Abstract

本发明公开了一种发泡木饰面板，包括发泡基层，所述发泡基层的两侧分别连接有实木层，一侧所述实木层向外依次连接有阻燃层、图案层和耐磨层，另一侧所述实木层向外依次连接有竹炭层和防水层。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：具有良好的阻燃性、防水性，能有效吸附发泡基层异味，提供良好结构稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材技术领域，具体是指一种发泡木饰面板。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展，人们生活水平得到大幅度提高，对居住环境和质量要求也越来越高，而而木塑发泡板其免检疫、免热处理、免熏蒸处理，防潮、隔热等性能成为了人们新的选择之一，将其作为木饰面板可以起到更好的装饰作用。
然而木塑发泡板长时间使用后容易变形，另外在防水、防火以及耐候性上相比于传统板材也具有一定差异性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷，提供一种具有良好的阻燃性、防水性，能有效吸附发泡基层异味，提供良好结构稳定性的一种发泡木饰面板。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种发泡木饰面板，包括发泡基层，所述发泡基层的两侧分别连接有实木层，一侧所述实木层向外依次连接有阻燃层、图案层和耐磨层，另一侧所述实木层向外依次连接有竹炭层和防水层。
进一步的，所述发泡基层由加入有木丝的聚氨酯发泡体构成。
进一步的，两个所述实木层之间通过贯穿发泡基层的铆钉连接。
进一步的，所述实木层、阻燃成、图案层和耐磨层相互之间通过粘接剂连接。
进一步的，所述实木层、竹炭层和防水层之间通过粘接剂连接。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：
采用发泡基层作为木饰面板的板芯，能够有效利用其轻质、防潮、隔热的优良性能，通过铆钉连接两侧的实木板，使两侧实木板和板芯发泡基层形成稳定的结构整体，在两侧实木板的外侧一侧依次连接阻燃层、图案层和耐磨层，阻燃层能提供良好的隔热、阻燃效果，图案层能够根据设计需求提供图案展示，耐磨层作为表层，可以对图案层起到良好的保护作用，另一侧实木板依次连接竹炭层和防水层，利用竹炭层提供吸附净化效果，利用防水层能有效保证板底，避免底部受潮侵蚀木饰面板整体。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
结合图1所示，一种发泡木饰面板，包括发泡基层1，所述发泡基层1由加入有木丝的聚氨酯发泡体构成，厚度大、质量轻，同时还具有良好的吸声效果，所述发泡基层1的两侧分别连接有实木层2，两个所述实木层2之间通过贯穿发泡基层1的铆钉8连接，使两个实木层2和发泡基层1形成一个统一的整体，从而保证整体板芯的结构稳定性，一侧所述实木层2向外依次连接有阻燃层3、图案层4和耐磨层5，所述实木层2、阻燃层3、图案层4和耐磨层5相互之间通过粘接剂连接，另一侧所述实木层2向外依次连接有竹炭层6和防水层7，所述实木层2、竹炭层6和防水层7之间通过粘接剂连接，将多层结构材料连接成一个整体。
本发明在具体实施时，采用发泡基层1作为板芯，利用两个实木层2在铆钉8的作用下形成对发泡基层1的夹持固定效果，利用实木层2的结构特性来弥补发泡基层1的结构缺陷，提供整体板芯的结构稳定性，又能极大的降低材质重量，从而能提高利用率，能更好的作为木饰面板进行使用，一侧实木层2通过胶黏剂依次连接阻燃层3、图案层4和耐磨层5，阻燃层3能提供良好的隔热、阻燃效果，图案层4能够根据设计需求提供图案展示，耐磨层5作为表层，可以对图案层4起到良好的保护作用，从而能更好的展示图案层设计，应用于木饰面板，能有效提高使用寿命，另一侧实木板依次连接竹炭层6和防水层7，利用竹炭层6提供吸附净化效果，能有效吸附净化发泡基层1的材质异味，作为木饰面板的基础层，能避免异味的产生，提高装饰效果，利用防水层7能有效保证板底，避免底部受潮侵蚀木饰面板整体。

1.一种发泡木饰面板，包括发泡基层(1)，其特征在于：所述发泡基层(1)的两侧分别连接有实木层(2)，一侧所述实木层(2)向外依次连接有阻燃层(3)、图案层(4)和耐磨层(5)，另一侧所述实木层(2)向外依次连接有竹炭层(6)和防水层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土木工程用减震装置，其特征在于：所述发泡基层(1)由加入有木丝的发泡体构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种土木工程用减震装置，其特征在于：两个所述实木层(2)之间通过贯穿发泡基层(1)的铆钉(8)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种土木工程用减震装置，其特征在于：所述实木层(2)、阻燃层(3)、图案层(4)和耐磨层(5)相互之间通过粘接剂连接。
