Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication includes steps S100 to S500:
step S100: determining a selling end in an area according to a registry, acquiring medicine selling information of the selling end in real time, and generating a first disease table of the area according to the medicine selling information;
the sales end can be a system of each large hospital or a system of each pharmacy, the qualifications of the sales end and the pharmacy are recorded, namely, the qualifications of the sales end and the pharmacy are stored in the registry, and the registry can also have other names, such as a record list and the like, and is not limited specifically; the method comprises the steps of obtaining medicine selling information, wherein the purpose of the medicine is to treat diseases, in the conventional category, the combination of different medicines for treating which diseases have the rule similar to a formula, and determining the corresponding diseases according to the medicine selling information, wherein the deviation is very small although a certain deviation may exist. In addition, the invention aims to perform fuzzy analysis on the sales terminal, which is a rough judgment process and has low requirement on precision, so that the first disease table generated according to the medicine sales information is enough to be suitable for solving the problems of the technical scheme of the invention.
Step S200: determining a physical examination end in an area according to a registry, acquiring physical examination information of the physical examination end in real time, and determining a second disease table of the area according to the physical examination information;
with the progress of society and the gradual popularization of physical examination, almost everybody can carry out at least one physical examination; therefore, the second disease table generated according to the physical examination information in the area can reflect the disease distribution in the area; it is worth mentioning that the disease condition is a serious disease condition, and common physical problems such as cold and the like can be ignored, so that the size of the second disease table is reduced, the subsequent operation is facilitated, and the operation pressure is relieved.
Step S300: determining the drug selling truth of the region according to the second disease table and the first disease table;
step S300 is a step of determining whether there is a deviation between the second disorder table and the first disorder table, and if the deviation is large, it indicates that some of the venders in the area have some improper operations.
Step S400: when the medicine selling truth reaches a preset truth threshold, judging the risk level of each agent selling end according to the medicine selling information;
on the premise that it is determined that there is an inappropriate operation in this area, it is determined that the function to be completed in step S400 is to further determine the medicine selling information of each sales terminal in turn.
Step S500: when the risk level reaches a preset risk threshold value, marking a corresponding sales terminal, and generating an inspection plan based on the marked sales terminal;
when there is inappropriate behavior in an area, there is often a problem with more than one agent, and further detection of these agents certainly requires an inspection plan, which is a path planning aspect on the one hand and comparison data that needs to be carried on the other hand, and can also be understood as "evidence".
Fig. 2 shows a first sub-flow block diagram of a medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, wherein the steps of determining a sales terminal in an area according to a registry, acquiring drug sale information of the sales terminal in real time, and generating a first disease table of the area according to the drug sale information include steps S101 to S104:
step S101: reading a sales terminal in a registry, and acquiring medicine sales information of the sales terminal in real time;
step S102: classifying the medicine selling information according to a purchasing party account in the medicine selling information to obtain a medicine group taking the purchasing party account as an index;
step S103: sequentially acquiring the application characters of the medicines in the medicine group, and determining the target symptoms of the account of the purchasing party corresponding to the medicine group according to the application characters;
step S104: counting target symptoms of a purchasing party account of each sales terminal to generate a first symptom table of the region; wherein the first disease condition table takes a buyer account as an index item.
Steps S101 to S104 provide a specific first disorder table generation scheme, wherein the disorder is related to applicable traits in the drug, and reading the applicable traits of the drug can approximate the target disorder of the account of the ordering party.
Fig. 3 shows a second sub-flow block diagram of the medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, and the steps of determining a physical examination end in a region according to a registry, acquiring physical examination information of the physical examination end in real time, and determining a second disease table of the region according to the physical examination information include steps S201 to S203:
step S201: determining a physical examination end in an area according to a registry, and acquiring physical examination information of the physical examination end in real time;
step S202: determining the health grade of a physical examination account according to physical examination parameters in the physical examination information, and determining user symptoms corresponding to the physical examination account according to the physical examination parameters when the health grade reaches a preset grade threshold;
step S203: counting the user symptoms to generate a second symptom table; wherein the second disease table takes a physical account as an index item.
Steps S201 to S203 provide a specific second disease table generation scheme, which can determine the health status of an account according to the physical parameters; when the health level reaches a preset level threshold value, the health degree of one user is reduced to a certain limit, and the user symptoms corresponding to the physical examination account are determined according to the physical examination parameters; this step can effectively mask most common diseases.
Fig. 4 shows a third sub-flow chart of the medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, and the step of determining the sales truth of the medicine in the area according to the second condition table and the first condition table comprises steps S301 to S304:
step S301: reading the first disease table, mapping target disease in the first disease table to disease grades, and calculating the number of patients corresponding to different disease grades to obtain a first patient distribution table;
step S302: reading the second disease table, mapping the user disease in the second disease table into disease grades, and calculating the number of patients corresponding to different disease grades to obtain a second patient distribution table;
step S303: calculating a shift rate between the number of patients of different disease levels in the second patient profile and the first patient profile;
step S304: and determining the drug selling truth of the region according to the deviation rate.
The purpose of steps S301 to S304 is to determine whether there is a problem in the drug selling process in the area, and the determination is based on the first disease table generated in steps S101 to S104 and the second disease table generated in steps S201 to S203; when the second condition table and the first condition table are almost the same or the difference is within a certain range, the drug sale process in the area can be considered to be normal.
Fig. 5 shows a fourth sub-flow chart of the medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, and the step of determining the risk level of each agent according to the drug selling information when the drug selling truth reaches a preset truth threshold includes steps S401 to S404:
step S401: when the medicine selling truth reaches a preset truth threshold, acquiring medicine selling information of each agent selling end, and extracting a purchasing party account in the medicine selling information;
step S402: taking the account of the purchasing party as a physical examination account, and acquiring physical examination information from each physical examination end; when the physical examination information is empty, marking a purchaser account;
step S403: judging the matching degree of the medicine selling information and the buyer account according to the physical examination information, and marking the buyer account when the matching degree reaches a preset matching threshold;
step S404: and reading real information according to the marked purchaser account, and judging the risk level of each agent according to the real information and the first disease table.
The working background from step S401 to step S404 is that it is determined that there is a medicine selling problem in the area, and further detection needs to be performed on the sales terminal; the core purpose of the work is to acquire the account of the buyer with problems in the sales terminal, and the basis for judging whether the problems exist is to compare physical examination information with acquired medicine information. If a healthy person or a person with good physical examination information purchases a medicine for treating a serious disease, the user may have a problem and need further judgment.
Fig. 6 shows a fifth sub-flowchart of a medical data acquisition method based on wireless communication, wherein the step of generating an examination plan based on the label-based sales terminal comprises steps S501 to S504:
step S501: reading the medicine selling information of the corresponding selling terminals, and sequencing the medicines according to the selling prices in the medicine selling information;
step S502: intercepting the medicines with the selling price larger than a preset price threshold value, and acquiring the corresponding selling quantity;
step S503: extracting medicines with sales quantity larger than a preset quantity threshold value, reading a purchasing party account corresponding to the medicines, and reading real information according to the purchasing party account;
step S504: and inserting the real information into an inspection plan.
The purpose of steps S501 to S504 is to provide "evidence" for the checking party, some expensive drugs often have a large subsidy, when the purchase quantity of a certain expensive drug is too large, the expensive drug needs to be further checked, and the way of further checking is to obtain the real information of the account of the purchasing party; because the existing purchasing party account is mutually bound with the personal identity information, the technical realization of acquiring the real information of the purchasing party account is very easy as long as the current purchasing party account has the authority.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the truth of selling the medicines reaches a preset truth threshold, the step of determining the risk level of each agent according to the selling information of the medicines further includes:
the visitor record of each agent is obtained in real time, and the number of visitors is calculated according to the visitor record;
reading the medicine selling information of each agent, and calculating the number of purchasing account in the medicine selling information;
and correcting the risk level of the agent based on the number of the buyer accounts and the number of the visitors.
The above-mentioned content provides an auxiliary evaluation method, and generally, few people can visit a drugstore or a hospital without shopping demands, so that the number of visitors in the drugstore and the number of sold medicines should be within a certain proportion range, and if the difference between the number of visitors in the drugstore and the number of sold medicines is too large, the sales terminal can be considered to have a certain problem.
