It should be noted that, the VSIM card provided in the present invention is inserted into a socket of a VDES device for use, the VDES device may read data of the VSIM card, and the conventional VSIM card stores card information of itself and ship registration information, where the card information may include a card number of the VSIM card itself, and the card number is a unique identification code and may be used to identify different VSIM cards, and optionally, the card information may further include information such as card opening time, card use time, or card reading times; the ship registration information may be used for network registration of the ship.
Optionally, the ship registration information may include static information of the ship, such as a ship call number, a ship name, a ship MMSI, a ship length, and the like.
According to the invention, ship registration information is stored in a registration center, and only card information of the ship registration information is reserved in the VSIM card, so that the ship registration information can be directly modified in the registration center when the VSIM card needs to update the information, the VSIM card is directly updated when a ship enters a shore station coverage area from a remote sea, and the registration information is set as static data of the ship to be used when the ship is off-line, so that personnel do not need to carry the VSIM card to the registration center to update the VSIM card on the spot like a traditional mode, and the remote updating and off-line use of the VSIM card information are realized.
