outlet hole (14), the second through hole (23) is positioned on the outer side of the plug body (20) and penetrates through the cavity (33), and two positions of the second through hole (23) are provided;
One part of the second through hole (23) is positioned at the bottom of the plug body (20), the other part of the second through hole (23) is in pipeline connection with a second pump body (16) through the first through hole (22), and the second pump body (16) is in pipeline connection with the container (6).
4. The pressing device for the metal bookmark production line recited in claim 3, characterized in that it comprises a sealing member (29), the sealing member (29) is clamped at the upper end of the liquid outlet hole (14), the sealing member (29) is attached to the plug body (20).
5. The pressing device for metal bookmark production line, according to claim 4, comprising a hydraulic transmission assembly comprising a housing (24), a second chamber (27), a third spring (25), a switch (26), a fourth spring (34), wherein:
the shell (24) is positioned at the bottom of the supporting part (1), the second chamber (27) is fixedly arranged in the shell (24), the fourth spring (34) is fixed with the inner wall of the second chamber (27), the other end of the fourth spring (34) is fixed with the switch (26), and two ends of the third spring (25) are respectively fixed with the inner wall of the shell (24) and the switch (26);
The switch (26) is connected in series with the second pump body (16);
the first cavity (21) and the second cavity (27) are connected through pipelines and are both provided with hydraulic oil.
6. The pressing device for metal bookmark production line, according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises an oil hole (35), the oil hole (35) is provided at the inner upper end of the reinforcement (12) and is communicated with the inside of the first cavity (21), and a cover is provided at the upper end of the oil hole (35).
7. The pressing device for a metal bookmark production line, according to claim 6, characterized by comprising a mounting hole (36), wherein the mounting hole (36) is provided at the inner upper end of the reinforcement (12) and is communicated with the first chamber (21).
8. The pressing device for metal bookmark production line of claim 7, wherein the spherical diameter of the lower end of the plug body (20) is equal to the diameter of the liquid outlet hole (14).
