The invention also provides an installation method of the display device of the outdoor parking charging system, which comprises the following steps:
s1: the first COG IC7, the second COG IC9 and the LCD29 are connected by using conductive adhesive to be attached to the IC binding position of the LCD29, required display content, electronic circuits, alignment marks required by process production and the like need to be designed on the LCD29 in the early stage, and then the first COG IC7 and the second COG IC9 are bound at the corresponding positions of the LCD 29;
s2: the method comprises the following steps of attaching FPC conductive adhesive to an LCD29, hot-pressing a second flexible circuit board on an LCD29, connecting an LCD29 with the second flexible circuit board through the FPC conductive adhesive, and designing a required electronic circuit on the LCD29 in the early stage and designing a counterpoint mark required by the production of a subsequent process;
s3: black silica gel is coated on a step of the glass surface of the LCD29, and the electrical connection part of the second flexible circuit board and the LCD29 is sealed and protected;
s4: the circuit board 32 with the SMT resistor and capacitor elements and the connector 31 is assembled to the back of the touch button backlight source 26 in a contraposition mode, the AK pin of the backlight and the PAD position on the circuit board 32 are soldered, and required electronic circuits need to be designed on the circuit board 32 in the early stage. And the client flexible circuit board 33 is inserted into the corresponding connector 31;
s5: assembling the display backlight source 30, tearing off the release film of the double-sided adhesive tape on the display backlight source 30 and protecting the back surface of the LCD29, then attaching the LCD29 on the display backlight source 30, and inserting the second flexible circuit boards on the LCD29 into the corresponding connectors 31;
s6: assembling the capacitive touch screen 1, attaching the optical adhesive 27 to the LCD29 and defoaming the optical adhesive, so that the capacitive touch screen 1 and the optical adhesive 27 are completely attached, and then connecting the capacitive touch screen 1 with the connector 31 through the first flexible circuit board 34 to complete the assembly of the capacitive touch screen 1;
s7: assembling a touch button backlight source 26, pasting the touch button backlight source 26 behind the capacitive touch button 6 through an assembling jig, then soldering the AK pins and the PAD (PAD area) on the circuit board 32 by using soldering tin, designing required electronic circuits on the circuit board 32 in the early stage, and coating three-proofing paint on the resistance-capacitance elements and the connectors 31 on the circuit board 32 and some exposed electrical circuits for protection after the installation is finished;
s8: the two locks 4 are opened by using a key, so that the clamping block 36 is separated from the contact with the clamping frame 35, the first spring 20 enables the connecting plate 18 to move upwards and downwards to enable the sliding rod 21 to be retracted, the assembled whole is placed into the fixed shell 2, meanwhile, the two limiting blocks 16 play a limiting role, then the top cover 5 is covered above the first mounting box 3, the first mounting box 3 presses the connecting plate 18 at the top downwards, the sliding rod 21 below the connecting plate 18 at the top is enabled to limit and fix the capacitive touch screen 1 through the baffle 25, meanwhile, the connecting rod 22 at the upper part moves downwards, the rotating block 23 is pushed to rotate, the other connecting rod 22 moves upwards and drives the connecting plate 18 at the bottom to move upwards, and similarly, the capacitive touch screen 1 is limited and fixed through the sliding rod 21 at the bottom;
s9: the fastening bolt 13 is rotated, the clamping frame 11 is taken down, then the fixing frame 10 is clamped with the fixing column 37, then the clamping frame 11 is reset, and the fixing bolt 13 and the second fixing lug 14 are locked, so that the device is fixed;
s10: when the equipment is impacted, the fixed column 37 rotates in the rotating seat 41 to prevent the equipment from being damaged when the equipment is impacted, meanwhile, the two torsion springs 43 keep the stability of the fixed column 37, the fixed column 37 is reset after the fixed column 37 rotates, when the fixed column 37 is seriously impacted, the fixed column 37 contacts the stop lever 48 after the rotating angle is too large, buffer force is further provided under the action of the third spring 49, the loss of the equipment is reduced, when the angle of the fixed column 37 needs to be adjusted, the two clamping columns 45 are lifted, then the rotating seat 41 is rotated, the clamping columns 45 are placed in the appropriate clamping grooves 48, after the clamping columns 15 are loosened, the angle of the rotating seat 41 is fixed, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the equipment is prevented from being blown to rotate is achieved due to the matching of the clamping columns 45 and the clamping grooves 48.

s1: the method comprises the steps that conductive adhesive is attached to IC binding positions of an LCD (29) to connect a first COG IC (7), a second COG IC (9) and the LCD (29), required display content, electronic circuits and alignment marks required by process production need to be designed on the LCD (29) in the early stage, and then the first COGIC (7) and the second COGIC (9) are bound at corresponding positions of the LCD (29);
s2: the method comprises the following steps of (1) attaching FPC (flexible printed circuit) conductive adhesive to an LCD (29), hot-pressing a second flexible circuit board on the LCD (29), connecting the LCD (29) with the second flexible circuit board through the FPC conductive adhesive, and designing a required electronic circuit on the LCD (29) and a registration mark required by subsequent process production in the early stage;
s3: coating black silica gel on the step of the glass surface of the LCD (29), and sealing and protecting the electrical connection part of the second flexible circuit board and the LCD (29);
s4: the circuit board (32) which is provided with SMT resistance and capacitance elements and connectors (31) is assembled on the back surface of a touch button backlight source (26) in an alignment mode, AK pins of the backlight and PAD positions on the circuit board (32) are soldered, required electronic circuits need to be designed on the circuit board (32) in the early stage, and client flexible circuit boards (33) are inserted into the corresponding connectors (31);
s5: assembling a display backlight source (30), tearing off a release film of a double-sided adhesive tape on the display backlight source (30), attaching an LCD (29) to the display backlight source (30), and inserting second flexible circuit boards on the LCD (29) into corresponding connectors (31);
s6: assembling the capacitive touch screen (1), attaching the optical adhesive (27) to the LCD (29) and defoaming the optical adhesive to fully attach the capacitive touch screen (1) and the optical adhesive (27), and then connecting the capacitive touch screen (1) with the connector (31) through the first flexible circuit board (34) to complete the assembly of the capacitive touch screen (1);
s7: assembling a touch button backlight source (26), pasting the touch button backlight source (26) behind a capacitive touch button (6) through an assembling jig, then soldering an AK pin and a PAD position on a circuit board (32) by using soldering tin, designing a required electronic circuit on the circuit board (32) in the early stage, and coating three-proofing paint on a resistance-capacitance element, a connector (31) and some exposed electrical circuits on the circuit board (32) for protection after the installation is finished;
s8: the two locks (4) are opened by using a key, so that the clamping block (36) is separated from the contact with the clamping frame (35), the connecting plate (18) is moved upwards and downwards by the first spring (20) to enable the sliding rod (21) to be retracted, then the assembled whole is put into the fixed shell (2), and the two limit blocks (16) play a role of limiting, then the top cover (5) is covered above the first mounting box (3), the first mounting box (3) presses the connecting plate (18) at the top downwards, the sliding rod (21) below the top connecting plate (18) limits and fixes the capacitive touch screen (1) through the baffle (25), meanwhile, the upper connecting rod (22) moves downwards to push the rotating block (23) to rotate, so that the other connecting rod (22) moves upwards, the connecting plate (18) at the bottom is driven to move upwards, and the capacitive touch screen (1) is limited and fixed through the sliding rod (21) at the bottom in the same way;
s9: the fastening bolt (13) is rotated, the clamping frame (11) is taken down, then the fixing frame (10) is clamped on the fixing column (37), then the clamping frame (11) is reset, and the fixing bolt (13) and the second fixing lug (14) are locked, so that the device is fixed;
s10: when the equipment is impacted, the fixed column (37) rotates in the rotating seat (41) to avoid the damage of the equipment when the equipment is impacted, meanwhile, the two torsion springs (43) keep the stability of the fixed column (37), and the fixed column (37) is reset after the fixed column (37) rotates, when the fixed column (37) is seriously impacted, after the rotating angle of the fixed column (37) is overlarge, contacts with the gear lever (48) and further provides buffer force under the action of a third spring (49) to reduce the loss of equipment, when the angle of the fixed column (37) needs to be adjusted, the two clamping columns (45) are lifted, then the rotating seat (41) is rotated, the clamping column (45) is placed in a proper clamping groove (48), after the clamping column (15) is loosened, therefore, the angle of the rotating seat (41) is fixed, and meanwhile, the clamping column (45) and the clamping groove (48) are matched to prevent the equipment from being blown by wind to rotate.
