The MME is a control plane serving a general packet radio service support node (Serving General packet radio service, abbreviated as SGSN), and is responsible for handling signaling of user services, for completing management of mobile users, and interacting with eNodeB, HSS and SGW. The MME is connected with the HSS through an S6a interface, is connected with the SGW through an S11 interface, and is connected with the base station eNodeB through an S1-MME interface, and the interfaces are all based on IP protocol.

The PGW functions very much like a gateway GPRS support node (Gateway GPRS Support Node, GGSN for short), is responsible for interfacing with the Internet and interacting with PCRF and PGW devices. The PGW is connected with the SGW through an S5 or S8 interface, is connected with the PCRF through a Gx interface, is connected with the PDN through an SGi interface, and is based on an IP protocol. The HSS is a central database containing subscriber related information and subscription related information. The functions of the HSS include mobility management, support of call and session establishment, user authentication and access authorization.
The 3GPP defines that the terminal roams under multiple networks in two ways, home route (Home route) and Local break out.

In summary, two roaming modes of Home Routed and Local break are different in that: home route employs PGW of Home domain core network; local break adopts PGW of visited domain core network.
In order to meet the demands of industry user command and dispatch and the demands of special wireless communication systems applied to specific industries, a B-trunk system is developed. Fig. 4 is a B-trunk system terminal roaming architecture provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the B-trunk system architecture includes: an LTE data terminal, an LTE broadband trunking terminal, an LTE base station (eNB), an LTE broadband trunking base station (T-eNB) and an LTE broadband trunking core network; the LTE data terminal supports packet data transmission service based on IP, does not support cluster service and function, and is connected to the LTE base station through a Uu interface and connected to the LTE broadband cluster core network through an S1 interface. The LTE broadband trunking terminal is connected to the LTE broadband trunking base station through a Uu-T interface, and the LTE broadband trunking base station is connected to the LTE broadband trunking core network through an S1-T interface, so that the basic service and trunking service of the packet domain are realized. The LTE broadband cluster core network comprises five logic entities, namely an enhanced mobility management entity (eMME for short), a comprehensive gateway (xGW), an enhanced home subscriber server (eHSS for short), a cluster control function (Trunking Control Function for short, TCF) and a cluster media function (Trunking Media Function for short, TMF), which can be combined to form actual network element equipment according to actual deployment, wherein the TCF is responsible for scheduling management of cluster services, and the TMF is responsible for data transmission of the cluster services.
Because of the characteristic of the cluster group call service in the B-trunk system, the roaming service only supports the Home route mode, namely the packet data transmission service of the user in the roaming place, and the user needs the PGW of the Home place to serve; the cluster service of the user needs to be processed and controlled by the TCF/TMF of the attribution. That is, all roaming data needs to return to the PGW and TCF/TMF of the home, where there is a need for transmission bandwidth between the two networks, in an actual network, the transmission bandwidth between the two networks is not necessarily smooth, for example, the fixed network and the emergency communication vehicle are combined to form a network, and the communication is performed by adopting a satellite mode, so that the bandwidth is unstable and expensive. In addition, in a scene that two networks are far away from each other, the roaming data is returned to the home location, so that the time delay of the cluster service is increased, the instantaneity of the cluster service is one of the key indexes, and finally, the implementation effect of the cluster service is poor.
Aiming at the problem, the technical conception of the invention is that: when the terminal of the B-trunk C system roams, TCF network elements of the visiting place are adopted to control and process the cluster service, thereby avoiding the roaming data from returning to the home network and improving the realization effect of the cluster service.

Different from the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment defines a specific implementation manner of a single call service, in this embodiment, a single call service request initiated by a terminal is received, where the single call service request carries a called terminal number; determining whether the called terminal belongs to the first TCF network element control according to the called terminal number; if yes, the first TCF network element processes the single call service according to the subscription information of the terminal; if not, forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, and returning the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located to the first TCF network element by the third TCF network element; and establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located, so as to process the single call service according to subscription information on the communication channel.
Specifically, when a terminal actively initiates a single call service request in a visited domain core network (the terminal is called a calling terminal later), the single call service request initiated by the calling terminal can reach V-TCF, and the V-TCF can analyze the number of a called terminal carried in the single call service request; if the called terminal is analyzed to belong to the UE (including a Local Breakout user managed as V-TCF or a user managed as H-TCF) which is being managed by the Local TCF, the V-TCF directly processes the single call service according to subscription information; if the called terminal is analyzed to be not a user managed by a local TCF (for example, the terminal is moved to the rest of networks), according to the number analysis of the called terminal, the first TCF network element sends the single call service request to a third TCF network element of a home domain core network of the called terminal, and the third TCF network element records TCF identification of the core network (namely, a visiting domain or a home domain) where the called terminal is currently located; and the third TCF network element returns the TCF identifier of the called terminal to the first TCF so as to construct a signaling channel with the first TCF and the TCF of the called terminal, and signaling data is transmitted on the signaling channel so as to establish a data path between the calling terminal and the TMF in the called and transmit single call service data.
Optionally, the first TCF network element records the TCF identifier where the called terminal is currently located, so that when the first TCF network element performs communication with the called terminal again, a signaling channel is directly established with the recorded TCF identifier where the called terminal is currently located, so as to execute subsequent data transmission.
As an optional embodiment, if the called terminal is not under the control of the first TCF network element, before step 207, the method further includes: inquiring whether the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located is recorded in the first TCF network element; if yes, executing the step of establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located; and if not, executing the step of forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal.
Specifically, the first TCF network element records the TCF identifier of the called terminal, when the calling terminal calls the called terminal, the first TCF network element directly queries whether the first TCF network element records the TCF identifier of the called terminal, if so, it indicates that the calling terminal does not call for the first time, and at this time, a signaling channel can be established with the first TCF network element directly according to the recorded TCF identifier of the called terminal; if the inquiry is not received, the first TCF network element where the calling terminal is located can directly send the single call service request to the TCF of the home domain core network of the called terminal, so as to obtain the TCF where the called terminal is currently located from the TCF of the home domain core network of the called terminal.
Further, in the case that the called terminal has moved to other networks, the TCF of the calling terminal may be the original TCF identifier of the called terminal, at this time, if the calling terminal fails to perform the trunking service according to the recorded original TCF identifier, the original TCF returns failure information to inform the first TCF network element that the called terminal has changed the network, and at this time, the first TCF network element initiates a call request to the TCF network element identifier of the home domain core network of the called terminal, so as to obtain the TCF where the called terminal is currently located from the TCF of the home domain core network of the called terminal.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, a single call service request initiated by a receiving terminal is carried with a called terminal number; determining whether the called terminal belongs to the first TCF network element control according to the called terminal number; if yes, the first TCF network element processes the single call service according to the subscription information of the terminal; if not, forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, and returning the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located to the first TCF network element by the third TCF network element; establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and a TCF network element of a core network where the called terminal is located, so as to process the single call service according to subscription information on the communication channel; namely, the embodiment adopts the TCF network element of the visiting place to control and process the single call service, thereby avoiding the need of returning roaming data to the attribution place in the prior art and improving the trunking service effect.
With reference to the foregoing implementations, fig. 7 is an interaction schematic diagram of a service processing method when a terminal roams in another broadband trunking system according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, when the trunking service is a group call service, the service processing method includes:
step 301, when a terminal roams to a visited domain core network, a first TCF network element initiates a registration request to a second TCF network element of a home domain core network of the terminal.
And 302, responding to the registration request, and determining the roaming mode of the terminal.
Step 303, when the terminal is determined to adopt the local transport roaming mode, the second TCF network element sends the subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element.
Step 304, the first TCF network element identifier of the visited domain core network to which the terminal roams is sent to the group control device of the group to which the terminal belongs.
Step 305, receiving a group call service request initiated by the terminal.
Step 306, forwarding the group call service request to the group control device.
Step 307, the group control device establishes a group call downlink channel according to the TCF network element where the other terminal recorded in the group control device is located, so as to process the group call service.
Wherein the other terminals and the terminals belong to the same group.
Steps 301, 302 and 303 in this embodiment are similar to the implementation manners of steps 101, 102 and 103 in the foregoing embodiments, respectively, and are not described here in detail.
Different from the foregoing embodiment, this embodiment defines a specific implementation manner of the group call service, in this embodiment, a first TCF network element identifier of a visited domain core network to which the terminal roams is sent to a group control device of a group to which the terminal belongs; the first TCF network element receives a group call service request initiated by a terminal and forwards the group call service request to the group control equipment, so that the group control equipment establishes a group call downlink channel according to TCF network elements where other terminals recorded in the group control equipment are located so as to process the group call service, wherein the other terminals and the terminal belong to the same group.
Specifically, after the terminal completes registration in the core network of the visited domain, the first TCF network element user where the terminal is located informs the group control device G-TCF of the registration status report of the terminal, that is, the TCF where each terminal belonging to the group is currently located is recorded in the G-TCF; when a terminal initiates a group calling service request to a first TCF network element, the first TCF network element forwards the group calling service request to group control equipment G-TCF; and when the G-TCF is activated, transmitting downlink group data according to the TCF where each terminal is currently located.
In addition, it should be noted that, the processes of registering the terminal in the visited domain core network, ending the service, etc. are controlled and processed by the V-TCF of the visited domain core network, which is not described herein.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the first TCF network element identifier of the visited domain core network to which the terminal roams is sent to the group control device of the group to which the terminal belongs; the method comprises the steps that a first TCF network element receives a group call service request initiated by a terminal and forwards the group call service request to group control equipment, so that the group control equipment establishes a group call downlink channel according to TCF network elements where other terminals recorded in the group control equipment are located to process the group call service, wherein the other terminals and the terminal belong to the same group; namely, the embodiment of the invention adopts the TCF network element of the visiting place to control and process the group call service, thereby avoiding the need of returning roaming data to the attribution place in the prior art and improving the trunking service effect.
On the other hand, the present invention provides a cluster control function network element device, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the cluster control function network element device provided by the present invention, where it should be noted that the cluster control function network element device is disposed in a visited domain core network, as shown in fig. 8, and the cluster control function network element device includes:
A first sending module 10, configured to initiate a registration request to a second TCF network element of a home domain core network of a terminal when the terminal roams to a visited domain core network, where the registration request is used for returning subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element when the second TCF network element determines that the terminal adopts a local guided roaming manner; a first receiving module 20, configured to receive subscription information of the terminal; the first response module 30 is configured to process the trunking service according to the subscription information of the terminal in response to the trunking service request initiated by the terminal.
In other alternative embodiments, the first sending module 10 is further configured to: and sending the first TCF network element identifier of the visited domain core network to which the terminal roams to the group control equipment of the group to which the terminal belongs.
In other optional embodiments, when the trunked service is a single call service, the first response module 30 is specifically configured to: receiving a single call service request initiated by a terminal, wherein the single call service request carries a called terminal number; determining whether the called terminal belongs to the first TCF network element control according to the called terminal number; if yes, the first TCF network element processes the single call service according to the subscription information of the terminal.
In other alternative embodiments, the first response module 30 is further specifically configured to: if the called terminal does not belong to the first TCF network element control, forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, and returning the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located to the first TCF network element by the third TCF network element; and establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located, so as to process the single call service according to subscription information on the communication channel.
In other optional embodiments, if the called terminal does not belong to the first TCF network element control, before forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, the method further includes: inquiring whether the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located is recorded in the first TCF network element; if yes, executing the step of establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located; and if not, executing the step of forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal.
In other optional embodiments, when the trunking service is a group calling service, the first response module 30 is specifically configured to: and receiving a group call service request initiated by a terminal, and forwarding the group call service request to the group control equipment so that the group control equipment establishes a group call downlink channel according to TCF network elements where other terminals recorded in the group control equipment are located to process the group call service, wherein the other terminals and the terminal belong to the same group.

A second receiving module 40, configured to receive a registration request sent by a first TCF network element of a visited domain core network when the terminal roams to the visited domain core network; a second response module 50, configured to determine a roaming mode of the terminal in response to the registration request; and the second sending module 60 is configured to send, when determining that the terminal adopts the local transport roaming mode, subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element, where the subscription information is used to instruct the first TCF network element to process the trunking service according to the subscription information of the terminal.
In other alternative embodiments, the second response module 50 is specifically configured to: judging whether the configuration parameters of the local guide exist in the subscription information of the terminal, if so, determining a roaming mode of the terminal by adopting the local guide; or judging whether the number of the terminal belongs to a preset number, if so, determining that the terminal adopts a roaming mode of local transmission guide, wherein the terminal corresponding to the preset number adopts the roaming mode of local transmission guide.
In other alternative embodiments, the second response module 50 is further configured to: recording a first TCF network element identification of a visited domain core network to which the terminal roams.

It should be noted that, the structures of the visited domain core network and the home domain core network are the same, and for a certain terminal, the home domain core network of the terminal may be the visited domain core network of another terminal, and the visited domain core network of the terminal may be the home domain core network of another terminal, that is, whether the core network is a visited domain or a home domain, for the terminal. That is, the cluster control function network element device includes a first sending module 10, a first receiving module 20, a first responding module 30, and a second receiving module 40, a second responding module 50, and a second sending module 60.
In still another aspect, an example of the present invention provides a network element device with a cluster control function, and fig. 10 is a schematic hardware structure of the network element device with the cluster control function provided by the present invention, it should be noted that, as shown in fig. 10, the network element device with the cluster control function provided by the example of the present invention is disposed on a core network side of a visited domain, and includes:
at least one processor 1001 and memory 1002.
In a specific implementation process, at least one processor 1001 executes computer-executable instructions stored in the memory 1002, so that the at least one processor 1001 executes a service processing method when a terminal roams in a broadband cluster system as described above, where the processor 1001 and the memory 1002 are connected through a bus 1003.
The specific implementation process of the processor 1001 may refer to the above method embodiment, and its implementation principle and technical effects are similar, and this embodiment will not be described herein again.
The present invention also provides another cluster control functional network element, whose hardware structure is similar to that of fig. 10, and is disposed on the home domain core network side, and its implementation principle and technical effects are similar to those of the above method embodiment, and are not repeated here.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 10 described above, it should be understood that the processor may be a central processing unit (english: central Processing Unit, abbreviated as CPU), or may be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (english: digital Signal Processor, abbreviated as DSP), application specific integrated circuits (english: application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor for execution, or in a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor for execution.
The memory may comprise high speed RAM memory or may further comprise non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory.
The bus may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, ISA) bus, an external device interconnect (Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, among others. The buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the drawings of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
In still another aspect, the present invention further provides a readable storage medium, which is disposed on the core network side of the visited domain, where a computer executing instruction is stored in the readable storage medium, and when the processor executes the computer executing instruction, a service processing method when the terminal roams in the broadband cluster system is implemented as above.
The invention also provides another readable storage medium which is arranged at the home domain core network side, wherein the readable storage medium stores computer execution instructions, and when a processor executes the computer execution instructions, the service processing method when the terminal roams in the broadband cluster system is realized.
The above-described readable storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk. A readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. In the alternative, the readable storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuits, ASIC for short). The processor and the readable storage medium may reside as discrete components in a device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
In still another aspect, the present invention further provides a service implementation system when a terminal roams in a broadband trunking system, which includes a first trunking control function TCF network element of a visited domain core network and a second TCF network element of a home domain core network; wherein the first cluster control function TCF network element is configured to perform the method according to any one of the first aspect, and the second TCF network element is configured to perform the method according to any one of the second aspect.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process and corresponding beneficial effects of the service implementation system when the terminal roams in the broadband cluster system described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method example, which is not described herein again.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A service processing method when a terminal roams in a broadband cluster system is characterized in that the method is applied to a first cluster control function TCF network element of a visited domain core network, and comprises the following steps:
when a terminal roams to a visiting domain core network, a registration request is initiated to a second TCF network element of a home domain core network of the terminal, wherein the registration request is used for returning subscription information of the terminal to a first TCF network element when the second TCF network element determines that the terminal adopts a local conducting roaming mode;
Receiving subscription information of the terminal;
responding to a trunking service request initiated by a terminal, and processing trunking service according to subscription information of the terminal;
when the trunking service is a single call service, the responding to the trunking service request initiated by the terminal processes the trunking service according to the subscription information of the terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a single call service request initiated by a terminal, wherein the single call service request carries a called terminal number;
if the called terminal belongs to the first TCF network element control, the first TCF network element processes the single call service according to the subscription information of the terminal;
if the called terminal does not belong to the first TCF network element control, forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, and returning the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located to the first TCF network element by the third TCF network element;
and establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located, so as to process the single call service according to subscription information on the communication channel.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending the first TCF network element identifier of the visited domain core network to which the terminal roams to the group control equipment of the group to which the terminal belongs.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the called terminal is not affiliated with the first TCF network element control, before forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of a home domain core network of the called terminal, further comprising:
inquiring whether the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located is recorded in the first TCF network element;
if yes, executing the step of establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located;
and if not, executing the step of forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the group service is a group call service, the responding to the group service request initiated by the terminal, and processing the group service according to the subscription information of the terminal, includes:
and receiving a group call service request initiated by a terminal, and forwarding the group call service request to the group control equipment so that the group control equipment establishes a group call downlink channel according to TCF network elements where other terminals recorded in the group control equipment are located to process the group call service, wherein the other terminals and the terminal belong to the same group.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and when the subscription information of the terminal is changed, receiving the changed subscription information sent by the second TCF network element.
6. A service processing method when a terminal roams in a broadband cluster system is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps of:
when a terminal roams to a visiting domain core network, receiving a registration request sent by a first TCF network element of the visiting domain core network;
responding to the registration request, and determining the roaming mode of the terminal;
when the terminal is determined to adopt a local transmission roaming mode, sending subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element, wherein the subscription information is used for indicating the first TCF network element to process trunking service according to the subscription information of the terminal;
the determining the roaming mode of the terminal comprises the following steps:
judging whether the configuration parameters of the local guide exist in the subscription information of the terminal, if so, determining a roaming mode of the terminal by adopting the local guide;
or judging whether the number of the terminal belongs to a preset number, if so, determining that the terminal adopts a roaming mode of local transmission guide, wherein the terminal corresponding to the preset number adopts the roaming mode of local transmission guide.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
recording a first TCF network element identification of a visited domain core network to which the terminal roams.
8. A cluster control function network element device, comprising:
a first sending module, configured to initiate a registration request to a second TCF network element of a home domain core network of the terminal when the terminal roams to a visited domain core network, where the registration request is used to return subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element when the second TCF network element determines that the terminal adopts a local guided roaming manner;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the subscription information of the terminal;
the first response module is used for responding to a trunking service request initiated by a terminal and processing trunking service according to subscription information of the terminal;
when the trunking service is a single call service, the first response module is specifically configured to receive a single call service request initiated by a terminal, where the single call service request carries a called terminal number; if the called terminal belongs to the first TCF network element control, the first TCF network element processes the single call service according to the subscription information of the terminal; if the called terminal does not belong to the first TCF network element control, forwarding the single call service request to a third TCF network element of the home domain core network of the called terminal, and returning the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located to the first TCF network element by the third TCF network element; and establishing a communication channel between the first TCF network element and the TCF network element of the core network where the called terminal is located, so as to process the single call service according to subscription information on the communication channel.
9. A cluster control function network element device, comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a registration request sent by a first TCF network element of the visited domain core network when the terminal roams to the visited domain core network;
the second response module is used for responding to the registration request and determining the roaming mode of the terminal;
the second sending module is used for sending the subscription information of the terminal to the first TCF network element when the terminal is determined to adopt a local transmission roaming mode, wherein the subscription information is used for indicating the first TCF network element to process trunking service according to the subscription information of the terminal;
the second response module is specifically configured to determine whether a configuration parameter of the local guide exists in the subscription information of the terminal, and if yes, determine a roaming mode of the terminal adopting the local guide; or judging whether the number of the terminal belongs to a preset number, if so, determining that the terminal adopts a roaming mode of local transmission guide, wherein the terminal corresponding to the preset number adopts the roaming mode of local transmission guide.
10. A service realizing system when terminal roams in broadband cluster system is characterized in that the system comprises a first cluster control function TCF network element of visiting domain core network and a second TCF network element of home domain core network;
Wherein the first cluster control function TCF network element is configured to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-5, and the second TCF network element is configured to perform the method according to claim 6 or 7.
