One existing scheme is to increase the antenna transmitting power by far exceeding the national relevant standards to forcibly manage more than 4 parking spaces. The defect is that the generated power exceeds the national standard, and the parking space cannot be accurately positioned.
Therefore, a scheme is needed to solve the problem of accurate positioning of the OBU vehicle in the refueling space of the keyboard-type refueling machine.

If the OBU is found but not present, i.e., the OBU is not present, the antenna control system displays a card insertion request. And returning the information without the card to the ETC customer comprehensive service platform. The ETC customer comprehensive service platform reminds the user to insert the card, and instructs the gas station system to cancel the reservation code and reminds the user to insert the card.
