Claims (14)
- ETC refuels charging system, its characterized in that includes:the terminal is positioned at each fuel dispenser parking space and comprises an antenna which is used for reading the OBU information;the ETC control host computer that is equipped with the treater is connected with the parking stall terminal, and the ETC control host computer is connected with the ETC customer integrated service platform of distal end through the internet, and ETC customer integrated service platform is connected and is connected with the system of filling station and carries out data exchange and accomplish the charging of refueling.
- 2. The ETC fueling and toll collection system according to claim 1 wherein the ETC fueling and toll collection system further comprises lane slaves connected to a same one-row parking lot terminal of a row of fuel dispensers, the ETC control host being connected to the lane slaves respectively.
- 3. The ETC fueling charging system of claim 1, wherein the antenna is disposed above the bays, one bay.
- 4. The ETC fueling charging system according to claim 1, wherein the terminal further includes a display screen for displaying the payment status.
- 5. The ETC fueling charging system according to claim 1, wherein the ETC control host obtains parking space information of a parking space corresponding to a corresponding grease gun when the grease gun is removed.
- 6. The ETC fueling charging system according to claim 1, wherein the ETC control host obtains the parking space information of the corresponding parking space after manually inputting the reservation code.
- 7. The ETC fueling and charging system according to any one of claims 5 or 6, wherein the ETC control host starts the corresponding antenna to read license plate information in the OBU after obtaining the parking space information.
- 8. The ETC fueling charging system according to claim 7, wherein the license plate information in the OBU is a cipher text license plate in the OBU and a plaintext license plate in the user card, and the ETC customer integrated service platform permits fueling after comparison.

- 10. The ETC fueling charging method according to claim 9, further comprising the step of sending the information to the ETC control host after the fee deduction is successful, the ETC control host displaying the corresponding information on the display screen, and the entire fueling action being completed.
- 11. The ETC fueling charging method according to claim 9, wherein the fueling machine sends an order to the ETC customer integrated service platform, the ETC antenna searches for the corresponding OBU, if the corresponding OBU is not found, the display is not recognized, and the information that the OBU is not found is returned to the ETC customer integrated service platform and the gas station system, and the gas station system prompts to charge in other manners.
- 12. The ETC fueling charging method according to claim 9, wherein if the OBU is found but there is no card, i.e., the OBU has no card, the antenna control system displays a card insertion request and returns card-free information to the ETC customer integrated service platform; the ETC customer comprehensive service platform reminds a user to insert a card, instructs the gas station system to cancel the reservation code and reminds the user to insert the card, and the gas station system sends the prompt and then turns to an interface for inputting the reservation code on the corresponding interface.
- 13. The ETC fueling charging method according to claim 9, wherein if the ETC antenna finds a corresponding card OBU, the number of the license plate is displayed, and the clear text license plate and the OBU cipher text license plate in the card are transmitted to the ETC customer integrated service platform, and the ETC customer integrated service platform compares whether the license plates are consistent. If the license plate is inconsistent, the gas station system prompts to charge in other modes, and if the license plate is consistent, the gas station system allows to refuel.
- 14. The ETC fueling charging method according to claim 9, wherein if the ETC antenna finds a corresponding card OBU, a license plate number is displayed, the antenna control system returns license plate information to the gas station system, the gas station system determines whether the license plate number is correct through automatic or manual comparison, and if the license plate is wrong, the gas station system prompts to charge in other manners.
