Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a decoration toy according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a decorative toy 1 according to the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the ornamental toy 1 has a flat plate-shaped hollow structure having a predetermined thickness, and the 3 rd side wall portion 32 constituting the outer peripheral wall surface is configured to have a contour shape of a predetermined character when viewed from the front side or the rear side. Two 2 nd side wall portions 23 (23 b, 23 c) are provided inside, and a plurality of storage spaces S (S1, S2, S3) are provided. The sheet-like members 40 (40 a, 40b, 40 c) and a storage moving article 60 (see fig. 5) described later (the storage moving article 60 is not shown in fig. 1 to 4) are stored in the storage spaces S (S1, S2, S3).
In addition, an avatar such as a unicorn (refer to fig. 6) can be simulated as the avatar of the present embodiment. Further, an attachment portion 18 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the outline of the unicorn, and the attachment portion is capable of attaching, for example, a hanging rope 6 (see fig. 5) attached to a key ring or the like, so that the toy 1 can be attached to another article.
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the ornamental toy 1 shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the storage space S of the toy figure 1 is constituted by a combination of the base member 20 and the cover member 30 attached to the base member 20. More specifically, the base member 20 includes a 1 st flat portion 21 formed of a flat surface and a 1 st side wall portion 22 extending so as to surround the entire periphery of the 1 st flat portion 21, and two 2 nd side wall portions 23 (23 b, 23 c) are provided inside the 1 st side wall portion 22. The 1 st flat portion 21 is divided into 3 flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c by the 2 nd side wall portions 23 (23 b, 23 c). Therefore, the storage space S is divided into 3 spaces, that is, a storage space S1, a storage space S2, and a storage space S3.
Further, an outer edge flange portion 26 is provided on the outer side of the 1 st side wall portion 22, and the outer edge flange portion 26 protrudes from a position on the extension surface of the 1 st flat portion 21 to the outer side of the 1 st side wall portion 22 in a direction perpendicular to the 1 st side wall portion 22. When the cover member 30 is attached, the outer edge flange portion 26 faces the front end surface 32t of the 3 rd side wall portion 32 of the cover member 30 (see fig. 4). A plurality of (3 in the present embodiment) cutout portions 27 are provided in the outer edge flange portion 26 so as to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval in the outer circumferential direction. By forming the cutout 27, a locking portion 35 of the cover member 30, which will be described later, can be locked to the locked portion 25. The 1 st mounting portion group 28 having a through hole formed therein is provided in the outer flange 26 so that the outer flange 26 extends out to a greater extent. The 1 st mounting portion group portion 28 constitutes a part of the mounting portion 18.
Further, the 1 st flat portion 21 is provided with a sheet member 40 corresponding to the shape thereof. In the present embodiment, 3 sheet members 40a, 40b, 40c corresponding to the shape of the flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c are arranged. As the pattern of the 3 sheet members 40a, 40b, 40c, for example, a single-angle character pattern is formed by the sheet member 40a showing the face of a single-angle character, the sheet member 40b showing the bristle part, and the sheet member 40c showing the corner part as a whole (see fig. 6).
The cover member 30 has a 2 nd flat portion 31 opposed to the 1 st flat portion 21 and a 3 rd side wall portion 32 extending so as to surround the entire periphery of the 2 nd flat portion 31. Therefore, when the cover member 30 is attached to the base member 20, the 3 rd side wall portion 32 is attached to the outside of the 1 st side wall portion 22, so that the distal end surface 32t of the 3 rd side wall portion 32 overlaps the outer edge flange portion 26. Further, a plurality of locking portions 35 extending further than the 3 rd side wall portion 32 are provided on the front end surface 32t of the 3 rd side wall portion 32. Further, a 2 nd mounting portion group portion 38 is provided outside the 3 rd side wall portion 32, and overlaps with the 1 st mounting portion group portion 28 of the outer edge flange portion 26 to constitute the mounting portion 18.
Further, the cover member 30 is provided with a holding portion 50 as a protruding portion from the 2 nd flat portion 31 side toward the 1 st flat portion 21 in the attached state. The holding portion 50 includes a 1 st holding portion 51 (see fig. 3) adjacent to the 1 st side wall portion 22 and protruding in the extending direction of the 1 st side wall portion 22, and a 2 nd holding portion 52 (see fig. 3) adjacent to the 2 nd side wall portion 23 and protruding in the same direction in the mounted state. The cover member 30 is formed by integrally molding the 2 nd flat portion 31, the 3 rd side wall portion 32, and the holding portion 50 by injection molding. The molding resin is not particularly limited, but is composed of a light-transmitting synthetic resin that can be seen through the storage space S.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a portion along line A-A of the toy figure 1.
As shown in fig. 3, in the attached state of the base member 20 and the cover member 30, the holding portion 50 is arranged in plurality with respect to each of the flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c. For example, 3 holding portions 50 are arranged in the large flat portions 21a and 21b, respectively, and two holding portions 50 are arranged in the small flat portion 21c.
The inner surface of the 3 rd side wall portion 32 is fitted to the outer surface of the 1 st side wall portion 22 so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the 1 st side wall portion 22 over the entire circumference of the outer surface of the 1 st side wall portion 22. The 1 st holding portion 51 is in contact with the inner surface side of the 1 st side wall portion 22. As described above, the 1 st side wall portion 22 is located at a position sandwiched between the 1 st holding portion 51 and the 3 rd side wall portion 32, and the 1 st side wall portion 22 can be sandwiched by the cover member 30 as needed. Therefore, in a state where the cover member is attached to the base member 20, the cover member 30 is held by the fitting of the cover member 30 to the 1 st side wall portion 22 and the holding by the 1 st holding portion 51 and the 3 rd side wall portion 32, so that the cover member can be held without rattling.
As shown in fig. 3, the holding portion 50 is disposed at a position not offset on the peripheral edge of each of the flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c. The holding portions 50 are arranged at appropriate intervals in this way, and thus even when the sheet members 40a, 40b, and 40c are made of a relatively soft material, they can be stably held without rising from the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c.
The holding portion 50 has light transmittance similar to other portions, and particularly when the cover member 30 is formed of a colored member, the presence thereof is easily recognized from the external appearance, and therefore, the arrangement thereof has been devised. For example, the 2 nd holding portion 52 disposed close to the 2 nd side wall portion 23b is disposed only on the flat portion 21b side. This is because, if the 2 nd holding portions 52 are disposed on both sides of the 2 nd side wall portion 23b, the 2 nd side wall portion 23b dividing the pattern shape of the character is not visually preferable, and it is preferable to avoid this as much as possible. However, the 2 nd holding portions 52 disposed close to the 2 nd side wall portions 23c are inevitably disposed on both sides of the 2 nd side wall portions 23 c. In this case, it is considered that the divided portion (the 2 nd side wall portion 23 c) is not seen thick by pulling the distance between the 2 nd holding portions 52.
Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a portion of the toy figure 1 along line B-B shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4, when the cover member 30 is attached to the base member 20, the 3 rd side wall portion 32 is fitted to the outside of the 1 st side wall portion 22 so as to cover the outside of the 1 st side wall portion 22, and the tip hook portion 35t of the locking portion 35 is locked so as to be hooked on the locked portion 25. When the cover member 30 is covered, the front end hook 35t of the locking portion 35 abuts against the outer surface of the 1 st side wall 22, is pushed in while being elastically deformed so as to be slightly opened outward, and finally is engaged so as to enter the engaged portion 25 recessed in the step-concave shape. Thus, the attached state of the base member 20 and the cover member 30 is reliably locked.
The outer peripheral edges of the sheet members 40 (40 a, 40 b) disposed in the storage spaces S (S1, S2) are held in contact with the 1 st flat portions 21 (21 a, 21 b) by the tip ends 50t of the plurality of holding portions 50 (51, 52). The sheet member 40 using the holding portion 50 may be held in such a manner that the tip portion 50t of the holding portion 50 is in contact with the sheet member 40, or a slight gap may be formed between the tip portion 50t and the sheet member 40, as long as the position of the sheet member 40 can be restricted to the 1 st flat portion 21 side.
Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing an example of the ornamental toy set 10.
As shown in fig. 5, the ornamental toy kit 10 is configured to: the 1 st side wall portion 22 of the base member 20 and the 3 rd side wall portion 32 of the cover member 30 represent the outline of a unicorn animal as a character, and the 2 nd side wall portions 23b and 23c represent a part of each portion. As described above, for example, the largest flat portion 21a (left side) represents the head, the middle-sized flat portion 21b (right side) represents the bristle portion, and the smallest flat portion 21c (upper side) represents the corner portion of the plurality of flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c divided by the 2 nd side wall portions 23b, 23c of the base member 20.
The outline shape of the sheet members 40a, 40b, 40c accommodated in the accommodation spaces S1, S2, S3 corresponds to the shape of the flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c, and can be easily set only by being dropped into the flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c. Further, the sheet members 40a, 40b, and 40c are respectively drawn with patterns and colors 41 that can determine the heads and corners of the unicorn and the bristle parts.
In addition, in the ornamental toy set 10, the storage moving article 60 placed in the storage spaces S1, S2, S3 is prepared. The type and shape of the storage mobile article 60 are not particularly limited. For example, a plurality of colorful articles such as stickers 60c and 60d, which are made of resin or metal and have various shapes such as a star shape and a flower shape, and in which characters and patterns can be peeled off from the sticker 4 and the backing paper 5 or cut off, are prepared by housing the shape 60a and the ball 60b in the predetermined container 3. In addition, a hoist rope 6 in a ball chain shape, for example, is prepared to be attached to the attachment portion 18.
Fig. 6 is a front view showing a state in which the ornamental toy set shown in fig. 5 is assembled.
As shown in fig. 6, the assembled toy decoration 1 of the toy decoration kit 10 is assembled by putting in the storage spaces S1, S2, S3, in addition to the sheet-like members 40a, 40b, 40c, according to the preference of the user, and thereby becomes a toy decoration 1 having a personal character of personal preference. Further, since a plurality of storage spaces S exist, the storage moving articles 60 are separated by space, and are not mixed, and various expressions are maintained. In the cover member 30, the outer peripheral edge 32u on the front side of the 3 rd side wall 32 may be colored to form a side decorative part of a unicorn animal over the entire circumference, for example.
In the present embodiment, when the base member 20 is made of a resin having light transmittance, similar to the cover member 30, it can be seen from the base member 20 side. In this case, the front and back surfaces of the sheet members 40a, 40b, and 40c are each painted with a pattern simulating a unicorn animal, and the color and pattern thereof are different from those of the sheet member 30, so that the sheet members can enjoy the variation. The color of the light-transmitting resin of the base member 20 may be different from that of the cover member 30.
When the storage moving object 60 moves in the storage space S, particularly when the toy 1 is rocked, the storage moving object 60 is abutted against the inner wall surfaces (the 2 nd flat portion 31, the 1 st flat portion 21 (actually, the sheet-like member 40), the 1 st side wall portion 22, and the 2 nd side wall portion 23) to generate sounds. Different sounds are emitted according to the type, size, and number of the stored moving articles 60. As for the type of the sound, various sounds can be emitted due to the storage spaces S1, S2, S3 having different sizes.
A modification of the ornamental toy 1 showing another character will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a modification of the ornamental toy 1, and fig. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the ornamental toy 1 shown in fig. 7. In fig. 7 and 8, the same reference numerals are given to the same structural elements as those of the ornamental toy 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the description thereof is omitted appropriately.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the ornamental toy 1 according to the present modification is configured such that a small and deformed hexagonal accommodation space S (S2) overlaps with a large hexagonal accommodation space S1, and the outline of the appearance thereof can also be referred to as a fish-like shape such as goldfish in front view. The sheet members 40 (40 a, 40 b) at this time are also in a shape conforming to the shape of the 1 st flat portion 21 (21 a, 21 b). In addition, 3 holding portions 50 are provided in the large flat portion 21a, and two holding portions 50 are provided in the small flat portion 21b for the holding portions 50. Therefore, when the base member 20 and the cover member 30 are mounted, the sheet-like members 40 (40 a, 40 b) can be put into the 1 st flat portions 21 (21 a, 21 b), and the storage moving article 60 can be put into the two storage spaces S (S1, S2) for assembly.
In the present modification, the sheet members 40 (40 a, 40 b) may be formed in a pattern corresponding to the shape of the fish, or may be formed in other patterns not limited to the shape, and a kit of a plurality of types of sheet members 40 (40 a, 40 b) may be prepared so that a plurality of patterns can be selected.
As described above, in the ornamental toy set 10 according to the present embodiment, since the position of the sheet member 40 is restricted to the vicinity of the 1 st flat portion 21 on the base member 20 side by the holding portion 50 provided on the cover member 30 side, the sheet member 40 is held such that the surface thereof faces the 1 st flat portion 21, and the sheet member is extremely easy to be set into the storage space S. In the attached state, the sheet member 40 is held by the holding portion 50 in a state of substantially surface contact (contact state or contact-enabled state) with respect to the 1 st flat portion 21, and thus is held in an extremely stable state. As a result, the sheet member 40, which is a beautiful appearance of the toy figure 1 by applying the pattern and the color, does not move from the predetermined position or come off in the storage space S, and the beautiful state at the initial assembly can be maintained for a long period of time.
In addition, in the ornamental toy set 10 according to the present embodiment, the 3 rd side wall portion 32 provided on the outer edge of the cover member 30 is fitted so as to cover the 1 st side wall portion 22 in the attached state, and therefore, both members can be fixed without rattling by overlapping the base member 20 and the cover member 30. In addition, the 3 rd side wall portion 32 and the 1 st holding portion 51 of the cover member 30 can sandwich the 1 st side wall portion 22 of the base member 20 in the attached state, and thus the fixation of the base member 20 and the cover member 30 can be made more reliable. In addition, in the ornamental toy set 10 according to the present embodiment, since the locking portion 35 is elastically engaged with the locked portion 25, the base member 20 and the cover member 30 are reliably locked, and the attachment of the two members is firmly locked without being separated.
According to the toy figure 10 of the present embodiment, the 1 st flat portion 21 is divided into the plurality of flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c by the 2 nd side wall portion 23, and the plurality of holding portions 50 are arranged for each flat portion corresponding to the respective flat portions 21a, 21b, 21c, so that the respective sheet-like members 40a, 40b, 40c arranged in the respective storage spaces S1, S2, S3 are reliably held.
Since the holding portion 50 of the present embodiment has a structure protruding from the 2 nd flat portion 31 side toward the 1 st flat portion 21, the sheet member 40 is positioned toward the 1 st flat portion 21 side while forming the storage space S when the cover member 30 is attached to the base member 20.
In addition, since the holding portion 50 of the present embodiment has a structure that, in the attached state, is adjacent to the 1 st side wall portion 22 and the 2 nd side wall portion 23 and protrudes along the extending direction of the both side wall portions 22 and 23, the sheet-like member 40 can be held by the end portions, and the presence of the holding portion 50 can be made inconspicuous.
Further, the holding portion 50 is formed integrally with the 2 nd flat portion 31, and thus is formed in the same color as the 2 nd flat portion 31, and not only can the presence of the holding portion be made inconspicuous in the mounted state, but also can be formed easily and with a preferable dimensional accuracy.
Since the sheet members 40a, 40b, and 40c of the ornamental toy set 10 according to the present embodiment have the shapes corresponding to the shapes of the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c, the arrangement and the installation of the sheet members 40a, 40b, and 40c can be performed extremely easily and reliably.
Further, since the ornamental toy set 10 according to the present embodiment is divided into the plurality of storage spaces S1, S2, and S3 by the 2 nd side wall portions 23b and 23c, it is possible to perform individual performances by the storage moving articles 60 stored in the divided manner, and it is possible to enjoy a plurality of performances.
According to the ornamental toy 1 of the present embodiment, the 1 st side wall portion 22 and the 3 rd side wall portion 32 of the base member 20 and the cover member 30 having light transmittance represent the outline of the character, and the sheet-like member 40 is provided so as to cover the whole of the storage space S in a size substantially corresponding to the outline, so that the visual performance of the character can be performed with respect to the ornamental toy 1 as a whole.
In the present embodiment, since the flat portions 21a, 21b, and 21c divided by the 2 nd side wall portion 23 are configured to represent the portions of the character, a plurality of patterns can be prepared for each of the sheet-like members 40a, 40b, and 40c for each portion, and the same character can be locally and individually expressed in a plurality of areas, and a variety of fun can be enjoyed. In addition, the combination of the storage moving article 60 and the respective sheet members 40a, 40b, 40c involves a plurality of kinds, and a great number of visual options are provided.
In the present embodiment, since the storage moving article 60 can be placed in the plurality of storage spaces S1, S2, and S3, the storage moving article 60 is not mixed in one place, and the appearance performance of each storage space can be enjoyed. In addition, the sound generated when the movable article 60 is held against the wall surface when the toy 1 is rocked or swung can be appreciated by the difference in the shape and size of the holding spaces S1, S2, S3.
While the above description has been made of the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention can be appropriately modified within the scope of the technical idea. For example, in the above embodiment, the cover member 30 and the base member 20 have a light-transmitting structure, but only the cover member 30 may have a light-transmitting structure.
In the decorative toy 1 of the above embodiment, the shape in the toy thickness direction is formed in a substantially flat plate shape, but the shape is not limited to this, and for example, the 2 nd flat portion 31 of the cover member 30 may be formed in a three-dimensional contour which mimics the shape of an image and has a bulge in the toy thickness direction.
