Asphalt is a mixture of extremely complex high molecular hydrocarbon and chlorine, nitrogen and sulfur derivatives, has poor fluidity and heat conduction performance, is usually solid at low temperature or normal temperature, is stored in a large storage tank, and can be smoothly and rapidly output after being heated when being output.
The heat source needed by heating output is generally heat conducting oil, which takes heavy oil, light oil, coal and the like as fuel, the heat conducting oil conducts heat, an oil pump forces the heat to circulate, and the heat is returned to continue reheating after being transmitted to the equipment to be heated, thus the reciprocating electric heating equipment is circulated. Dissolving the hard block into pumpable fluid at a temperature below 80 ℃ in a dissolving stage; evaporating the water contained in the water at 90-110 ℃ in a dehydration stage; heating asphalt to a temperature required by use after entering a heating stage at a temperature above 120 ℃, wherein the road asphalt flows well at 160-170 ℃, and the asphalt becomes qualitative when the temperature is above 180 ℃.
The traditional heating mode process is uneconomical, when only a small amount of asphalt is needed to be poured out, the whole asphalt in the whole tank is heated, the amount of heated asphalt is several times of the amount used for the time, a large amount of heat conduction oil does idle work, a large amount of tiny decomposers are generated in the heating process, and certain influence is generated on the chromaticity quality of asphalt.

An oil guide temperature control valve 21 is arranged on the oil guide circulating pipe 22 and on one side of the oil guide pump 20, the flow of the heat guide oil is automatically regulated according to the temperature of the heated asphalt, and the temperature of the heated asphalt is always at the temperature required by the process by controlling the flow.
