The 5G message platform is classified according to a content algorithm issued by meteorological data, 4 triggering conditions are respectively set from 3 precondition, and the weather components are constructed into a picture parameter template of weather forecast, namely card modeling, by adopting a front-end separation technology and a rear-end separation technology corresponding to the weather components in each precondition and triggering condition combination.
2. Calling weather data system API interface
After the card is modeled, the 5G message weather service cloud platform calls an API (application programming interface) through an interface address provided by a weather data system. The calling mode comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of using a http request standard format Post mode (namely an http Post request mode), wherein parameters are all Json data formats, the request parameters comprise weather, meanings, types, the necessity and the like in weather fields, and returned results through a weather SDK comprise field code return codes and message error information, Chinese descriptions, attributes and the like. 3. MANO management and orchestration
The request parameters in the meteorological picture template comprise basic element forecasts such as air temperature, rainfall, wind direction, humidity, air quality and the like which meet triggering conditions, meteorological weather forecast data are obtained through a meteorological data system interface and stored in a 5G message SDK database, the meteorological data correspond to the card template through a front-end separation technology, and then the card template is displayed through a platform, and the process is named MANO Management and arrangement (Management and organization).
4. Organic linkage mechanism between platforms
The MaaP platform is borne on the 5G message center and provides an industry Chatbot unified interface, and the meteorological data system can apply for Chatbot to access the 5G message system through the 5G message subscription number management platform and interact with the personal user side through the 5G message. The 5G message center (5 GMC) is a core network element for providing a 5G message service, and has the capabilities of processing weather information, sending weather messages, storing weather materials and forwarding weather short messages and multimedia weather messages. And the system has the functions of access management and authentication of the meteorological Chatbot and the meteorological message, uploading and storing multimedia contents in the meteorological message and the like. An organic linkage mechanism is established between the weather message management function/system and platforms such as a 5G message system platform and a weather data system, so that the weather release strategy and the result consistency and timeliness of each network element are ensured to the maximum extent.
B. Active push target user mode algorithm:
after the weather information of the 5G rich media card is formed through an automatic assembly technology, the weather information is accurately pushed through fallback channels such as a 5G message channel, a video short message and a common short message based on the functions of message making management, intelligent interactive logic design, user group management, early warning message pushing management and the like.
Because the 5G message needs the capability support of the mobile phone terminal of the user, when the user receives the 5G message, if the mobile phone terminal of the user does not support the 5G message function, the user cannot experience the native 5G message. The invention adopts a terminal shunting technology, the system automatically detects the terminal capability, and carries out message sorting and pushing according to whether the user terminal supports 5G messages.
As shown in fig. 3, the terminal offloading and pushing process is as follows:

And automatically assembling the produced rich media message through the 5G message weather service cloud platform. The 5G message weather service cloud platform calls an open interface provided by the weather SDK to acquire a 5G message rich media card message body and uploads weather forecast and weather component materials and the like.
3. Calling 5G message subscription number platform API (application program interface) interface to send weather message
The weather SDK generates and returns a 5G message rich media card message, and then the 5G message weather service cloud platform sends an API (application programming interface) interface to a 5G message subscription number management platform calling platform, transmits a message field to a Huacheng large area (Maap platform +5 GMC) and pushes the message field to the user terminal;
4. weather message push
Sending a weather rich media message to a user terminal through a Huacheng district (Maap platform +5 GMC), and directly receiving a 5G message rich media when the user terminal is a 5G terminal and is started; when the mobile phone terminal of the user does not support the 5G message, the system returns a sending failure state message to the map platform, and after the system judges that the user does not support the 5G message, the system pushes the ordinary short message + CH5 link message to the user again.
The push target users are divided into two cases as follows:
firstly, when the user terminal supports, the UP2.4 native 5G message is directly issued to the user, and the user can directly check and click the interaction in a short message application interface;
secondly, when the user terminal does not support the 5G message, the link is sent to the user in the form of 'video short message + H5 link' or 'ordinary text short message + H5 link', the user clicks the link, and then the user can experience interactive experience which is completely consistent with the original 5G message on the H5 page, and the H5 link is called as chatbotH5 link, which is called as 'CH 5' for short.
The new technology replaces the traditional native short message with the 5G message core capability, so that not only can 5G users intuitively experience the weather service brought by the rich media of the 5G message, but also terminal users which do not support the 5G message can enjoy the 5G message weather service brought by the invention. Form the new experience of meteorological service of "multiple spot one slice", all-round touch reaches, realizes terminal user full coverage.

under the condition that a first precondition, a second triggering condition and a fourth triggering condition are met, a fourth daily weather component product set is obtained;
acquiring a fifth daily weather component product set under the conditions that the second precondition and the first trigger condition are met;
acquiring a sixth daily weather component product set under the conditions of meeting a second precondition and a second trigger condition;
acquiring a seventh daily weather component product set under the conditions of meeting a third precondition and a first trigger condition;
acquiring an eighth daily weather component product set under the conditions that a third precondition and a second trigger condition are met;
the first precondition is that no early warning signal is currently effective at the position, the second precondition is that only a forest fire danger early warning signal is currently effective at the position, and the third precondition is that only a fog or dust-haze early warning signal is currently effective at the position; the first trigger condition is that the time attribute is a working day; the second trigger condition is that the time attribute is weekend or holiday; the third triggering condition is that the rainfall of the position in the past 1 hour is more than or equal to the standard rainfall, and the fourth triggering condition is that the rainfall of the position in the past 1 hour is less than the standard rainfall;

s43, developing national ground meteorological element observation live situations, town early warning live situations and refined grid forecast data in the step S41 in the daily weather and weather-related audio and video materials in the step S42 into independent components by adopting a component type front-end development and visual processing method, and generating a 5G message daily weather component product set;
s5, automatically producing and assembling the daily weather component content to form 5G rich media card weather information, specifically:
s51, constructing a weather component into a picture parameter template of a weather forecast by adopting a front-end and back-end separation technology, namely card modeling;
s52, calling a meteorological data system API interface through an interface address provided by the meteorological data system;
s53, acquiring weather forecast data of daily weather component contents with corresponding relations through a weather data system interface according to request parameters meeting the component contents by using an http post request mode;
s54, storing weather forecast data into a 5G message SDK database, and generating weather information of the 5G rich media card by using a front-end and back-end separation technology and enabling the weather data to correspond to the card template;
