Description
Technical Field
The present invention aims to improve the frame construction of a one-button automatic Tent, and provides a large Tent frame (Big TENT FRAME) which is convenient to operate and use, more particularly, the frame (skeleton) of the large Tent is respectively divided into an upper frame and a lower frame, the upper frame is formed into a top component body by utilizing the existing construction of an automatic folding Tent pole (Tent pole), the lower frame of the upper frame is lifted to be formed into a manual assembly type strut (pillar) construction by inserting a plurality of short poles with shorter lengths along the longitudinal direction, and the upper and lower components are combined into a combined large Tent frame through separate connection ports.
Background
The known one-button type automatic tent is a tent structure in which a frame is folded or unfolded in a minimum volume like an automatic umbrella, and is applied to a one-button type (automatic folding) dome type tent.
The one-button Dome (Dome) tent is folded in a W-shape or M-shape like an umbrella by a circular center head (CENTER HEAD) located at the center of the upper end of the tent frame, and poles (Pole) radially gathered at the center head and formed of several poles, and hinges formed between the poles of the poles.
Since such a one-button dome tent can be easily folded and unfolded as a general automatic umbrella, it is widely used as a frame of a small-sized (1-2 man-use) dome tent.
As the related prior art of one-button dome tents, the utility model bulletin No. 20-1991-0004568 and the utility model bulletin No. 20-1997-0002473, which have been previously registered by the applicant of the present utility model, are known.
Although the above-mentioned prior art is convenient in that the tent frame can be simply folded and unfolded by the action of the folding bars radially connected to the center head, it has a problem in that it is limited to use in a small dome tent because the frame is fragile.
In recent years, with the trend of camping in units of households, the scale of tents has been gradually increased, and in the tent industry, the specifications of products have been changed from small to large.
With the advent of the private car age, one of the living landscape that has been attracting attention is to select an automobile accommodation type camp and an automobile camp in which a large tent is attached to an automobile.
In car camping and car accommodation camping, most people use a living room type large tent with both activities and food staying inside the tent together with families. Therefore, compared to a simple sleeping (accommodation) tent, an automobile camping tent tends to be large in size in a living room freely movable inside the tent. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a large tent that ensures a wide space in which a standing posture can be conveniently performed inside the tent while taking over the flat area of the one-button tent for deployment (spreading).
If the above-described known frame construction of a small one-button dome tent is to be applied to a large tent, there are many problems to be overcome.
In other words, if the frame structure of the conventional 2-3 person small tent is applied to a large tent that can accommodate at least 5 persons or more, the length of the pole must be extended, and if the number of poles of the small tent is 2, the number of poles of the large tent must be extended to 5 or more, and the condition of the large tent can be satisfied only by greatly increasing the length of the pole.
If the length of the pole is extended, although the enlargement can be achieved as the flat area of the tent is expanded, the entire load of the automatic folding large tent with the increased number of joints cannot be lifted for a long period of time, and there is also a weak point that cannot withstand strong wind.
Another problem is that it is difficult to unfold or fold a large tent, especially when folding a folding frame with a large number of folding nodes, the poles cannot be folded tightly, but are folded in a state having a certain space, and since the volume and weight of the folded tent become large due to the generation of such space, one person is difficult to bear, and thus there is a problem that packaging, carrying and carrying are very inconvenient.
Further, if a frame (rod folded in a W shape) with a curtain (backdrop) which is increased in size due to an increase in the number of sections is put into the storage bag in a folded state, scraping of the rod or breakage of the storage bag may be caused.

Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to improve and apply the frame construction of a one-button automatic tent, providing a large tent that is easy to operate and use.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a pole for a combination type tent, characterized in that a frame (skeleton) of the tent is divided into an upper frame for a top and a lower frame for a pillar, the upper frame of the tent is formed in a structure of an automatic folding pole like an automatic umbrella, and forms a top constituent body; the lower frame is formed by manually assembling type pillar structures which are formed by inserting a plurality of short rods into alignment along the longitudinal direction, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient; the upper frame of the automatic folding structure and the lower frame of the manual assembly structure are combined into a whole to form the combined tent frame, so that even if the unfolding flat area of the one-key tent is wider, the folding volume is smaller, the operation such as carrying and storage is easy, and the movement in the tent is convenient.
In order to achieve the above object, the combined large tent frame of the present invention is characterized by comprising the following parts in combination: an upper frame for radially mounting a plurality of automatic folding bars at a center head; an engagement port connected and assembled to the lower end of each rod; and the manual assembly type lower frame is inserted and connected to the lower end part of the connecting port and is formed by combining a plurality of joint support columns.
After the joint lower hole connected to each lower end portion of the upper frame is inserted into the joint support post, a plurality of joint support posts are joined to the lower end portion thereof to assemble the lower frame.
A backdrop is assembled on the assembled upper and lower frames, and then a sleeve (sleeve) or a connection ring attached to each connection part is hung on the corresponding frame to assemble the tent completed body.
On each bar of the upper frame, a hinge is formed at the joint connection part, and is configured to be unfolded longer or folded in a W shape.
When the tent is folded, several sections of struts constituting the lower frame are separated and detached one by one, and the upper frame is elastically folded by pressing the hinge parts of the respective one-touch folding bars. The folded volume is also small, since the lower frame separated from the joint is separated into several sections. The detached upper and lower frames are put together in a bag or put separately in separate bags for carrying and storage.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, since the one-button upper frame forms the top constituent body, the top constituent body in the disassembled state of the lower constituent body can be assembled or folded quickly and easily, and since the lower frame is a multi-stage manual connection assembly assembled in an insertion alignment manner, the assembly or separation and disassembly can be performed without difficulty, and by constructing the fastening frame composed of the automatic top/manual support column, the tent can be easily enlarged.
In addition, the lower frame formed by connecting the short bars of a plurality of sections in an inserted and aligned manner can realize the function of the firm lower half, can easily adjust the length, and can be effectively applied to the large-scale one-key tent with the firm lower half.
Since the separate one-button folding type upper and lower frames can be detached and managed individually or stored together, it is possible to improve operability by weight dispersion of the folded combined tent, and to easily install and detach even if the unfolded flat area of the large tent is wide.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, technical constructions and embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are made based on preferred embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in the construction of the large tent frame according to the present invention, the construction of the combined frame dedicated for the large tent is characterized by comprising the combination of: an upper frame 10 forming an automatic folding structure of the top of the tent, a lower frame 20 forming a multi-stage combined column of the tent, and a joint 30 coupled between the upper and lower constituent bodies for connecting the upper and lower frames 10, 20 into one body.
The upper frame 10 serves as a top structure of the large tent of the present invention.
The center head 1 with a circular main body is installed at the center of the upper part of the top component body, and each rod 2 is connected and connected on a plurality of rod connecting grooves formed on the periphery of the top component body in an easy-to-fold and unfolding mode. The hinge 3 is installed between the sections of the rod 2, and is formed in a zigzag shape to be easily folded.
The plurality of rods 2 connected to the periphery of the center head 1 are formed by connecting a plurality of rod members 2a, 2b having equal lengths in a long manner, and the free ends 4 of the rods 2 are inserted into upper holes of the mouthpiece 3 described below.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper frame 10 of the present invention is used as a top structure of a large tent, but does not have legs (struts) that firmly lift the top at the bottom.
Therefore, the lower frame 20 is attached to serve as a support for firmly lifting the bottom of the top structure.
The lower frame 20 is a combination of joint struts 21 dividing the entire length of the strut a into equal sections, and a plurality of segment-type joint struts 21 having a short length are connected and used for a long period, and each of the joint struts 21 has an upper end formed of a plug 22 and a lower end formed of a hole 23 into which the plug 22 is inserted, and is assembled in a male-female (male-female) connection.
The stay a, which is extended longer by the male-female type coupling structure, must be strong and not be bendable. Thus, the pillar a of the lower frame 20 is formed of a thicker pipe body than the pole 2 of the upper frame 10, thereby achieving a strong pillar function of lifting the entire load of the large tent.
If necessary, the connection joint of each section of the stay 21 may be provided with an elastic pin functioning as a stopper, so that the joint state of the two side pipes is fixed so as not to be separated arbitrarily.
Thus, the upper frame 10 functioning as the top of the large tent and the lower frame 20 functioning as the support (pole) are connected and joined to form one body by the joint 30, and when the tent is disassembled, the upper, middle and lower structures are separated independently.
The engagement port 30 is formed with upper and lower engagement holes 31, 32 having a similar spigot-and-socket shape, the free end 4 of the rod 2 is inserted into and engaged with the upper hole 31, and the pin head 22 is inserted into and engaged with the upper end of the stay through the lower hole 32.
Since the bar 2 of the upper frame 10 only needs to bear the weight of the top screen, the thickness of the bar is formed by a small diameter. In contrast, the pillar a of the lower frame needs to bear the entire weight of the overhead structure, the awning, and the like, and also to withstand strong winds from various directions, and therefore needs to be constituted of a large-diameter pipe body that is more rigid than the rod 2.
The joint 30 of the present invention is for connecting the free end4 of the rod 2 and the upper end of the pillar a, and the rod joint and the pillar joint are integrated at an obtuse angle.
It is necessary that the bar engagement portion and the pillar (post) engagement portion form an obtuse angle at the engagement port 30 so that the bar 2 is arcuately bent upward when the modular tent is installed, and does not sag even when subjected to the weight of the awning.
It is also within the technical scope of the present invention that the mouthpiece 30 has a flow member at the middle portion of the main body so as to be movable according to the installation angle or inclination angle of the upper and lower frames when the tent is installed.
Fig. 3 is an example of a composite tent, i.e., the pole 2 is unfolded, the pole 2 and the pole a are connected by the joint 30 after assembling the pole a, and the pole for a one-button composite tent is assembled, and the awning is mounted on the frame for the composite tent.
Preferably, the rod 2 and the strut a are selected from aluminium, general metals, duralumin and synthetic resins.
When folding a large tent, first, after the support a is detached, the upper one-button folding type pole is folded to minimize the unfolded area. The weight of the support post is reduced due to the separation of the support post from the tent body, so that the one-key folding type pole is lighter, and the folding volume is also smaller. The disassembled one-key folding type rod and the support post are put into bags together or are put into different bags respectively, so that the bag is convenient to carry and store.
