Description

Adjusting device of massage roller for spinal joint loosening based on vibration technology
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an adjusting device of a massage roller, and more particularly, to an adjusting device of a massage roller for spinal joint loosening based on vibration technology, which comprises: in the course of using the spinal massager, the massage roller may be moved according to the treatment purpose of the subject based on the vibration technique of the joint loosening in the free-hand treatment technique.
Background
To date, spine diseases have increased with the increasing number of people exposed to digital media devices such as computers, tablets, or smartphones for a long time due to the development of industrial technologies. An incorrect posture will cause diseases of the skeletal muscular system associated with the spine.
If the upper half of the body is kept in a forward-inclined state for a long time, spinal deformation such as a posterior spine may occur.
When such spinal deformities occur, muscle weakness of the extensor muscles of the spine occurs due to overstretching of the erector spinae muscles, increasing the risk of disc herniation with stretching of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the spine. As a result, it is difficult to maintain a correct posture due to such changes in muscles and ligaments.
Also, when the body is straightened, excessive posterior processes of the thoracic vertebrae may cause lumbar anterior processes as abnormal compensation, which may cause secondary spinal deformities.
This spinal deformity is the primary cause of increased abnormal pressure and shear forces between the spinal joints that can induce lumbar pain.
In order to treat such spinal disorders, physical therapy and free-hand therapy are commonly used. The bare-handed treatment has the effects of relieving pain, improving blood circulation, correcting the spine, stimulating joints, stretching muscles, relieving narrow tissues around the joints and the like aiming at skeletal muscular system diseases related to spinal deformity.
In particular, spinal joint mobility (spinal joint mobility) is one of the commonly used free-hand treatment methods, and can effectively increase the range of joint mobility, prevent stiffness and relieve pain.
This effect is based on neurophysiology. Afferent nerves (afferent nerve) which sense the stimulus applied to the joints and transmit it to the central nerve are of 4 types. Among them, types 1 to 3 transmit sensation to the central nerve through mechanoreceptors (mecanoreceptors), and type 4 transmits pain associated with abnormal stimulation through nociceptors (nociceptors).
Joint loosening produces a therapeutic effect by moving the joint capsule around the joint to stimulate mechanoreceptors, but the individual mechanoreceptors have different characteristics from one another and, therefore, the stimulation techniques applied differ. Type 1 fibres are located in the surface layers of the joint capsule and are used to detect posture and movement, responding to long and slow stimuli. Type 2 fibers are used to detect the speed of action and respond to short, rapid stimuli. This mechanoreceptor response serves to suppress pain perception. In particular, it has been shown by prior studies that the cervical joint contains a large number of type 1 fibers and the lumbar joint contains a large number of type 2 fibers. Also, sensory transmission by mechanoreceptors may increase or decrease muscle tone by affecting the promotion or inhibition of alpha motor responses. Accordingly, arthrokinesis may affect muscle relaxation and increase the range of joint motion.
In the free-hand treatment, a vibration technique is applied to the above-described arthrokinesis based on neurophysiology, and is divided into four stages based on amplitude and frequency. The first stage vibration technique is executed at the beginning of the range of joint loosening with small amplitude. The second stage vibration technique is executed in the middle range of the joint loosening range, the amplitude is large, and the vibration frequency (frequency) is 2-3 times per second. The third stage vibration technique moves the joint to a resistance point (resistance point) in the loosening range, has large amplitude, and vibrates 2 to 3 times per second. The fourth stage vibration technique is performed within the limit of the loosening range, with a small amplitude.
The first stage vibration technique and the second stage vibration technique are mainly used for regulating pain. And, the third stage vibration technique and the fourth stage vibration technique are used to increase the range of joint loosening and to lengthen the surrounding tissue.
Recently, in order to prevent and correct spinal deformity and increase the range of joint loosening of the spine, various spine stimulation apparatuses using massage are being developed,
however, the existing spinal stimulation apparatus stimulates the spine through a uniaxial track in which the massage roller moves along the curvature of the spine, and thus, has a disadvantage in that it is difficult to apply a vibration technique according to purpose at a specific spinal level to provide a concentrated therapeutic effect.
Korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1181918 (up-down movement regulating device for thermotherapy) was created in such a manner as to have the following effects: the height of the warming moxibustion device inserted into the cushion can be adjusted, so that finger pressure effect and massage effect can be realized with the same pressure even for users with different physical conditions. The height of the warming moxibustion instrument can be adjusted based on the weight of the user, and thus, there is an advantage in that it prevents excessive pressure from being concentrated on a specific portion, but if the same pressure is applied to all spinal regions, it is difficult to selectively achieve the effect of the arthrokinesis in stages. Therefore, for the user who complains of joint pain, the pressure adjusted only to a prescribed degree works instead with excessive intensity, and side effects and additional pain may occur.
Also, for a user who needs greater strength and stimulation time in order to increase the range of joint loosening, a pressure adjusted only to a prescribed degree cannot achieve sufficient effects.
Korean granted patent No. 10-2031634 (massage chair provided with variable massage rollers) was created in such a manner as to have the following effects: the position of the massage roller and the magnitude of the elastic repulsive force can be adjusted, and thus, it is possible to provide a personalized massage based on the body structure of a user.
However, providing pressure only to the entire spinal segment makes it difficult to apply vibrational techniques to a particular spinal segment to provide a focused therapeutic effect.

An embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a massage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a main structural view of the present invention, fig. 3 is a plan view illustrating a massage unit and a traction motor, and fig. 4 is a right side view illustrating the massage unit and the traction motor.
As shown in the drawings, the massage device of the present invention comprises: a massage roller transfer part 200; a roller adjusting part 420 for adjusting the up-and-down motion and amplitude/vibration of the massage roller 130; and a control section 410.
The massage roller transfer part 200 moves along the curvature of the spine using a rack, a pinion, and a motor.
For this, a pair of moving members are provided at the massage roller transfer part 200 to move along the base plate 300.
The base plate 300 may be a general mat.
Referring to the drawings, both side ends of the massage roller transfer part 200 are coupled with a pair of moving members 210.
The moving member 210 is in a roller form, is mounted on a rail 332 formed in the base bracket 330, and moves in the rail 332 by a rolling operation of the roller.
The base bracket 330 is provided on both sides of the base plate 300, and is formed with a rail 332 for performing a rotating motion by inserting the pair of moving members 210.
Further, the present invention includes: a pair of racks 320 disposed inside the base bracket 330; and a pinion gear 322 coupled to a motor shaft of the traction motor 340 to perform a rotational motion on the rack 320.
The base bracket 330 is supported by the support rod 310 having the stopper 312 at one side of the base plate 300.
One side of the massage roller transfer part 200 is coupled with the traction motor 340 or the pinion 322, and thus, the massage roller is moved in a motion along the curvature of the spine according to the movement of the pinion 322.
A massage unit 100 is provided on the inner side surfaces of the pair of moving members 210, and massage rollers 130 which vibrate up and down are provided on both sides of the massage unit 100 by being hinge-coupled to the massage roller transfer unit 200 via hinge units 220.
As the air bag 110 is driven, the massage unit 100 may vibrate up and down on the massage roller transfer part 200 through the hinge part 220.
The hinge part 220, which vibrates up and down, has one side coupled to the massage roller transfer part 200 and the other side coupled to the base 150 of the massage unit 100, and drives the air bag 110 in accordance with the vibration of the air pump 151, so that the massage unit 100 vibrates.
For this purpose, the control unit 410 moves the massage unit 100 on the base plate 300 in the longitudinal direction by the pinion 322 that rotates on the rack 320 using the traction motor 340, and controls the motor 140 to move the massage roller 130 to the left and right.
Also, the present invention includes a roller adjusting part 420 controlling the up and down vibration of the massage unit 100 by the air pump 151.
The roller adjusting part 420 includes: an up-down height adjusting part 421 for adjusting the up-down vibration height of the massage roller 130; and an amplitude/vibration speed adjusting section 422 for adjusting the amplitude and vibration speed of the vibration.
When such a roller adjusting part 420 transmits the vibration height and amplitude and vibration speed set in the air pump 151 to the air pump 151 based on the data set in the control part 410, the air pump 151 may control the up-and-down vibration of the massage roller 130 through the air pocket 110.
As a result, the air pump 151 may adjust the number of times of vibration and the height of the top plate using air to input or remove pressure to the air pockets 110.
Since the air pump 151 is mechanically connected to the solenoid valve 152, when the solenoid valve 152 compresses or expands the air pump 151 by an electromagnetic signal to strongly vibrate the air bag 110 up and down, the air bag 110 drives the massage unit 100 up and down, and finally the massage roller 130 vibrates up and down.
Also, if the air bag 110 is composed of air chambers for the up-and-down vibration and each air chamber is controlled by the air pump, the up-and-down vibration can be further precisely controlled.
Specifically, based on the setting data of the control part 410, the massage roller is vibrated up and down by the up-and-down vibration height of the air pockets 110 outputted from the roller adjusting part 420 and the air pockets vibrated up and down by the air pump 151, and as a result, the spinal joint loosening can be realized by using the vibration technique.
That is, in the present invention, the massage roller 130 is moved to the left and right by the motor 140, the massage roller 130 is vibrated up and down by the air bag 110, and the movement along the spine is realized by the traction motor 340.
The roller adjusting part 420 includes: a vertical height adjusting part 421 for adjusting vertical movement of the massage roller; and an amplitude/vibration speed adjusting part 422 for adjusting the amplitude and vibration speed of the roller by controlling a vibration motor inserted in the lower part of the massage roller.
Also, when the pressure sensor 112 for detecting air pressure is additionally provided at the lower portion of the air bag 110 and/or the pressure sensor 153 for detecting air pressure is additionally provided at the air pump 151, the control part 410 detects the resistance point of the joint loosening range in the case of the up-and-down movement of the massage roller, and can further effectively perform massage by applying the vibration technique based on the resistance point pressing stage.
Hereinafter, a method of the control section controlling the adjustment device of the massage roller according to the present invention having the above-described configuration will be described.
The control unit 410 may be a remote control unit in the form of a tablet computer.
Such a control part 410 may realize the massage part pressure adjustment and the amplitude and vibration speed adjustment of the driving part based on the state of the spinal joints of the user to provide the effect of an appropriate vibration technique to a specific spinal segment in stages (first to fourth stages).
In particular, since flexibility and characteristics of the spinal joint tissues are different for each user, it is preferable that the maximum pressure values of the spinal bending, flexibility, and segmental motion of the user can be determined by setting an "evaluation stage" when the roller is initially driven by the control section 410.
Next, the stage pressure as shown below is determined based on the set maximum pressure value.
The first stage is as follows: the maximum pressure value is 10 to 25 percent
And a second stage: 30 to 50 percent of the maximum pressure value
And a third stage: 60 to 80 percent of the maximum pressure value
A fourth stage: 90 to 100 percent of the maximum pressure value
That is, the control section 410 controls the air bag 110 by the air pump 151 while adjusting the amplitude/vibration speed adjusting section 422 based on the pain adjusting vibration technique for adjusting pain and the gain adjusting vibration technique for increasing the loosening range of joints and for lengthening the peripheral tissues, so that the air bag 110 maintains the pressure value and the number of vibrations.
In this case, the pressure sensor 112 of the air bag 110 and/or the pressure sensor 153 of the air pump 151 are controlled to maintain the set pressure.
When the pain-adjusted vibration technique is performed, the control section 410 causes the amplitude/vibration speed adjustment section 422 to perform a first-stage vibration technique for suppressing pain and a second-stage vibration technique having a pain relieving effect and a muscle relaxing effect, based on the amplitude and the vibration speed.
The first stage vibration technique is executed at the start of the range of joint loosening, and the amplitude is controlled to be small, and the second stage vibration technique is executed in the middle range of the range of joint loosening, the amplitude is large, and the vibration frequency is 2-3 times per second.
Also, augmenting the tuned vibration technique may include: the third stage vibration technology enables the joint to move to a resisting point in a loosening range, the amplitude is large, and the joint vibrates for 2-3 times per second; and a fourth stage vibration technique, performed within the limit of the loosening range, with a small amplitude.
In this case, the remote control unit in the form of a tablet computer can be used to adjust the pressure of the massage unit and the amplitude and vibration speed of the drive unit based on the state of the spinal joints of the user, thereby providing the effect of an appropriate vibration technique to a specific spinal segment in stages (first to fourth stages).
The first stage provides an effect of suppressing pain, the second stage provides an effect of relieving pain and relaxing muscles according to the amplitude and the vibration speed, and the third and fourth stages provide an effect of increasing the range of joint loosening, whereby personalized treatment can be provided based on the state of the user.
Such a vibration technique is the same as the above description, and thus, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to the specific embodiments thereof, it should be understood that various changes and modifications within the technical spirit of the present invention, which will be apparent to those skilled in the art, are possible and are within the scope of the invention as claimed.
