Therefore, the method and the device can directly acquire the log information of the wireless network module of the intelligent household appliance, so that the acquisition of the log information of the wireless network module is simpler and more convenient.
Next, a detailed description is given to a scheme of the present disclosure, and fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a log information obtaining method in the present disclosure, which is applied to a wireless network module of an intelligent home appliance, and may include the following steps:
step 301: in the running process of the wireless network module, saving the log information of the wireless network module according to preset configuration information; the configuration information is used for indicating log information which needs to be stored in the running process of the wireless network module;
in one embodiment, the step 301 described above can be implemented as: when the wireless network module generates log information in the operation process, comparing the generated log information with the log information needing to be stored in the preset configuration information; and if the preset configuration information comprises the generated log information, storing the generated log information.
The log information needing to be stored in the preset configuration information comprises abnormal information and/or normal information;
(1) the abnormality information includes: the method comprises the following steps of starting failure of the wireless network module, failure of loading of a protocol stack, failure of connecting a cloud server, failure of connecting a router, failure of restarting the wireless network module and the like.
